The spa was not hot. There was rust on the railings and masking tape at the base of the railings. The pool area was unkept. We paid the higher price to have a hotel with a spa and it was unsatisfactory. Wont stay here again. Also we had to change rooms because the battery in the fire alarm started chirping and they didn't have someone there to fix it.

The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast acceptable...not exceptional by any means. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We were on the 3rd floor for 6 nights and only twice were we able to take a hot shower. The sink water got hot but not the shower. Also, the door to the room didn't fully close on it's own...we had to pull closed to make sure it locked. This was my second...maybe 3rd stay at this property and I never experienced the cold water issue before. That's why I selected it again.

I would have loved to give this a 5 star rating, but the jacuzzi was not hot and only ⅓ rd of the jets worked. After a long day of driving I hoped for a relaxing water massage.
But the room was clean, bed wonderful, and staff great. Breakfast was also very good.
Need to pressure the Mall management to clean up the overall parking lot, as it is full of weeks, trash, glass, etc., and not nice to walk around.

Short Staffed
Arrived at hotel a little after 6:00pm and my room wasn't ready, they said short staffed. I had driven for 10 hours wanted to unpack get dinner and go to sleep. I left, went for walk, got dinner, returned to hotel and they said it was just ready. Really, that was pretty late....after that the rest of the stay was really fantastic, the staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms clean...bed a bit hard, but used to it at hotels. I could only give two stars because of the late check in.

great hotel for kids to play in the pool, walk to many stores, restaurants, movie theatre, employees are very friendly, helpful and are available to assist in any way or just talk while you wait for your husband ! Tina helped with kids, bandaids, pizza delivery, helped me feel quite at ease setting up & feeding 7 people in the lobby & then take them back to the pool.

I will never stay there again. We get there and the pool is closed in the middle of summer??? That’s why I stayed there. We went to the room and the kids were upset about the pool. And there was a note saying Netflix was out. Now my kids wanted to leave. But the room was already paid for.

When the reservation was made the day before, there was no mention of the pool not being available. Kids were very disappointed! They always look forward to that part of a hotel stay. My husband was a little disappointed as well that the Netflix service was not working! Hotel was very clean however, the furniture was a little dated. Overall it was okay.

The first room the staff member gave us smelled like weed. They did fix that issue and gave us a new room. The pool and hot tub were closed due to water leaking from the ceiling. Looked like it has been happening for a while. I was quite disappointed about this. I was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the motorcycle.

Everyone on the staff was kind and wonderful, from the front desk to the breakfast server. The room was clean and quiet.
My only issue was that the mattress was a little soft for my back I believe. Still I would book it again but maybe try double instead of the King.

Things have changed
This stay was a bit disappointing. This property felt a little neglected. When my TV didn't work and they front desk guy said they needed new ones it confirmed it. During my two day stay, I didn't have a TV.. the maintenance man was supposed to come one evening when the front desk guy couldn't fix it and maintenance guy didn't show before bedtime. Next morning more on me, I decided because of CoVid didn't want people in and out of room about the TV while I was out. Then the other thing when I walked into the bathroom with my shoes on, the floor was slimy. Whatever it was cleaned with, left it tacky. All this to say, this isn't my first stay at this property, it just wasn't as good as I remember and I would probably give it one more try.

Charged for the room when it was already paid for.
We have stayed at this hotel before and have always had a good experience. As was most of this time. The check in man was not friendly,they dont have a list of restaurants(which I find weird). The pool and hot tub were awesome. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast lady. She is so nice and friendly. Great service from her. She needs more money and more tips from people. The room was comfortable, AC was nice and cold.. The wrost part of this trip was they charged me. I booked on Hotels.com and used a "redeem" night, I paid the difference on Hotels.com(which was $20) and as we were leaving we looked on our card on line and they had charged us FULL PRICE! Ridiculous. Took many phone calls because Hotels.com said it wasn't their fault, the hotel said it wasn't their fault,,ughh the back and forth. Finally got someone at corporate for the hotel to refund our money but of course in 3-5 business days. We live on our money and dont have it to spare. Luckily we didn't go over on our account.

