Check in person not friendly or helpful. She spent maybe three minutes in total and left the counter saying . Have a good night. I was still standing at the counter. One would think there could be a smile, Or a comment to let her know if I needed anything.
Instead I get a message on my phone about any assistance needed.
There was no printed info in the room about the TV.
An hour before checkout the Manager came to my room with a remote. He said.. you probably noticed this is a new TV.. now how would I know that?The manager here needs a lot of improvement. Feel free to cal tact me about my observations about the breakfast.
I had to go there for coffee because the coffee pot on the room did not work.
The room was excessively hot. Expect the thermostat is not working correctly.
The remote did not work so I had no TV

Ok not great.
Staff was friendly. Remote for TV didn't work as well as the buttons on the TV. Most channels didn't come in properly or at all. The mini fridge was broken. Carpets seemed dirty. Breakfast was a nice selection, but everything that was supposed to be hot was warm, even the coffee. The pool was small but it was nice.

My stay was great. The location was easy for me to get to the events i was in town for. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety from hot options to continental options. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again!

Overall, it was a very good stay. I went here to spend some time with my long distance girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary. It was a very nice hotel with a fantastic, free continental breakfast. The room was very pleasing, and the hotel itself was new and renovated. The only negative I have to say is the floor was very sticky and dirty in the room, which was a little unpleasant. Other than that, very good stay.

The front desk staff couldn’t be bothered before 3pm. Often the front desk wasn’t staffed and needed to call the desk to check in and out. The keys didn’t work and needed to go back to the desk. Room for the most part was fine. The tub and sink had hair from previous guests.

Great staff
The person who checked us in went out of his way to help us. Just as we were going out to get our luggage, we were hit with a rainstorm. He came running out to help us bring in our bags even though he was getting soaked by doing it. Thank you PJ.

Nice little hidden treasure.

After we checked in we headed up to our room to discover that we were given 2 double beds instead of a king. Bummer! I called the Very Grouchy associate at the front desk and asked why we didn’t get the room that we booked, nothing was mentioned during check in. So I proceeded to go and take a shower. The carpet was so nasty that when I got into the shower the water that ran off my feet was disgusting! Upon checking out I mentioned that the refrigerator doesn’t work, the room was filthy and we didn’t receive our king room, the front desk person didn’t offer us anything! What a bunch of bologna! Steer clear of this place!

The hotel is full when we arrived! So tired from the trip and we need to find another hotel to stay in. Took me like an hour to contact them to refund the money! It was very annoying!

We paid for king bed but got 2 queens, was told they overbooked. Was not what I wanted, I wanted a king bed. Side door entrance keys did not work. Carpet in room disgusting.

Check in staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Our keys continuously didn’t work, so we had to keep going to front desk to have them renewed. First room (320) had been smoked in, so we changed. Our next room had major ceiling damage due to flooding from an above water leak (120). It smelled musty and was very damp. We stayed here a year ago and with better customer service and rooms in better condition it was a better experience.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised when they emptied our waste baskets and put in fresh towels, most places don't do that until you check out. I had to unplug the clock to plug my phone/watcher in. A couple of window panes had cracks in them.

Hotel was nice enough to stay again. It was kind of dirty around the grounds with homeless sleeping under a tree. They did not bother anyone. Everything closes early around the hotel. Room was nice.

We like Country Inn's, this one isn't their best. We didn't get to swim because the pool was green and the pool area had a bad smell, we weren't going to chance it. Beds were very hard and we woke up pretty sore. Breakfast was good though.

Experienced two different rooms because of airline cancellation. Property is older, but first room was fine, clean quiet, great water pressure, and warm. Second room the carpet was disgusting, no warm water. Staff was very nice, efficient, quick to help. I liked how property was set back off road. I would stay again.

I Liked the location and its proximity to the stores,eateries and highways. But the biggest plus was the facility itself and the quality of the staff running it. Not ran down, no stale musty odors anywhere and having a housekeeping staff here everyday of the week is the biggest plus ever. I have stayed at Big major Chains around here who wont even come clean or see if you need towels toiletries, fresh linen or anything. You have to make an appointment at Bally's, Doubletree never sent a housekeeper to the room or the Isle in Bettendorf, so this was a major plus. Staff on site Kumar and Quetta are the absolute best. Like i stated before, if the carpets were changed out in the rooms this could be a easy 3 or 4 star hotel.

