The building looks older than it appears in the photos. The reception area was cozy but there was only one person working so it took a while for us to check in. The room they gave us was not clean thoroughly, there were some baby clothes still hanging on the bathroom curtain rack, and some brownish stains on the bedroom mirror. I tried to call reception to report these issues but no one picked up the phone so we had to go downstairs and report. Surprisingly they moved us to another room which was much bigger and cleaner. Although we still find an empty chocolate wrappings underneath the sofa but everything else was satisfactory. The room temperature was adequate and the bed was very big and comfortable. We had a good sleep!
Breakfast was excellent. They provide a great variety of food and beverages. There were several kinds of cereals, two waffle machines and one pancake machine, and a few options of pastry and fruits. There were limited seats in the breakfast room but it was good enough for us.

Bed was hard as a rock, had to buy a mattress topper, room was dirty, found socks and bar soap under chair and couch, not enough staff to open bar/restaurant on Saturday night as they sent staff to another location

I have stayed there for several days in the last month, breakfast Very Good! I have had 2 rooms excellent, 1 room fair. Conditions in one room, noisy fan in bathroom and noisy heating unit.

Favorite new hotel to stay at in Fargo. Always clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Only negative is that the hot tub was broken,which seems to be the norm for every hotel, no biggie though.

Nice place to stay in Fargo
The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. Lots of room and charging ports for our electronics. The only thing was that parking was very limited and the proximity to places to eat was very limited.

I really liked this hotel. It was really well situated for food and shopping and was such good value. I don’t understand people saying it needs updating etc because it’s quite modern and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The guy at reception was really nice, the room was really clean & spacious, beds were very comfortable, and shower was great. You can’t rate a hotel based on other guests and the noise they make which has happened to this property. It was very quiet when we stayed even though the hotel was quite busy. Would definitely stay here again if I ever found myself in Fargo again.

Nice rooms.
The room was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows. If you are using the airport shuttle call hotel to make sure the shuttle is running when you need it.

What a great hotel. Its very unique in design, although you cant tell from the outside. We had some plumbing issues in our room and had to move. The front desk and maintenance were very accommodating and pleasant. We appreciated that after a long trip in. Very friendly. The sink in our new room and shower drained slow but it was doable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks for a good stay even with a bit of trouble.

Lots of noise from hockey team staying at the hotel and restaurant next door. reception desk refused to ask them to keep noise down. Parking lot sketchy and unsafe. Travelled 1000 miles and was not able to get a good nights sleep.

I have stayed at several hotels in the area and this was by far the cleanest and nicest overall. Breakfast had a ton of options and that area was also clean ans tended to. Overall great experience at this hotel!

Only 1 person checking people in an hour after check in time the day of a huge concert. Should’ve had 2 people at front desk. Chairs in the room were filthy with chunks of food on them.

Great breakfast choice, particularly the pancake machine which was fun to watch as it has a glass panel in the side so you can see the pancake being made!
The room was very spacious with a lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. All very clean and comfy.
The only things we didn't like were being near the main road so it was a bit noisy, the loud AC machine which let out a squeak each time it stopped (unless it was operated by a giant mouse inside😅) and the pipe in the wall where you could hear water running from upstairs each time the folks above had a shower or used the WC.

Looked OK outside , bed was comfortable sheets were clean. Fire alarm was in a drawer so no fire alarm two outlets not working Refrigerator was warm requested a new one or fix that one I know it was not taking care because I put blue tape on the side it still was untouched after 3 days. Room was dirty, I could not bring myself to use the shower curtain was yellow stained. Pool and whirlpool was filthy. The so called continental breakfast was not fit for a dog to eat. The warmer for the egg and Sausage was rusty. the counter were filthy. the big shared jug of jelly for everyone to use was unsanitary. The eggs in the cooler were not dated the inside of the cooler was dirty. All up to stale roll and bread they expected everyone to eat it was horrible. Needless to say I did not eat the breakfast. Will not be going back to this overpriced dog kennel. I would give a zero if I could. The only reason I stayed because all the other hotel was full.

Everything was pretty clean. Vents, window ledges, lamp shades, furniture, etc. could use a little attention. The pool was empty, and I was not made aware of this before arrival and the fan in the room was quite loud when it kicked on.
The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very attentive in ensuring the food was always refilled and everything was clean.

We had 2 rooms for our stay. They were on 2 different floors on opposite ends of the hotel. Not ideal for 2 female travelers. One room was over 80 degrees when she walked in and the other room had a very strong cologne odor, the AC wasn't working and the refrigerator wasn't on. Not the ideal conditions after being on the road for 10 hours.

Disappointed For The Money
This hotel was listed as "wonderful" in Hotels.com, but it is far from wonderful. The hotel is extremely dated, very noisy floors and extremely loud outside. The hotel is literally 100' from a 4 lane road and extremely noisy, even with double pane windows. My room was 216 and I was able to step in 4 separate holes in the floor covered up with carpet. The couch felt like I was sitting on the floor and difficult to get out of it. The door to the room was difficult to get in and close tight. Doors on neighboring rooms slammed shut and made it difficult to sleep. The "suite" ONLY has an air conditioning unit in the separate room and requires you to turn it to 65 in order to get cooler air in the larger living room area. Then, when you get into the bedroom, you freeze until the temps finally level out. It does not appear to be in the safest neighborhood with all types walking around the hotel. And the price was not conducive to the type of hotel. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, but the pillows were decent. Good thing I never have more reasons to get to Fargo.

