My only complaint was for the maintenance of the breakfast area. Food on the counters, fruit was over ripe and the breads were stale… that doesn’t happen by 7:30am…still a great place to stay, front desk people were awesome and very accomodating

Nice hotel. Ask for a room away from highway. Has a bar. Few restaurants within a 5 minute walk and they are good. Stayed before and will stay again.

New England fall tour
Our first night was a bit rough, but after speaking to 2 amazing people (Yui and Geoff), they sorted out our problem in a fantastic manor. I cannot express how much we appreciated them and thier friendliness.

Very disappointed in the level of highway noise. Front desk staff told us it was on the "quiet" side, but the hallway was quieter than the room. Beware that breakfast really stops service closer to 8:40 and on a busy day many foods run out before 9 at which point the doors promptly close. Beds and pillows were great. Pool was closed for our stay. Gym was excellent also. No blackout curtains.

We had a very nice stay here for a few days. It was clean, staff was VERY friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. The pool was amazing and clean. The lobby was very nice. ONLY complaint I would have is the breakfast is only until 9/930. Wish it could be until at least 1030 as to allow a little more sleeping in as we were on vacation and waking up early wasn’t really part of the itinerary. Other than that 10/10!! Will def stay again.

The sofa beds are not actually a mattress, but a hard surface incompatible with sleep. There is no cushioning, should not be allowed to be called a bed. I was unable to sleep, and the one bedroom room was overpriced for what you got. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Housekeeping needs to be a lot better.
Pros- Super friendly staff, easy parking, restaurants nearby, close to outlets, very nice room with a kitchen (we didn't use), and Netflix on tv.
Cons- OMG the bathroom. It looked like someone had shaved their entire body and the short, black hairs flew allll over. Hair covered the bathroom door trim, the baseboards, and there were even hairs on the ceiling. Only noticed a few on the shower floor the night before, and I let that slide, but seeing them ALLLL over the next morning was so gross. Please clean better. Rm 2214, for reference.

Mother-daughter weekend
We stayed for a mother-daughter weekend and had a great time. Our suite was clean and well-equipped for the two of us. I used the fitness center which is really large and has a variety of cardio and strength-training options. We did not use the bar but it looked very nice. Breakfast was good as well. I travel approx. 20-30 times per year and stay in many different locations and lodging options. I notice that many hotels are using shampoos and the like which are pump and fill. I like the sustainability of this option. However, there is usually not any lotion provided and this is a must when traveling as the conditions in hotels are somewhat dry. Marriot, please provide your guests with lotion as well as other items, thank you:)

Clean and Comfortable with Amazing Staff!
We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites! The hotel was clean, our suite was quite large, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff - everyone was so kind and helpful. We also loved the pool and the fitness center. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a HIDDEN GEM. Everything here was PERFECT. The room is beautiful and spacious. VERY CLEAN. Beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff GREAT. They have a nice bar area to sit and enjoy a cocktail before bed. There is an outdoor fire pit that was warm and inviting.

Nice modern hotel
Very clean and modern hotel. Loved the sitting area and the couch was quite comfortable. Cozy bed and pillows as well. The shower was nice with good water pressure. Area around the hotel had a couple of restaurants and patriot’s place was only a few minutes down the road. I would stay again.

New favorite staycation spot
Everything is new and clean. Room is huge. Love the convenience of a kitchenette, great for extended stay or if you have special diet/picky eaters. Pool was fun. We missed breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay!! Very clean, service was great, the free breakfast was pretty decent. They give you a lot of choices to choose from. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. I would definitely stay here again it’s in a great location and was reasonably priced.

I like that everything was very spacious but the only thing that I didn’t like was the walk-in shower…it made a mess because of no door or curtain…and there was water all over the floor.

Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The place looked relatively newly renovated.. My only real complaint was the HVAC was very noisy at night. Idk if that was because of high winds or what.