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
My stay was awful. The room was a disaster as the last guest had thrown a party and the room was not cleaned properly. It even still smelled so strongly of cotton candy flavored cake that I had to open the window even though it was snowing. When I asked for a new room or if someone could come clean a little while I was out of the room for dinner, I was told there was nothing that could be done. At the end of my stay while checking out the staff told me it was the last guests fault and that the housekeeper “did her best” I told that woman that I had wiped down the tables with my own baby wipe and it was black when I got done, that there was cake all over the desk, the cabinet and fridge. Confetti on the phone still and cake still left on the floor. I attempted to reach the hotel manager and still have gotten no answer or call back.

I didn't have a problem with the property. We called to get directions from the airport and the receptionist asked if we had a reservation. We did but he couldn't find it so he wouldn't give us directions. He was very frustrating. But the morning receptionist who was training was overly helpful. The taste of the breakfast was good but everything was cold and we needed to microwave it.

Had an issue with airport transportation, site says to notify them in advance which I did. Still had an issue getting a ride. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Not so clean of a hotel. Bed comforter had stains on it. Carpeting is disgusting in room. Dog hair visible on steps and throughout the hotel. Needs major updates and cleaning.

The staff has no clue what is going on. They charge a $50.00 security for incidentals. There are no incidentals at this hotel. The person at the desk charged my card $200.00 for this fee and could not reverse it. Horrible staff. Supposed to have an airport shuttle. Could not get a pickup from the airport. The phone number on the web site. is wrong. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the person getting one room was handicapped, walked with a cane. They were booked on the third floor at the end of the hall. The only thing I can say is the rooms were clean.

We were given a room that was occupied. Then we’re given another room. In this one the toilet’s tank did not fill with water to flush. We had to pour buckets of water in it to flush!!!
However, the shuttle was on time.

We just stayed here for one night due to an event early the next morning in the area. Even though it was close to the airport, we didn’t have any noise issues. Everything was very clean! The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! We would stay here again.

Service was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel was just a bit run down. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit well and kept coming off. The curtain was torn and unappealing. The bathroom door stuck on the tile so it was hard to shut or open. Bathtub had a crack in the base.

The hotel was booked and the person that had the room before we got it tore it up. The staff did a great job making sure it was clean and discounted or rate since the carpet had ink stains on it and they couldn't replace it in time before we arrived.

This hotel is very close to the Moline airport and was full at the time of our visit, with many young sports teams as guests. Although the hotel is not new and the room showed some signs of wear, we found it very clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, friendly, and hospitable. The area around the hotel is pleasant and parklike, good for strolling or playing games. Breakfast was the standard continental fare, including waffles and fresh fruit. Cookies were available on check-in. This is a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

The overall cleanliness & condition of pool area & carpet in the room could be better… but for the price of this room It was what I expected. Stopped w a 7 & 4 year old on our way home after being in the car for 10 hrs. Room was large w a separate bedroom, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was AMAZING! At check-in the woman at the front desk was friendly & talkative & she offered to bring up extra bedding for the sofa bed (later we found out she was the only one at the desk & was juggling phones & checkins but still delivered blankets to the room w a smile) Spent 7 nights this trip in hotels that were much more expensive & their hot breakfast, condiments, & staff friendliness didn’t compare. The gentleman working the breakfast area was extremely nice & hustling around to make sure everyone had what they needed & everything was filled, clean, & tidy. A budget stay but had all the little things that made it an enjoyable little stop on our long drive home.

Stay Away if you can
Where do I start? My husband and I checked in late on Friday, checked out around noon Sunday. We were out visiting friends all day Saturday. Then we got back to the hotel - O M G.
There was some kids (grade school age) soccer team / birthday party going on at midnight on Saturday. Loud screaming, running up and down hallways, playing kickball right in front of my room all night.
The next morning I just wanted a bottle of water. The vending machine was empty, so I asked if they had any in the back that hadn't yet been stocked - I was told no, because of said kids thing. They suggested walking to the nearest gas station.
So you can't add a case of water to your regular deliveries in anticipation of a scheduled event? Cool.
I heard another guest ask about a toothbrush - he was told to rub toothpaste on a washcloth and use that instead.
Then we asked to talk with the manager, because lots of little things add up. We received a business card with two bad phone numbers.
There are lots of hotels in Moline, right by the airport. This is the only one I've stayed at, and don't plan on returning. I'm sure there are better choices.

Overall, the stay there was nice. I’ve stayed there several times and it’s always good. This time the air conditioner in my room was really noisy. I also noticed a large amount of trash in front of the building on the ground to the south.
