A nice place to stay in Homestead...
The property is convenient to the highway. Shopping and a variety of corporate restaurants of all levels and cuisine varieties within walking distance.

On the first night I received a call after midnight from the service desk saying that the guest next to me says my TV is too loud. The volume was at 22, I’m like do y'all have paper thin walls? I turned it down…. The next day I’m woken up by a call that was a phishing attack. The guy says he’s with the front desk and there is a glitch in the system listing my room as vacant. He asks me to verify my information. He knew my name and my billing address, when he asked for the security number of my card a flag went up. I hung up and went down there to see if this was real. The person at the front desk told me that everything was fine and that they are constantly performing phishing attacks on guest that stay here. They reacted like oh did you not see the pamphlet on your night stand. I immediately cancelled my credit card that was the card I paid the hotel out on. It gets worse, I stayed here to attend a wedding on NYE and we got back around 2am. As we are falling asleep a domestic dispute takes place next door. The couple is screaming vulgarities at each other. At some point the husband is locked out and he starts pounding on the door. I call the front desk and they were nonchalant about it until I said that I would call the police. Domestic disputes can escalate into some serious trouble. This place isn’t worthy of carrying the Hilton’s name! The floors need to be cleaned, the elevator whipped down. This is a ghetto version of what is supposed to be a nice hotel. Never Again!

Very pleased
We were woke up at 230am from front desk calling...a police officer was pratroling the parking lot and noticed a suspicious person watching our van... Which we had a yeti cooler and bikes on a cargo carrier...we got up.... Moved our van....took bikes and cooler off...was able to store them in a storage area in hotel.... Amazing staff.. Also there was a security guard patrolling the parking lot also

We were very happy with our room here! Spacious and clean. My only feedback would be for the breakfast service - this hotel should switch to a full buffet rather than a half and half situation. Both days of our stay, the one person taking breakfast orders seemed incredibly overloaded - running around trying to get people’s room numbers along with their orders. It was chaos and caused quite the wait. Basic items like milk were not replenished. Even something as simple as hot water for tea had to be asked for. Put it all out and let people serve themselves!

An ok stay.
Comfortable room, a few minor defects like rusty bathroom vanity and a broken table. The biggest problem we had is with some douchebag banging and beating on the door across the hall from us at 4:30am and continuing for about 30 minutes even after we called the front desk and they said they’d send up security to deal with him.

Very comfortable hotel and walking distance from shopping and eateries . We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to Keywest from Everglades national park . Highly recommend this hotel .

Breakfast sucks. First, you have to pay 15$ for having it. In the two mornings, there was the same breakfast, not even any items changed. The pineapple is rotted, runs out of milk, no hot water for tea.
I needed to do laundry, there were no laundry supplies, no coins. So I have to pack all the dirty cloths again.
The house is clean, and the cleaning lady did good work, so I can give them 2.5 stars.

I was there to enjoy the christmas with my family in a two bed room, who came with the idea to use wood sliding door for the restroom? thanks to this brilliant idea the restroom door had a 1 inch gap in front of the toilet! anyone could see you sitting in the freaking toilet, and since it had a gap any one could hear what were you doing and the air extractors did not work, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Never staying there again.

We stayed here for the first time back in Junew, on the way back from the Keys. We only stayed for a few hour nap before catching a redeye. When we came back i knew where i wanted to stay. Everone, especially the front desk lady was so nice. The room smelled so fresh like before. I slept so well! This time i used the shower and i think it was the best i have ever experienced. So nice and strong. I will be staying here again when we are in the area.
Also, the Target right next door is really convenient.

The hotel on a whole was fine. Restaurant first night was short staffed bar was closed no wine , a Miller lite cost us $7 on happy hour. If not charging to your room was a hassle to get it charged to a separate card. Some kinks to work out

Updated room. Restaurant on site. Near turnpike. Pet friendly. Lots of restaurants and stores in area. Overnighted here as I was going down to the keys the next day. Price was reasonable and located about 30 mins from key largo

Rooms need better inspections
I was disappointed with certain items in the room. The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to move. They offered to move us to another room but we’d already settled in by the time they came to look at it. The coffeemaker did not work correctly & the outlet in the bathroom needed to be fixed. When I asked for a consideration on my bill for these items, I was asked if I told the front desk. Well, it’s morning & we’re getting ready. We didn’t want “guests” in the room when an inspector could have found these items. The coffeemaker didn’t just start not working properly.

Everything was great. Our only issue was the 1 lady at night shift is very rude. It was raining and due to that the wifi wasn’t working correctly so it was a little hard to get checked in. I did check in close to midnight. We understood that there was an issue but the few times that I did ask the receptionist how long she was very rude and unprofessional. Screaming at me and everything.

My only issue was that the door to my room did not work properly. I had to pull it towards me before scanning my card. In fact, the first night I had to go back downstairs to ask why the card wasn’t working. The receptionist showed me about pulling the door shut. I just think it should work easier and maybe maintenance should go look at room 319.

We were driving back from the Keys and needed a place to crash for a few hours before heading to the airport. I am so glad we chose this hotel. So sad we could not of stayed longer. Felt new, clean and very welcoming. The front desk lady was wonderful. The room even had a fresh sent as we walked in. We will be using this hotel again when traveling to the keys.

The young lady at the front desk was so delightful. Always had a smile on her face. While waiting to check in as customers walked in and out, she seem to know them all by name and where the were going. Some customers even came to her for recommendations on restaurants. She spoke with them as if she’s known them forever. Wonderful customer service

Top shelf all the way around!!
I travel 10 months or so a year and a hotel is only as good as its staff. The staff here is Top shelf. I was here for several weeks for work and it was a great stay. The front desk staff was great always with a smile and helped with anything I needed. They new my name and made it being away from home for so long just that much easier. The rooms were clean, safe parking and close to everything you need. I woudl rate it 10 stars if I could.

I booked twice on the hotel.com with 72552430986085 ($252.8) and 2572491359016 ($219). The first one was canceled on June 2nd, 2023. However, the Hotel still charged me at $252.8 even I already paid $219 on June 2nd, 2023. The Manger of hotel said they didn't receive the canclelation from HOTEL.COM, and HOTEL.COM said they did. After hours of call with Hilton garden inn and Hotel.com, they said they will refund the first charge of $219.

We did late night check in for friends who arrived in Homestead late. Solid front end service, he informed us that he was in training with that night completing his first full week. Asked for a late checkout which he obliged. Sunday checkout was a breeze.

The quesadillas from the restaurant at Garden Inn were absolutely the best I’ve ever had!! We only stayed one night but beds were great and the pillows. I have back issues and woke up feeling very good .no complaints at all!!

This place was clean and comfortable, and felt rather elegant.
Breakfast was not included but did not look much better than other hotels we stayed at. However, we rarely ate at any of the programs as the mostly do not have anything we eat, so this was not important to us.
We slept very well at the hotel--we stayed two nights here.
There were a few oddities: we had an accessible room. The seat for the shower was a pain to assemble. A disabled person could have trouble putting it together.
The lights were a challenge to figure out initially. They should give an additional key with instructions on how to use it to activate the lights. There was a cryptic note by the curtains and it took us a while to figure it out.
After we worked out those challenges, it was great!
