Shocked to see such a bad state of a Radisson property- broken door locks, broken faucets, missing sink and tub plugs, no hot water is most rooms, non working AC in lobby, limited buffet items, dirtiest lobby of any hotel i have seen, workers from outside sleep in lobby sofas at night, etc etc. Very unsafe and inconvenient to say the least.

We checked in at the hotel, and they had no AC in the lobby and hadn’t for a few months. They had a big generator outside blowing warm air in but that was it. when we got to our room, someone was already in it. When we got another room, the bathroom door didn’t close and we had no hot water at any time.

Bad smell and aspect of our room
We experienced issues since the beginning with the overall aspects of the lobby (no a/c). They managed to subcontract a industrial rental a/c unit but not good enough.
We had issues with the TV remote control, water heater and a spoil smell of the room.
Front desk personnel (although friendly) could not coupe with multiple issues addressed by other guests at the hotel.
We paid more that $650 for 3 nights and we expected a decent staying but due to the poorly maintained premises, that was not the case.

My hotel was infested with roaches...they were crawling up the walls, across the desk, nightstand and in the refrigerator. Its was BAD!!! $200 over night stay was horrible.

Needs major upgrades
The entire property is extremely rundown. Both the sink and bathtub took over a half hour to drain. Standing water in there after every use. The entire hotel is dingy, dusty and old. I’m sure it was a great property in the late 90s, but right now it is in drastic need about Graves. Will not even consider a stay there again until substantial upgrades are made 100% through the property.

The first room we had the carpet was wet so they moved us to another room and the carpet was wet in there also. They said they would comp the room but still have not seen the reimbursement.

Cheap but not worth it
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Workers were friendly and kind but the hotel itself is in terrible condition, horribly dirty, and all around gross. Yes it’s cheap. But I’m not sure it’s worth it. Was genuinely shocked walking into the hotel.

Horrible experience
I’m not one to complain or even leave bad reviews but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The list of complaints is endless. They were in the middle of renovating, the pool was closed, no ice machine on any of the floors, no microwaves, the water took over 5 minutes to get warm and never got hot, they had the audacity to charge for breakfast, the rooms were not cleaned well, my husband killed over 7 cockroaches and it was not worth the cost at all. I would never recommend staying here.

Most staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed 5 nights Hotel a little dated. Left one morning and told front desk that lamp wasn’t working. Said would be taken care of, but still wasn’t working when I returned. Twice during night called front desk with a problem. Never answered.

Bare minimum
Stay was good for what we needed. The hotel is under construction which was not mentioned. No on-floor ice machines work which was not mentioned. The only microwave is behind the front desk which was not mentioned. 10 mins prior to check in the room wasnt even ready yet. Long hairs were left on cleaned surfaces. Ok stay.

The room was disgusting. I found roaches and clipped nails on the floor. Also, someone tried to go in our room. If the latch wasn’t on they would’ve gone in. Since housekeeping was on a request basis no one should’ve tried to go in. When I called front desk I didn’t get an answer back on whether it was hotel staff or not.

1. Check-in took about 30 mins as someone new was learning how to do check-in
2. Feared for security as guest from another room was mistakenly able to use their card in my room and surprisingly their access card worked. They immediately apologised and left though. This happened on 08/13/23 evening
3. The room was old with everything showing age. All the furniture, bathroom , even lock. Not Radisson standard. It was clean though.
4. Bathtub only gave Hot water surprisingly. Normally it is other way around. As it was all hot water always, we could not take Bath in two days of our stay. Someone needs to check this.
5. Bathtub is somewhat clogged and water would not drain quickly
6. Sink tap makes weird sound when turned on.
7. Informed/Complained about few points above in writing while checking out. I was told someone would call. None so far.
8 Saw cockroaches in the elevator
I expected more from Radisson. This experience was at the best of a two star hotel, not Radisson. Disappointed.

One bed had a huge sink hole. The other was not as bad. Ice machines broken. The hotel store was closed due to vacations. The hotel is old but clean.

