Hits the spot!
Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable. Room was large, beds were comfortable. Close to the airport but couldn’t really hear it. I’ll definitely stay here again

You get what you pay for.
This hotel has gone down hill. The room was not cleaned well: hair in shower and sink. Carpet stains, food on the floor. But for the price I guess you get what you pay for.
Free breakfast and hot coffee the next morning were the best parts of the stay and the kind woman at checkin.

Front staff & shuttle driver from airport was great. And 4am shuttle driver to airport was great Bathroom pretty bad. Sink didn’t drain & handicap shower that the water leaked out on to floor. Thank goodness lots of towels to mop up water but what a terrible design! I thought it was a weird design but we already had our luggage in room before I saw the shower. I didn’t want to be that person to request another room. Sorry I didn’t. I couldn’t shower as I freaked out when I turned water on in am to adjust temp & it was running out of shower stall! And yes I had the curtain closed completely. Whew, added to stress of early flight & 4am shuttle. Free early morning stress test. Room was clean, a little worn but not bad for airport hotel. Nice suite design The staff was great but that shower!

My room was great! It was clean and safe. A great price and free shuttle service from BNA are why I chose this hotel. I was stranded at BNA because I was on the last flight to Chicago and it was cancelled. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport, TN SAVED ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

First room the fan in the bathroom wouldn’t stop and was super loud and the phone didn’t work. I had to go all the way downstairs to get another room. Second room was better but the walls and furniture are all marked up. Definitely has seen better days for sure.

The staff were wonderful and tried to do the best with what they had but the room had cobwebs, dents and bangs in the walls, stains and overall the hotel need a good overhaul to freshen it up and clean it up.

The front staff was very kind and helpful, they were quick and efficient with check-in. I needed to call and change my room the day of my stay and the staff was able to quickly change it, let me know of the price change, which was minimal less than $20, and get me ready to check-in. Rooms were clean and large, beds were actually fairly comfortable and warm do to the very cold weather. There was also lots of parking including in the garage which was nice given the snow and cold. Would stay here again on my next trip. Price was very reasonable as well.

Convenient airport hotel. Nice room with an upgrade. Excellent shuttle bus to airport. Staff very helpful. Main downside was the absence of a restaurant or bar - inconvenient when you arrive late evening hungry and thirsty. Odd for a Radisson and should have been made clearer in advance.

Best Bang 4 your Buck!!
Love this place. I travel to Nashville at least 3x a month for business and this place is the best kept secret. The staff is friendly, and the hot breakfast is just right to start your day and the breakfast staff is friendly. The price for this place is just the right balance for what you get. The shuttle staff is AWESOME, always friendly and on time. I stay here every time in town for business.

Helpful Staff and Clean
This facility is clean, and the managers are very kind, friendly and reasonable. Previous to our arriving, the card holding our reservation was comprised and was shut down. Their policy is that if the card does not go through,when run at 6Pm the day of arrive then your reservation is cancelled. We were not arriving until 7pm, so I called to let them know. They told me that since I had booked through a Hotels.com they could not take a new card, but that they would make note in the system and would not cancel our reservation. Indeed they held the reservation.
I had booked this hotel thinking it was in a different location, and though by Radisson, was not the Radisson area we usually stay in.
We stayed our first night here, and then moved to our normal venue. They were kind enough to not only to cancel our next to nights without charge, they did it with kindness and grace
Their rates are very reasonable and the lobby very up to date and clean...our room had a few glitches that they made note of to fix...electric outlet on one side of the bed did not work, the remote didn't work well, and the shower head needed some attention..but I believe they gave those issues immediate attention (they had offered us an upgrade to a king suite, and if we had been in the area we needed we would have taken it) I would recommend this hotel.

Nice convenient stay at BNA
Very courteous night clerk and our room was very comfortable. Yhe bathroom sink drain was problematic so we advised upon checkout, Very nice person running the shuttle up the airport and we would definitely stay here again.

Good stay... Bad milk
The only bad part of the stay was at breakfast. The food was good, but the milk had turned bad. When I reported this to the front desk clerk, nothing was done. My wife and I continued at breakfast for another 30-40 minutes and still no action was taken to change the milk.

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve and then returned for one more night
Hotel was clean.
The person that really stand out was the shuttle bus driver lady. Very nice, very accommodating.
When we returned to the hotel for the second time, I had a very bad cold and was not feeling good. We were there at noon , three hours before the check in time. I asked Patel at the front desk if would be possible for us to get a room sooner, he said yes, we have rooms available but there will be an extra $40 charge for early check in.
Business is business you might say!
Loyalty is not in their vocabulary .
After all the place was clean and welcoming !

Overall good stay for the cost, close to airport. Bath tub didn’t drain well and the pillow seemed small for the king sized bed. Staff was very friendly each time we had an encounter.

I stayed at this facility in the past and was very happy. It is currently under construction, which was not mentioned on-line or in the phone call I placed to the front desk. It was noisy and dirty, and even though I understand it is being renovated, it was very tired and worn.

Didn't like having to pay $200.00 (cash) to secure my room for security of the room. I had already paid for the room and felt that was overkill. If I'd used my credit card, it would be $75, but if paying cash, required to pay $200. Big difference. Never experienced that b/4, otherwise, it's fine so far..just checking in has been okay but it's only 10 PM

Nothing like been woken up at 1am to the rancid smell of Marijuana in your room! Im not sure if it was coming through the air conditioner unit or what but it was extremely strong and woke myself and my daughter from our sleep! My daughter called the front desk to inform them and they didnt seem too concerned! When we arrived I said to my daughter the strong smell of air freshener seemed like it was masking something! Now I know what they're trying to mask! I dont recommend staying here unless you like the stench of Marijuana bellowing into your room in the middle of the night!

Not very friendly.
I received an email stating that they were going to charge my card that I booked the hotel with the day before and something about if I wanted to use a different form of payment which I certainly was not going to give that type of information over the phone. I did call the hotel and let them know that I wanted to use a different form of payment that I would be there by 6:00 p.m. They went ahead and charged by card anyway. A lady who checked me in was not extremely friendly. She did not explain what breakfast might entail, or even offer cookies that were sitting there at the front desk for people to take. It was very transactional and not what I would expect. Customer service wise. The room was adequate. When I left in the morning. The guy at the front desk could check me out was decent.

The corridors smell good but the elevator smells like cockroach. The reception area looks good but everything else looks ran down. The room has chipping paints and the blackout curtain has holes. You can see black stuff just underneath the toilet seat inside the bowl from the shower if you are a petite person. The bed is comfortable. There’s a tiny gym.

The price was decent and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom only had a sliding door with no lock on it and the tv had bad reception so I checked and tightened up the loose cable chord and it fixed it but the tv wasn't HD so if you're like me and used to everything HD it's aggravating to not have it.

Strange shower drain was not draining and risked overflowing. We removed the cover plate and it was grossly clogged. We had to clean it in order to prevent overflowing. Shower floor was slippery.

We came in late and had an early flight out. Staff was nice. Had to ask for a hair dryer as there was not one in the room.. The water pressure was poor and the water temp in the shower was barley warm. Thinking maybe a cartridge issue but did not report to staff as we wanted to get to bed. If interested in checking it out, we were in room 201.

The property was quiet, but that is about the only good thing I can say. It was in need of updates and cleaning. The room was “surface” cleaned, but looking closely it was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a smell in the hallways. Did not look at all like the pictures.

It was a terrible event. Expedia shows this location as pet friendly. After we checked in got to rm had to leave because of small dog. Still havent been reimbursed! I offed to pay deposit but was not excepted. Will never be there again
