Very nice.
Very comfortable and clean. Convenient to local restaurants. The only suggestion would be 24-hour coffee in the lobby as the rooms, or at least my room, did not have a coffee pot. I had to check out and leave before breakfast hours so I had to go to a local convenience store to get a cup of coffee.

Lady at front desk on my last night seemed irritated. I asked if I can add another night to my stay due to scheduling issues but she refused to. She simply said we’re booked without looking at her monitor. Moments later in my hotel room I saw that bookings were available.

The hotel room for our family trip is definely comfortable and clean on our arrival. Very easy aceess to drive to keyes. Trying to save by minimizing the number of times they want a room to be cleaned or refreshed or serviced on our 5 day stay irriitated me. This is more of a policy focussing on operational efficiencies while losing focus on customer service in my opinion .

The hotel is average. But check out line was extremely long, waited 40 minutes in line and they have A/C in the lobby 63 Fahrenheit. I was freezing while waiting. At Breakfast we came 8:30 they were out eggs and some other hot food.
In the shower the conditioner bottle was empty. Otherwise pool was warm. Just no Jacuzzi.

Okay Stay-not that great for Marriott grade hotels
first day we didn't get any breakfast. It was x-mas day we really struggle to get food around that area.
Even on a regular day breakfast is not that great.

This is a very good hotel and we loved the room, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was super convenient and they had very good breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to book again, if we are in the area.

Comfortable stay. What you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. I was surprised by the $10 per night parking fee. Yes, it was noted way down in the hotel details. Breakfast was mediocre. Cold bacon substitute, watered down oatmeal.

Fairfield systems were down, so they asked many of families to wait around in the lobby area. They also had power down in some areas of the hotel and the parking lot After waiting for an hour, booked a nearby hotel and checked in there.

There was a problem at check in, they gave us the wrong room, but the manager was very nice and fixed it and even gave us an upgrade which was nice. Other than that, everything was all good.

One night stay. Quick and easy check in. Standard room. Clean & comfortable. Nice breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. Adequate fitness room. Overall, a very nice stay, and would certainly stay here again!

The property charges $10 for parking. For a property away for center city, parking charge is unfair. How do they expect the guest go to stay at the property if they don't drive?

I was very disappointed to have to pay for parking. I don't recall ever having to pay for parking anywhere in the past. It might be listed as an added cost, not sure, but it should be more apparent to customers.

First stay at Fairfield, won’t be our last I’m
Our stay was great, for the very short time we were there. Both the front desk associates we interacted with during check-in and check-out were great. Hotel was clean, room was great, bathroom was sexy. Hotel lobby and breakfast area was comfortable. Only knock was our room when we got into it and settled, we found out the carpet in almost half the room was sopping wet (presumably from A/C). We didn’t checkin until 10:45pm & by that time kids were already done and ready for bed, and asking to move rooms was unnecessary. We just worked around it, but otherwise it was a great, quick visit.

The hotel is nice but we had a few issues. The door was very sticky and wouldn’t shut without a good shove. The fridge didn’t work and we had things we wanted to keep cold. The outlet by the bed with the plug ins for your phone didn’t work. The front desk staff was very good.

Stay, Stay Away...Read this review before booking!
Bad Service Staff. Uninterested in helping you. The breakfast is TERRIBLE...all 3 days we stayed, they were out of Cream Cheese, Jelly and Syrup. So you had an assortment of breads with nothing to eat with. When they ran out of oatmeal, they just added water to make it seem like more. They ran out of spoons 1 of the days. The premade waffles, NO they are not Fresh, were hard and crusty, but again did not matter as there was no syrup to eat them with. The TV did not work for 2 days, finally they changed our room.

King Suite - Very spacious, accommodating and sleek. Spacious shower! Very clean and seems to be well maintained.
Recommendation - Advise guest at check in that you have to insert your room key at entry way to activate the lights. This may be difficult or confusing to guest who are not Tech driven. (it was my first experience with this new feature and took me a minute to realize)
Overall, thumbs up!

Me and my wife stay a couple day's and it's was very nice the staff were very polite and helpful. The only problem we had was the ants int the room they were in the bed the couch tables and even made there way to the microwave it was very annoying but the room was comfortable, they just need to fix the ant problem.

Nice clean property. Rooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast was unfortunately quite poor which let down the stay. It appeared there only one person covering the whole of breakfast. Food ran out and was not refilled, bins overflowing. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise nice stay.

Poor check in, was not made to feel very welcome, not informed of when breakfast was - poor communication. Bizarrely put in a disabled room which was confusing to say the least.
Room on entry had a funny smell.
Breakfast was extremely limited unless you like sugar. No gluten free option either or fruit so I had a portion of egg and a coffee.

Very easy to find. Convenient location if you are doing the Keys. Yummy restaurants all around. Of course, when in Miami area...we only ate Cuban food and Homestead will let you down. Palm Bakery should be your first stop to eat empanadas.

We stopped overnight before headin got key west. Great location since so close to keys. Property was clean and beds comfy. Ac was a little loud and took a while to cool. Sofa bed was not comfortable but I guess that’s to be expected. Breakfast was good but only one toaster and 1/2 of toaster broken so a lot of people trying to toast bagels caused a long line. Overall we would stay again next time we head to the keys

Front Desk Tosh switched my room type from a king bed to double bed without my authorization and I was informed all king bed rooms were sold out by the time I arrived that evening. I went to breakfast at 9am and all they had were eggs. When I requested for some meat items to please be brought out, the front desk employee said it was only one person working the kitchen and trying to feed everyone so “it is what it is” . The housekeeper never came to my room and my bed was in the same condition as when I left the room at 9am. This hotel has no idea what hospitality is and I’m surprised of the standard allowed at a Marriot property. I will never stay here again, and will notify Marriot corporate of my terrible experience at this location.

No light bulb in center bedside lamp. Side reading lamp didn't work on one side. USB charging didn't work. No power to microwave. Yes, we did have a card in the strip at the door. Night clerk said breakfast was 6:30-9:30. It was really til 9:00, so it was already cleared.

The bathroom is good looks like remodeled recently but the room is very old looking and dark. No coffee/tea, not even a cup. No lotion in the bathroom. The front desk staffs are unfriendly talking to you while seating on the chair.

The public areas had a strong floral scent possibly from a cleaning product. So strong that it over-powered food smell at breakfast. Elevators were particularly heavy smell.