The woman working behind the counter gave way our reservation to someone else just prior to us arriving to check into. In edition to that it was a non refundable ticket and they Had NO other rooms what’ll so ever to accommodate us with even though I had made a reservation well enough ahead of time. And was charged ahead of time for a NONREFUNDABLE room. Then I was Rudely informed by the counter person that if I wanted a refund for the non refundable room that I had been charged for I would have to contact a third party company and argue with them about it at midnight mind you after driving an hour out of our way and needing to find and pay again for a new hotel room. I will NEVER stay at this resort or any of affiliates ever again and I will never book with Expedia again. I have NEVER had an issue with Travelocity in the last 19 years that I’ve been using it. But the one time I use Expedia I get totally screwed over and then had to argue with customer service to process a refund for the room I was charged for but wasn’t abatable for me to sleep in. Do you believe that?! They wanted to process a request for approval and blah blah blah there was a 3 hr hold time when thin incident occurred mf we couldn’t even reach them to to get us other

Our room was disappointing. There were actually toe nail clippings on the floor nightstand was sticky, phone did not work, security door exit near our room to go outside did not lock When we pulled in around 9pm there were absolutely no exterior lights on at all. We thought there was a power outage The bathroom sink around and under the glass tray was very dirty soap scum all around We are not picky, but it was just disgusting. The carpet on side of the bed was dirty I kept my shoes on until getting into bed. This was my first and last stay at a Fairfield Inn I must say the staff was extremely nice We did not complain about the room because we were next to my elderly parents and if we moved, they would have had to move as well and my Dads back was hurting him and we did not want to put him through any more stress

Amazing Hotel
We had a perfect night t this hotel. The complaint i have is that there should be at least 2 employees on the hotel grounds at all time. The poor night shift lady was all alone. One person can not handle this. I tell ya what she had better get a shift differential for she has to do.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations on food, shopping and much more. All staff members wore masks and enforced social distances. The pool and food areas were open with some restrictions but, nothing unreasonable. The family had a great time.

Could of been better
My stay is normally great when I come down to stay but, this time when i checked in my first room the carpet was wet. We was then moved to another room and that floor was also wet and had no towels in the room.I went down to receive the towels, but was to tired to move to another room so we just dealt with it. I hope my stay this up coming weekend will be better.

Nice hotel but you get1/2 what you pay for full $
The indoor pool was closed. Understandable during the virus, but we weren’t told when we made reservations. Breakfast was handed out at the front desk...a leather biscuit that tasted horrible with greasy sausage and a dirty, sour apple. When staff was asked about the dirty apple, we were told “you can go to the bathroom and wash it”. Then upon check out, we asked to pay cash and not keep the charge on our credit card. Same staff person told us...”No we can’t do that, it was already closed out last night!” Either “warn” other guests that they can’t use a major amenity like the pool and that your “free” breakfast is so bad you need to pay guests to eat it, or give everyone a major cost reduction for no amenity and no breakfast and poor customer service. We won’t be back!

Room was very spacious and very clean! However, the toilet sits WAY too low, as if was designed for an elementary school child. Also, the hallway outside our room was noisy, with loud voices as late as 3 AM or so. Otherwise, the room was great!

The motel is nice and comfortable. They have a indoor pool and hot tub that was always empty which was nice since we were there to take advantage of the pool. A feature I really like is the location of the motel. Restaurants, a movie theater, a few shopping places, Walmart, and a coffee shop are all walking distance and surround the motel.

Staff was friendly and facility was decent. Outside light keeps you awake and there’s no curtain to keep it out. The morning after we stayed there were 3 bedbugs crawling on my daughters pillow. Expedia refunded my money though and the hotel was very apologetic but still check those beds at hotels before staying. This is the first time I’ve ever seen such and I’m a bit creeped out now but I know stuff happens.

The reason I said ok on cleanliness is because there were curly black hairs on the wall & in shower. And we stayed 6 nights & 2x they didn’t clean/vacuum the floor. I use to do housekeeping & my boss was strict so maybe that’s why I’m so detailed & notice. Everything else was great! Tip on breakfast: Weekdays ends 9am weekend 9:30 & they have a pretty good selection.

We stayed two nights on separate reservations not realizing we would need to be there two nights. Hotel was very good -- staff was nice, continental breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Had one issue on second night with room smelling like smoke, but front desk quickly got us moved to a new room; she was very good with taking care of the problem. Overall, a nice place to stay - places to eat close by.

My stay was fine. The staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Only complaint was the shower stall was satined. The stains could easily be seen running down the shower wall while the shower ran. The bathroom sink could have been cleaner as well.

Clean rooms, very spacious & decor is up to date, breakfast was amazingly delicious! Hot & plenty to eat ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles fresh fruit sliced and prepared more than you could ever ask for a free breakfast !
