The room was great; fast enough WiFi for me to work for several hours, and reasonably clean. The shower was slightly broken, but a call to the front desk resulted in a quick resolution.
I stayed during a snowstorm in January 2024, and was worried about whether my rental car would be able to get out. Fortunately, the plow service the hotel used was terrific, and my car was accessible for my entire stay there.

Soundproofing isn’t the best so you can hear doors slamming and kids ramming around more than some hotels. I would definitely stay here again though. Everything else was great for the pricepoint.

Great place overall
I stayed here on 12/31/23 to 1/2/24. Overall, this place is great, and I would stay here again. I was traveling with my dog, and the pet fee was very reasonable. If traveling with a pet, be sure to call first and ask about the pet policy and what type of room to book, because they won't allow dogs in the rooms with jacuzzi tub. The TV is not "smart" so bring a streaming device. The pool was locked early on Monday night. The breakfast was great, though they use disposable items. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I will stay here again
The hotel was neat and clean, had a gym and an indoor pool and we found it very comfortable. We had a two room suite on the third floor and although there seemed to be a number of people staying there, it was never noisy. Comfortable bed, nice shower, what's not to like?

Great location for those traveling to the southwest suburbs right off of I-55. Quiet location despite being right off the highway. Clean rooms and property. Multiple places to grab a quick bite to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were acting like they couldn’t find my reservation until my male friend entered and demanded they find it. He also asked for a copy of the paperwork they made me sign and they denied him that. They also stole my coat and when I asked about it they pretended they had no idea what I was talking about.

Check in was wonderful. Check out was a breeze. There was no "do not disturb" sign to put on door and housekeeping tried coming in this morning (they did knock, but I didn't have time to get the door). Remote for living room TV didn't turn it on. The lotion and shampoo had been used. The seal was broken and the shampoo bottle was nearly empty. Also, I was confused: if there's a kitchenette, should their be dishes, etc? There wasn't.

Weekend stay
This location is relatively easy to find. Breakfast had many options to choose from and on Saturday and Sunday, was well maintained and food was hot.
Some road construction around the hotel, but was not a problem. 2 issues that I had, but both were not in any way the anything the hotel was responsible for. The front of the property faces I-55 which has high traffic 24/7. The highway noise was a problem for me. I would request a room that is on the other side next time. The other problem was noisy guests who seemed to be not capable of QUIETLY shutting their door. The doors close quietly as easy as you allow them to slam shut people! Inconsiderate behavior that I find unacceptable.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The beds had plenty of pillows.The breakfast was a disappointment since it was nothing but carbohydrates- waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, donuts and muffins.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. I was staying for a stop on my trip to Joliet. Bed was a bit firm but if you like firm mattresses you should be okay. Definitely recommend:)

Front desk workers were very nice and friendly. This place was top notch. It was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding, they had everything to pick from and all tasted very well and was fresh and hot!
The price was very reasonable verses the surrounding hotels!
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing stay. Beds are a bit uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The kids loved the pool and tge cookies in the evening. Thank you for giving the kids something to look forward to every night.

Little dirty, very uncomfortable beds/pillows
Not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but not bad enough to complain to the front desk. Spiderwebs on the lamps to the walls, and messy floor. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Very thin walls, and you can hear everyone around you, above, and below. It was just an okay stay.

I hate that I can't find the receipts for last 2 nights. I have to have attachment receipt to submit for reimbursement with work and its always a challenge finding an attachment for receipt with expedia.

The room was very clean and comfortable and our 5 night stay was pleasant. The TV setup was weird. The channel guide scrolling on the TV and the channel guide found when you scan the QR code in the room did not match up with the actual channels. It made it difficult to find and watch anything.

Very near to fast food, gas station and I 55. Breakfast is included and was plenty. Our room 104 smells like it was wet or “musty”. Carpet need more drying!

Rooms are nice, very clean. Staff is courteous. Hotel is loud. Kids in the pool from 7:30-9:00 were unruly and obnoxious. Several adults were filming it. Not sure why staff did not intervene.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel. My Mother loved the firm bed & fluffy pillows. Front desk clerks from check-in to check-out were friendly and professional. I'm planning on staying there in the future when I'm back in Joliet.

Gem of a hotel
Great staff, well kept property with clean modern rooms. From the moment I walked in I knew this was going to be a great stay. Check in was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay.

I reserved 3 months in advance and requested handicap accessible room and late check in. I called 3 times to confirm, at time online reservation was confirmed, 2 weeks later and day before reservation. They had no record of request, but added on day before check in call. I did NOT get a handicap accessible room, i tried to call from room several times, but phone in room did not work, it was just static. Each time i went downstairs, no one was readily availabe at front desk. I also requested 1 queen bed size room, not what i received. One of the beds was very rumpled and not made well, making me think it had not been changed since last customer. Ice bucket had coffee splattered all over the outside of it. No soap was provided for the bath tub. The breakfast was the same each day, just different form of egg and sausage. Fruit was disappointing, bananas were very bruised and old. Overall disappointing.

It was a nice hotel but a sports team was staying there at the time and they were very loud. A gas station and a few different restaurants near by and next to the expressway. Other than that everything was fine.