Needs help !!!!
The hotel is in need of renovation. You can tell at one time it was a very nice hotel. We had house keeping just stroll in on us in our room and came back to random drawers open in our room. In the business center we noticed roaches on the wall. The staff were great and very accommodating. The beds were not comfortable at all. The nicest part of the room was the bathroom.

Pretty gross
The towels were all dirty, the shower drain was clogged, the carpet was sticky, the gym was missing weights, and the lamp shade was covered in what looked like dried blood, but they called it rust. The front desk and maintenance were very kind and accommodating though! They got me a different room that didn't have rusty lampshades or a clogged drain. Very surprised that the stay cost $165 when it was more of a $65 type of establishment.

My one-night stay was comfortable, relaxing, quiet and accommodating. Besides, some needed maintenance upgrades to the hotel. I was pleased with my stay home away from home feeling.

Find somewhere else if you can
I do not recommend this hotel, everything is severely dated and worn out. Maintenance had to come and fix my fridge. The fridge had two roaches in it. Half the TV channels did not work. The worst was the key cards for the rooms are extremely sensitive, I had to get a new key card three times during my 1 night stay as the key card kept getting demagnetized. Don’t bother getting a room here, find somewhere else.

Staff was friendly. This particular location does not have a microwave in the rooms, many of the vending and ice machines were down. I feel like they charged way too much not to have a microwave conveniently in your room. Also while it was clean it was dated. They could add usb ports for chargers in each room which are economical. Also the pool was dirty.

The property is in poor condition. Sheets and towels were clean, but knowing the room or any other aspect of the hotel is clean is difficult due to the poor condition of the hotel. Staff was friendly and location to downtown/UT is excellent.

Huge room

Check in was a nightmare. Between the third party and the receptionist, my stay was difficult from the jump. Although the third party was the problem, the hotel did not make it any easier in helping me. When I finally got my room ready 2 hours later, after getting in bed i was met by 2 cockroaches paying me a visit in bed. Overall from check in to the crawlers in the room, I would not stay again.

Clean but sad
The Radisson obviously was a beautiful top notch hotel about 15-20 years ago. It is clean, but needs a complete remodel. Plus my TV did not work.

Horrific experience at Radisson in at Austin
When we checked in at 3:10 PM(check in time is after 3: PM) At the front desk the guy was very rude and condescending. I booked 2 double doors for 4 of us he refused to review my itinerary and instead that I have booked only one room later he realized his mistake corrected it but the problem not resolved. He said the rooms not ready and kept us waiting 45 minutes in the lobby the worst experience we ever faced. Today morning about 3:45 AM someone knocked on our door and later ran away.Really pathetic. Request complete refund.

For a Radisson, this hotel has clearly seen better days. It needs a major overhaul. First, I have to say, for the price it was well worth what we got. Definitely got what we paid for. $97 per night vs. $250 for the Double Tree down the way. But there was a reason for sure. We had 2 DOUBLE beds. I forgot there's a difference between a Double and a Queen - didn't think anyone uses Double beds anymore. So that was an issue since there were 4 of us in the room. There were next to no outlets in the room, and the ones that were there didn't work well. I had to plug in my computer and charge my phone through my computer because my phone plug either didn't fit into the outlet or would fall out of an outlet. It was just an old hotel. That said, the toilet was clean, the shower was hot, and the sheets were clean. Breakfast is $9 for a buffet that was cold on one of the days we were there. But the staff was friendly and efficient. And again for the price, it was worth what we paid. Would I stay there again . . . depends. I'd look for something else before I stayed here again, but again not sure I want to spend $250 a night when I'm gone all day and just need a place to put my head down at night time.

The staff was nice nasty.. I’m a manager and just wasn’t genuine. Also. I was confronted by a roach in the first room. My first night I paid for a king side and was given a double and was told it was the same price when it should have been cheaper. Wasn’t happy will not be back.

Convenient access to highways 35 and 290 and reasonably priced. First night, no issues. Mid-week stay, we awoke to tree trimmers and stump grinders. We returned after a day out in town to find roaches in the room. We were offered a room on the first floor and once again awoke to tree trimmers and maintenance noise. Rooms on higher floors are recommended.

