I do love the history of Pioneer Square and the hotel as a Historical property. The area is a little sad as it appears the homelessness population may have increased in the last few years.

Great post-holiday stay
The front desk staff were welcoming & helpful and facility was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Location was excellent, with generous parking accommodations so we could easily explore all day after checking out. Snacks were available in the lobby and the breakfast was satisfying.

We couldn’t have been happier with the Pioneer Square! It had so much character, the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was quaint and clean. We had one day in Seattle and the location was perfect to do and see the town.

Clean Friendly and Reliable.
Great stay as always - Staff and management are terrific. We stay here every time we are in Seattle and have never had a bad experience. It was a bit annoying that the normal parking was not available but the Butler Garage worked just fine.

Calidad humana, hermosas sonrisas, amabilidad, nuestro check inn fue pasadas las 10:00pm y No hay restaurante formal en el Hotel y salimos a buscar uno abierto en la vecindad, sin embargo No recomiendo alejarse más de 1 cuadra a la redonda en la noche ya qué hay muchos indigentes en las calles.

Slept well in Seattle
BW+ was chosen because of it's location to Lumen field. I was VERY surprised for it to be as easy a walk as it was. Also, the restaurants and storefronts along the way were great. The homeless are definitely present, but not as overwhelming as in other big cities. The staff was very friendly, and quick to respond to our needs. The breakfast in the morning was limited, but fresh and good! The rooms were nice sized, VERY comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms was nice sized, the water hot, and had a tall shower head. The rest of the bathroom, sink & toliet were VERY low. Overall, a very very nice experience!

This hotel was awesome. The front desk was not only polite but very professional and informative. Reading previous reviews, people said that the hotel and the rooms were outdated. That is completely false. The decore goes with the hotel. It has a very old school feel and it goes well (obviously, if you wanted a more modern feel, go stay at more modern hotel.) The rooms were very clean and well stocked with amenities. Even the price for parking ($30 per night) was decent (as oppose to $50-$60 per night) compared to other hotels. I will definitely be staying here again.

Check in was awesome - Heritage vibe made it quite quaint. Trapp checked us in with ease and Ian was very resourceful in finding us fresh milk for an evening cup of tea. Great value and good location- its urban so expect to take an appropriate degree of caution for your personal safety.

My room was not cleaned up when we were back 3pm in the afternoon, and there is no coffee or cookies in the lobby, the breakfast is the worst I ever saw, almost nothing you can enjoy, nothing is fresh cooked.

Really nice hotel and staff close to the water and downtown made it easy to walk and take public transportation. Other then that the sound isolation was really bad as the walls were thin we could here all the cars and people playing music on the street the whole night, made it hard to sleep.

We enjoyed this very comfortable refurbished hotel in the heart of Seattle. It was a pleasant stay with many choices of cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt safe due to the regular police patrols but the noise of police patrol sirens in the night did wake us up once or twice.

We stayed here because it was close to T mobile park. Very walkable and conveniently to many downtown Seattle attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the historic feel of this hotel. The rooms are a little small, but the rooms where very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had decent options. Parking was off site and a little inconvenient but was glad that it was offered at all in a downtown setting. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect walking distance to main theme locations. Parking garage is also walking distance but some may not like it. To me, I just appreciated that the hotel has parking garage available. A lot of hotels nowadays do not provide parking options or very expensive ($50 to $70/night). The bathroom was clean and big enough for us and liked the lighting with timer. The only thing we did not like was the AC was super loud. But with these amenities and complimentary breakfast they served us, we were so happy we stayed at this hotel. We will definitely use Best Western Plus any locations going forward. (We wish every location allows pets.)

Building is old(1914) but it has been well kept on the interior. Rooms are smaller but quite and efficient within walking of the ball parks and boardwalk on the pier. Continental breakfast was adequate. No refrigerator in room

Great hotel. Really cool history. Elevator was good since we were in the 4th floor. There was no parking even though it was advertised as limited parking. Had to unload in front of the hotel and pay for a parking garage.

