It was clean and comfortable. William's customer service is amazing. He's friendly funny and truly an asset to the Country Inn. There were plenty of breakfast options. All the staff was friendly and Kemani the shuttle driver as well. I would definitely go back.

Room was very clean, breakfast was good and the dining area was very nice. The staff was also super friendly. When we got to the room, some of the lamps and the tv didn’t work. It wasn’t a big deal to use because it was already late and we were just needing somewhere for 1 night to lay our head but thought it was worth noting.

First she had me wait until she was done talking to her mother on the phone! Second she kept thinking we were having a party.. she she constantly kept saying you can only have who is staying in the room .. no visitors cause then it is mistaken for a party… she literally seen 2 different people me and my husband which we were not partying just making sure our daughter was safe cause she wanted a room for the weekend for her and two of her friends.. otherwise she put us in a room that was already occupied (we opened a room with people in it) .. then some things were broken and off centered in the room

The worst room I have ever stayed in I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep at all. The curtains were so dirty even the face towels didn’t feel clean lol. The room had the worst smell ever I couldn’t stay long I check in around midnight and checked out at 4am

Friendly but no follow through
Everyone was very friendly, but don’t count on them to do what they say. We asked for housekeeping three times. Finally, I threw the towels and the trash cans outside the door and was walking to the front desk to ask for more towels when I saw the housekeeper picking up the towels. I asked her for new ones which she actually brought. She had been asked twice before. The bathroom was marginally cleaned. That’s not a bug in the picture. Looks like dried snot. Very friendly. But expect to be looked in the eye and told something will happen that absolutely wont

The gear was not operable and maintenance was unable to rectify until after midnight. There were no other rooms and we were offered blankets in lieu of heat.

Not as nice as the pictures show!
It was not like it looked in the pictures. The bedding was super thin and the pillows were tiny and lumpy. The TV was on when we got in there. There was no smell of cleaning supplies or fresh scent or anything.The pool and hot tub closed at 9pm so we couldn’t unwind in the hot tub after our flight.

The room only had electricity to the refrigerator, and TV on one wall. Lamp, electrical outlets didnt work. And the water at the wet bar also didnt work. Sheets were too big, we woke up sleeping on the mattress and not the sheets.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not clean, ketchup stains on couch pillows, the bedspread had yellow stains on it and what looked like a bloody mucus. The sheet looked to have been washed but the sheet should have been in the garbage bin not on a bed. Breakfast was great in my opinion,

It looks like they are still renovating rooms so there was a misch mash of new and old. Our air unit was super crusty and only one vent worked. Nice bathroom and little kitchenette.
The front desk lady was really nice and helpful. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was super organized and super friendly! We enjoyed the food and company!
We didn't use the pool but it looked awesome!
We would stay here again. So close to the airport!

We thought the property was very nice for the price. Shuttle drivers and staff couldn’t have been nicer.
Great value and close location to the airport.
FYI call the desk for pickup and they’re usually there in 15-20 minutes.
I would stsy there again.

I appreciate the effort put forth in making the room comfortable and inviting. I was pleased with the room, bathroom and kitchenette areas. Also, I appreciate the overall cleanliness.
I am picky so I would like to add that the carpet could use some cleaning in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Also, it's easy to add scents for freshness inside the rooms and outside in the public areas.

Some person at the front desk gave our room to someone else. So when we arrived at 12 am there was so much confusion and we waited forever to get a room. I had called ahead and requested a crib for my baby but they hadnt kept one. Upon chck in they said there is only 1 pack and play and when we took it to the room and opened it , it was broken so i had to put my baby on the sofa bed . The room had an old fruit loop on the carpet n it wasnt very clean. Overall i wouldnt go back

Visiting from Seattle en route to Alabama. The Expedia hotel info, photos & description are deceptive. In the photos, the hotel appears clean, up to date & looks like it's in a decent area. The exact opposite is True. The location is shady. The parking lot is a disaster and needs a major makeover. The suite was dingey and the floors were filthy. Also, I was attending daily meetings so I never mentioned it to the front desk. But when I did try turning on the televisions they didn't work. The bright side is the excellent Customer Service. Shout Out to both William & Angie who were both very Courteous & Professional and made this hotel stay worth it. The front desk, housekeeping & maintenance staff are awesome. Won't stay here again EVER. Returning in February but I definitely won't be staying here!