I expected better
It was an ok experience. There channel line up wasn't all that, many of the channels could not get a signal. They only had decaf coffee in the room. Only one button worked on their energy efficient toilet. It bothered me they had a mini refrigerator but no microwave. Their elevator was fast, but maybe do fast. My stomach didn't like it all that much. The staff at check in was friendly though and the bed was comfortable for just the night. I don't know that I would stay again for the price I paid.

We were in Austin for the F1 race. For the four nights we needed, it was acceptable. The easy access to the highways was a plus and the beds and water pressure were very good. The building and the property are old and dated and need updating and modernization.

Checked in on a Thursday till following Monday. Our room was serviced only once (even though when I questioned this at reception, was told room service would be every 2 days). I had to request toilet tissue and coffee pods. I prefer to have my bed made and trash emptied daily when I stay in a hotel - just like at home!
In addition, when room service did try to access our room - it was 9am on a Saturday morning. There was also food in our AC unit! Obviously noone bothered to check or clean this up before our arrival!
Frankly I expected more from Radisson on my first trip to Austin.

In a pinch decent. This property and hotel was a lot like a old casino in Vegas. There’s was a day you could tell it was the big dawg on the block. But those days have passed. Just a older property. Little dirtier,little older, little past it’s prime. But stay was solid. Had to ask for towels they put them in the room. They have a security guard in the parking lot at night to help watch the vehicles best they can. Austin is terrible these days with crime and theft beware. Overall, not our usual caliber of stay. But they really made it work. Clean rooms and great effort.

Needs Renovation Updates
The room was adequate but the ventilation in the building needs an update or overhaul. There was a musty air all inside the hotel. Lowering the air conditioning in the room helped a bit but did not feel clean

Everything felt real safe in the parking area. I stayed in two different rooms on my trip and both rooms had hot water issues but eventually came on. For the price, I will stay there again and again.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
Never Again! Very Disappointed in our stay here! Roaches were in the restroom, our key didn’t work. The ice machine didn’t have ice or was broken?. The vending machines were also out of order so we had to drive to store for a drink. This was not worth the price we paid to stay,..at what we thought was a very decent hotel.

Pick another property!
We were disappointed in this hotel. Don’t trust the pictures shown! There are no microwaves in any of the rooms but they did have a fridge. The bathroom was small, the shower was faucet was hard to turn on and the tub drained slowly so the water was ankle deep. The cover to the AC until randomly fell off and we were not able to reattach it. We used the ottoman to hold it in place otherwise the air didn’t blow up. I did call the front desk and the gentleman did offer to change our room but it was after midnight and we were getting up early the next day.
Also the parking lot was dark. Only one light was working.

We arrived late at night and had a hard time locating the hotel since the property was dark and at one point we thought it was an abandoned building since there were no lights in the parking area or on the building. When we managed to find theentrance the smell of the building was bad. It smelled like old and mildew. The hotel was outdated and gave me “The Shining” vibes.The room was overall dirty, hairs all over the bathroom floor, large chunks of dirt behind the night stands and corners, and walls and ceilings with mold. I stayed up all night scratching and dealing with skin hives.

The worse Hotel
This hotel is by far the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at in years. The mold on the ceiling was just gross. The rug smelled it was just disgusting. the bathroom tub was also dirty and it was clogged up.

Front desk helpful and nice. Had issue with tv. Sent handyman right away. Could have been solved with in room instruction.
Found dead roach in corner of room by drapes, must have been missed by cleaner. Also found a false eyelash on bedside table, which means cleaner did not wipe down .Bathroom sink drained very slow, needed Clearing

Wouldn’t stay here again
Keycard didn’t work and when I tried to get some help they just said it’s an old building. The A/C in the room was on high and was barely blowing. The vending machine doesn’t work. And the gym pictures online are different from what’s in the actual gym, it shows a lat pull down machine when there is not one.

Check in was simple. The hotel had a bit of an odor upon arrival. My room had a definite order. While things appeared to be clean, I was very disappointed in the bathroom. It was not clean and the fixture in the shower was disappointing. Also, the cabinet with the fridge was very worn. The bottom legs had wood split. My room felt neglected.