Nice hotel, but the locality less nice!
The hotel was of a decent standard, quiet and clean.
The drawback is the location. While convenient to the main rail station and the airport rapid transit, this area has become very seedy, adjacent to a large precinct of homeless and rough sleepers. It is quite disconcerting for visitors, especially from countries with better healthcare systems. Not a pleasant area after dark.

I liked the historical aspects of the building. Exterior windows were dirty. Room was too cold and only one blanket was provided. Parking was extra and a suspicious person was hanging around parking garage entrance so I was hesitant to get out of the car to gain access to the garage.

Very small room located above waste collection area - quite messy.
Windows from the room were not cleaned minimum one year.
From 7:00 to 7:30 am garbage was collected with terrible noise- after 8:00 then room service was trying to get to the room to start cleaning.
After 2 months of traveling this was the worst stay - luckily just one night.

It was very clean, great AC, excellent walking distance to the Seahawks game. Only 10-15 min. Breakfast was nice in the morning- quick , convenient continental breakfast! Will book again for our next game !

The property is very old and not remodeled does not smell fresh window AC unit very loud and noisy and did not run consistently woke us every time it turned it on. Homeless people congregating next to the property and you could hear them through the windows of the room.

Beautiful historic hotel with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with essential amenities. Excellent and friendly staff especially Trapp who allowed us to check-in early and offered cold water and snacks upon arrival. Cleaning crew were wonderful although hallways had a musty smell. Continental breakfast with many options and the serving crew were on top of refilling and cleaning promptly. Location close to the ferry terminal and a few blocks to 1-Line light rail to the airport. The value was excellent for the location!

The charm and cleanliness of the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square is unbeatable! Walking distance to the stadiums and very accessible to the ferry!! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will stay here again!

For the price I would’ve thought they would’ve been more amenities. There was no refrigerator in the room. The windows were absolutely disgusting with bird crap all over them. They also make you pay for parking. Outside of the location, being decent, to me, it wasn’t worth The price.

The hotel was between stadium and new downtown. Loved being able to walk to baseball game. This area is considered old downtown. Felt safe but area is older with some newer stores/restaurants. Walkable to light rail if you have basic luggage (we had one bigger roll bag).

The girls at the desk were friendly. I slept great! The bed was super comfy and the ac drown out what little outside noise there was. Two minutes from the cruise port, 20 minutes from the airport made this the perfect location.

Great location for me. Liked the fact the free shuttle was right out front. Very good breakfast and the whole staff were friendly and helpful. There only one thing I would suggest, the bathroom handle bar to help one get out of the bathtub. I was in room 301 and it was great.

honestly had the best experience and the staff was super nice and accommodating! it’s in a very good location too! we saw a concert at climate pledge so we took and uber but it was under 15 min to walk to pike place and under 15 to get to T-Mobile for the baseball game! Will stay again when i come back :)

It's an older hotel with character. High ceilings and solid wood doors. Rooms and beds are comfortable, and the baths are clean and well maintained. It's a block from the waterfront.

Liked the historic architecture, nice water-side location, breakfast, clean modern room in historic building.
The check-in staff were disinterested, unhelpful and seemed inexperienced in dealing the people. The parking was down a garbage strewn, narrow, dingy laneway and the homeless people. Parking spots were too narrow to get out of the car.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Parking is a block and a half away. The elevator was out of service and we were on the 4th floor. Usually not a deal breaker but I was having massive back issues and the stairs sucked. Was glad to see a waffle iron out for the continental breakfast.

Excellent location. Walkable distance to ferry and the Seattle waterfront and train station. Very welcoming staff and excellent breakfast. Parking is not free which is understandable based on the location. An old building, but the room is very good. I wish the carpet color was lighter. Probably standard for all Best Western Hotels. The bathroom door did not lock (Push from outside and it opens). Need to fix the lock. Recommended for solo or families.