This hotel was so welcoming and felt like home. The free airport shuttle ride had the most hospital driver, even gave us a tour of neighborhood and offered to drive us to and from dinner. Breakfast was great too. 10/10 recommend!

Angie at the front desk was AMAZING. Made the process super easy.
Unfortunately I did wait over an hour for the airport shuttle to pick me up. If I was given a warning it would take that long it would’ve been no problem but I stood outside waiting. I called again after about 30 minutes of waiting and it still took another 30 so I was not pleased with that portion of my stay

The staff do a good job cleaning, the rooms did not have any odor ☆☆☆☆☆. Property managers nonetheless need to dispose of soiled mattresses, and drapes, also pay attention to detailed cleaning, eg., unsightly dust on air/heat vent covers.
Plus: mini bar in room has a sink, microwave and fridge;
upgraded bathroom w/roomy shower (but shower floor need bleaching). Very quiet establishment; nice lobby and nice pool area.
Minus: microwave need upgrade, under counter need repainting or detail cleaning; drapes are badly stained on the hems (maybe from liquor). I changed rooms after I stripped the bedding to inspect the mattress which was badly stained, including obvious blood stains.
Staff: One employee, Virginia managing the front desk spoke and acted extremely unfriendly/hostile both over phone when I called for a shuttle and upon my arrival (for no explicable reason). Feeling unwelcomed, I could no longer dismiss her treatment; I tactully addressed this issue with her directly while still checking in. She denied any wrong doing, however, she changed her tone and demeanor afterwards and spoke in a professional and hospitable tone. That first night the shower had no hot water, only freezing cold. I did not want to change rooms a second time; I got the idea to keep the hot water faucet running in the sink, which actually helped warm up the water in the shower slightly, and I managed to shower. The water was fine the next day and night and the following morning before I checked out.

This is an honest review based on my personal experience. I checked in and I was greeted
with a warm reception at the check in desk. The hotel looks very clean in all the public areas . Location is perfect and very convenient if you drive. When I checked in there was an issue with my room and I was amazed by the quick response I got dealing with it. I will give 10/10 to the staff at the hotel for excellent customer service I observed whilst staying here . They are very friendly and you don’t get that in many other hotels . The only issue is the property is very old and needs a little touch up. Example the air conditioning vents looks very old needs to be replaced . Good value for money in terms of how much I paid. Continental Breakfast was great with a bit of everything , I also learnt how to make delicious waffles from the breakfast bar. I will recommend to anyone looking for budget stay and anyone who is looking to drive around Atlanta . The hotel is only about 18mins drive to downtown which is very convenient .

There was no hairdryer in our room but once I pointed that out to the front desk, they delivered one to me within minutes. After a long international flight I got into the room to crash. The room was hot so I lowered the thermostat. The room never cooled down but I was too exhausted to inform the staff and have someone come work on it that night. I informed the front desk in the morning. Hopefully they’ve since fixed the issue.

The hotel was good, however I was awaken at 3:00 am by people laughing and talking outside my window. My son had to go outside to let them know they were too loud. They ignored him and continued for close to one hour.

When I went into my room for the first time, I thought they gave me the wrong room at first and someone had already been occupying it. The bed and pillows didn’t look set up like normal hotel rooms, the tv was on and the lamp was broken tilting over. It was a little bit scary coming into a room like that, late at night.

Wow! This hotel needs a serious deep cleaning . My room smelled like dirty socks and something gross . The smell never went away and I had go buy a small Febreze odor fighter thing . That helped a lot and somehow controlled the bad smell in the room. Also, there was a couch and that had dirty steins , I wouldn’t seat there .
The hotel lobby looks nice and the stuff is friendly but the biggest issues are the rooms.
I also would like to give them credit for the free airport shuttle and breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy that we could grab a quick bite at the morning breakfast. When our flight landed, we were taken to the hotel via shuttle. And the next morning we were taken to the airport via shuttle in a timely manner. We were very happy with the services we received. We would stay there again.

The property is old and unsafe. It looks lie a motel 6. The mattress were old and stained. I was afraid to sit in the couch, it looks like something you get at a second hand store. So sad.
