The manager at the front cleared a problem with my card and saved the night. Room was great, requested a shower instead of the tub combo and the first night of our honeymoon trip was off to a great start! Room was super clean and felt very modern and for the price was very luxurious

The hotel is wonderful and we are very pleased with everything. The check in was flawless and Emilia has been great answering our questions and helping us out. Absolutely recommend and we still be staying here again for sure.

Perfect Stay!

Even know I live in Fort Lauderdale they Charged a $350 hold because my ID had my business address changed listed which was local to the hotel and anyone that has a local address is charged triple the hood rate. Insane! That was more then the entire stay. This ruined my work trip as I was unable to complete the project because I couldn’t purchase the rest of the materials because of this over reach. They didn’t even tell me the amount before doing so or even after the fact. I had to find out from my bank when I couldn’t purchase materials because they over drafted my card

Wonderful!
It was a fantabulous stay! Very very clean, staff was very polite and helpful. We spent the evening outside in the pool, and then got out at dusk and just sat around and talked with family. No one bothered us they just came out to make sure we were okay. I am a housekeeper and I own my own company and I was very impressed by the cleanliness of our room. Will definitely come back next time I visit my daughter again!!!!

The breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from; the staff was friendly and helpful. The first night out flight arrived pretty late, 230am; we were unable to get in because the doors were locked so we called the 800# because no one was answering at the hotel, he worked with us to try and get in and we finally were able to get checked in and get to our room. I would definitely stay here again; there is several places nearby to eat, a Target across the road and the area is quiet and seems safe.

The staff was beyond wonderful, room was ok. The pool was small and I was quite unhappy that it closed at dusk. Breakfast was presented well but the coffee tasted horrible and the food itself wasn’t very good.

A very nice one night stay
Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly attendant at check in. There is a nice small sitting area with a pretty fireplace in the lobby. Although we did not stay long enough to enoy them, there was a nice pool and gym. Our room was large with 2 queen beds, a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. They offer a free breakfast each morning.

Property was clean. Staff was inconsistent. It’s definitely a no frills place. Breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast. Pool area was small and only one umbrella for three tables. Housekeeping only once in 4 day stay. Far from airport. We would. Not stay here again. Super clean but other factors put weigh cleanliness.

Clean, safe, great location
My room was an upgrade thanks to being a Titanium member, so it was roomy and comfortable. Maintenance promptly came when asked to re-establish TV connection and fixed the problem. When I asked for more coffee, I was promptly obliged by either the front desk or the housekeeper. The only areas for improvement were a working safe (mine had an error message and the single elevator was slow. Great service by all.

This place is wonderful! The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is in a safe area and is easily accessible to the area. The breakfast was great every morning. The food was fresh and well made every day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say though that the pool area is a bit unimaginative. It could use some color. Everything else was great and will be definitely staying there again!

NO REFUND - DON’T USE THIS HOTEL
I am extremely disappointed about this hotel. They absolutely refuse to accommodate any type of request for exchange or refund or even a date change. There was a catastrophic Hurricane that hit merely weeks earlier. I work at an insurance company and in trying to book weeks in advance, I selected a hotel that gives no rends or cancellations. I was in Ft. Myers and Port Charlotte from 10/9 through 10/13. It was devastating and I worked at the Insurance Villages. This particular night, I forgot to add the insurance coverage. I had to expense a considerable amount of costs and the had to return home, i also had a business commitment for trial in Palm Beach Cty. It wasn’t conducive for me to return this weekend for the 1 night.

It is a beautiful hotel! The staff went above and beyond for us! We wanted a get away from the post sto chaos and it was our anniversary. They had our room decorated with rose petals, water, and candy! It was so very kind of them! We’re going back this weekend!!