The location was very convenient and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room itself needs serious updates. The carpet was disgusting and was so gross it felt damp on bare feet. The bathroom was very old and the counter too small for more than one person trying to get ready. The lighting was so dark you couldn’t see yourself clearly in the full length mirror because there was no light fixture near it. The night stand lamp had a shade on it so big the people in each bed couldn’t see each other. Wall scones would be much better there.

Awesome Place!
Staff was great, very helpful. Also, the Shuttle to the Airport was immensely helpful. I had an item shipped to the hotel, and they held it for me until I arrived. Nice rooms, good breakfast, Great Staff. A winning combination!

Mostly clean, comfortable bed, hot shower! Toilet looked like it had some mold under the ring, didn't notice until late night. Some awful noise in the next room would fire up every few hours during the night that woke me, sounded like a very loud generator, room 126, Fargo... But overalll a good visit, staff was great!! Would stay again, close to great restaurants, easy on/off from the intersatate.

The room was comfortable, bed was good, but there were crumbs on the floor and sticky things on the desk, etc. We had to book a room at the last minute, and this place would not have been my first choice, but it was convenient for the time.

Right from the beginning I knew this was going to be an awesome place! We arrived earlier than check in time and they allowed us to check in as we were travelling with our small dog.
The lobby was clean and the room was very nice.
Breakfast in the morning was deliciously served with a smile.
Very close to all attractions including West Acres Mall, Red River Zoo and of course my son's favorite - Space Aliens Restaurant.

My Fargo stays
I like to come here for my trips to Fargo 2-3 times/yr. Is always clean, has a good hot breakfast and staff are friendly. And my dog comes along which makes it super convenient as he is little and quiet and no one hardly knows he is there. Is super they provide pets to stay as well.

Counyry Inn and suites was great my problem is with Hotel.com the last two bookings including this one I asked for a handicap acessible bathroom and both hotels said they did get that information in the booking even though it is right there on my reservation print out. Needless to say I will not be making a booking through Hotel.com anymore

Not too shabby!
The inside is well lit and nicely decorated. The room was a standard two queens but was large and clean. Beds were above average comfort. Overall, very nice and we would stay again!

Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice location not far from many restaurants and shops including the mall. There’s even a grocery store in walking distance. Next time we’re in Fargo we will check this place first. They got the pool stocked with tonnes of towels. Oh and the beds and pillows are great. Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable. What stuck out the most was the exceptional customer service. From the time we walked into the hotel until we left, all of the staff were so helpful and friendly, even going above and beyond what we would have expected. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

We always like staying at this Country Inn location. Its not far from anything. Quiet since its off the highway/interstate. Always greeted with friendly service. You definitely get more for your money.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The sheets that were on one of our beds had a fairly large amount of body hair left on them. We are unsure if they had not been changed or if the hair was left from a previous occupant. The front desk was very helpful and offered to let us change rooms. They had a nice selection for breakfast and overall their facilities were very clean outside of our initial concern. The restaurants in the area did close much earlier than we anticipated.

It could have been cleaner. The front desk staff was not helpful. I had to wait to check in as the person at the front desk kept taking lengthy phone calls. He did not give any information about elevators or where to park. He did not seem to want to be bothered.

1 of 3 cars that got keyed in parking lot. Remote in room did not work had to exchange. Hot tub jets did not work. 2 days there was no hot breakfast (eggs, sausage etc). spent 3 days and no room service had to take out own trash and find new trash bags, toilet paper etc.

The pool was not in working condition. I wished it would have been the hotels.com website. We had big plans for the pool. With that being said, we made it work. The room was fine and the staff very pleasant.
The elevator door close on my 5 year old granddaughter and we had to force it to move. She was not hurt or scared. I told the staff about it, just thought hotels.com should also know.

Was in town for a dart tournament and did not want to stay at the hotel that was hosting it. We chose Country Suites for the location. The only problem that we had was there was nowhere to hang clothes, there was a pile of clothes hangers in the closet but not rod to hang them on.

Accommodating with a pet however the room smelled like wet dog. It was clean and beds comfortable and it was fine for a drive through purpose. Would stay again but would make sure I had a candle for the odor.

Nice place just across the I29 from West Acres mall, great convenient location close to all the shopping areas of Fargo.
The property was very clean, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
They mentioned they had renovations done and all the rooms got new carpeting.
The room was had was spacious with yes new carpet. The room itself was also very clean and well kept.
Id recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Continental breakfast was excellent. Pool and hot tub area were clean and lots of towels supplied whichvwas very nice as youvdidnt have to use your bath towels from the room. Everything was clean, staff were very friendly! Only little inconvenience was that they didn't do houskeeping unless you stay more than 2 nights. Which was no big deal other than room coffe supplies and towels. We just had to request these items at the front desk when we left for the day. Everything was replenished when we got back in the evening.

We weren’t able to check out our room until after the wedding we went to last night so when we got home at midnight it was super hot and muggy in our room so we went to open the window only to realize that our window went out to the pool. It stayed incredible hot and muggy all night not to mention… the room and the window area overlooking the pool I’m pretty sure had mold on it….. it was after 12:30 when all this was happening… is there anything we can work out maybe for some credit or refund? Pictures to follow

We had a suite, and there was a good amount of space, which was great. There were no sheets for the pull out couch, so we had to go request those. The hot tub's bubbles didn't work and there were rolls of carpet or something in the pool area which made the small area seem even smaller and more crowded. The breakfast area was nice.
