Although there was a small snafu at check in, the entire front desk staff handled it with integrity, kindness, patience and respect. The room and property is immaculate and convenient! I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect! The location is amazing, super close to good food, the mall, the city, etc. the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a great gym and pool. The rooms are a great size and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our new favorite hotel!

Everything excellent and the staff is five star
Beautiful and new. EXCELLENT staff, multiple people were stopping management as we were leaving to compliment the caliber of their employees. Clearly a culture of next level customer service has been established. It's impressive.

The entire staff was extremely helpful, kind and overall accommodating. The hotel was clean and fresh. The breakfast bar was fantastic.
Only complaint is handicapped accessible rooms should be closer to the elevator.

The room is beautiful and modern and clean.
Cant say enough good things about this Hilton Garden Inn in Boston Canton.

The front desk staff was professional and courteous. They take pride in the work and the hotel. The lobby area is great if you need people from the area to come and meet with you. It is nice and spacious with a really cool design aesthetic.

Nice hotel
I like the hotel, it feels new and fresh. I was surprised about the uncomfortable mattresses however. Rock hard. I am usually not that bothered by mattresses so this is worth mentioning.

I had a confirmed room with 2 queen beds & when I got there the hotel bumped me out for a room with a king size bed! Also, asked for room to be cleaned n it wasn’t!
This is NOT acceptable!!
The only positive thing was the staff at breakfast which were very accommodating.

Our recent stay at the hotel was perfect - hotel desk staff were friendly and very helpful and the room itself was better than most hotels we have stayed in. Our corner room was huge, quiet and clean. The location was perfect for attending concerts or games at Gillette Stadium. We'd definitely stay again if we are in the area!

There are a few things that are the first that are noticed when thinking about a hotel. This location checked off all the boxes, the rooms were big, the beds were nice, the staff was friendly. The check-in was quick! new in modern building That makes you feel like you’re getting what you paid for.

The room and pool/gym were great. The front desk staff were oddly rigid and sneaky. I was told no late checkout was possible while the person next to me talking to a diff front desk staff person was told 1pm. I called her out on this and she said they requested it earlier than me and the hotel is SO booked. False- I could see many rooms were empty, not even a weekend. So I ended up staying another night and asked at 6pm the night before for a late checkout the next day. They acted like that didn’t exist until chatting behind closed doors and then allowing it. I was told my keycard would work until 1pm. Instead the card did not work and the TV began shutting down every few min starting at 11. I informed them on my way out that I felt very rushed and pushed out. There was some odd stuff about the rates they offered too- saying Hilton online was cheaper than they could offer. Huh?! I would return for the pool - my young kids loved it. But the shady front desk was not cool.

When we arrived out for our two night stay the toilet was clogged, when we called down to the front desk to request someone come fix it, the front desk girl not only sent no one she stated that they didn’t have a plunger on site. Completely unacceptable.

I had booked three nights through expedia, it was my sons tournment, we lost by second day i asked to be reimbursed and they said no since i booked through expedia and not trough Hilton. We stayed and decided to see colleges next day.That night there was a wedding, we were on the fourth floor and over the courtyard. They were outside till 3:30 am . I called the front desk three times, we had a five hour drive home and wanted to leave at 6:00am. Also the previous night my son and two other boys went swimming in the pool. The woman at front desk told them to get out which was fine but said she wasnt leaving till they dried off. When my son got out of the pool,she looked at him and said " Your tan lines are weird." He didnt tell me till following day. I find it a bit strange that an adult would wait for kids to dry off and then make a comment like that.

Great location and new property with spacious rooms. The remoteness was nice and made me feel safe but was also close enough to take a train into Boston in about 30 minutes. Staff was kind and property was clean.
Only con was the floors are hollow. We were woken up from 4-5 AM with someone running in the room above us. Would be perfect stay if we were on the top floor. Despite that, I’d probably still come back for the ease of access to major roads, transportation, and great location out of the city

My stay was good. The staff was very helpful. Wish i was told at check in that i had to pay for breakfest. The orange justice tasted bad and the pancakes were hard. we ate at 9am. it’s like they stopped caring a hour before it ended.

The hotel is a bit in the suburbs. Very quiet and clean. The property was well maintained. The restaurant is limited especially breakfast - you can have the buffet or pay the same amount to order something from the menu. Dinner was delicious and the waitress very helpful.
