Great hotel. Friendly staff pretty clean front desk. People were fantastic and lovely to talk to. Ask them to hold my luggage and they did so with a smile and no attitude. Very happy will definitely stay here again and look to see if they have other locations as well around the world, thank you so much. It was a true pleasure.

The Revere had a neat historical feel to it while being very modern. It was a great location. Easy walking everywhere. Staff was courteous and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay smack near the theater district, with a stunning view from our balcony of the Common all lit up for Christmas. Kind of noisy overnight from the street(and we were on the 23rd floor), but that’s Boston-not the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Revere hotel. We’re very impressed that every single member of the staff was so friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful . It is a sign of good management you observe that the staff s happy. The breakfast was nicely served , good value. We enjoyed the theme of the decor was carried out in an interesting manner throughout the hotel. Beds very comfortable. Rooms were clean And quiet

We enjoyed our stay at Revere Boston Commons. It was easy to park, and conveniently located so we could leave the car parked. We had breakfast there. Not bad, but could use some more choices. The room was clean, and housekeeping came in daily without having to ask. That was great! Lots of families with children which to some is a plus. Not so much for us. Still, for the price, we would consider a return stay.

Fancy exterior but low attention to detail
If you are looking for a hotel that is convenient to downtown and most of the tourist destinations in Boston, this hotel works. At first glance, the décor is lovely, but I care more for details than elegance. The room lacked attention to cleanliness: soap dispensers were broken, grout was dirty, the chrome was rusted, and dried drips and runs of a substance on the art work--I woke up with an eye infection after sleeping on the bedding. As for room service, check-out time, and other details one would like to know, there are no guides in the rooms. I had to search online to find this information. Room service was served like DoorDash and was not at all tasty or at temp, in fact, it was the worst cup of coffee I ever had (watered down and weak). The hotel bar served weak drinks. I didn't know it was possible to make a cocktail without flavor, but they managed to do so. Signage outside of the elevators should be improved to make it more readable. Lastly, a pair of sunglasses turned up missing from the room. In closing, stay here but know that your experience is not worth the money they charge for everything; do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The staff was excellent. They saw that there were 3 of us checking into our room, so they offered us a suite. The suite had a great view of the city.
A couple of nits to pick: the shower floor looked like it had been re-grouted very badly. The stopper for the sliding door between the main room and the bedroom needs to be fixed in place to keep the door from sliding too far. And the cost of a simple room-service breakfast was surprisingly high.
But, with these nits picked, I'd still recommend this hotel.

Cool property just a block from Boston Commons. Super close to Emerson College. Clean comfortable rooms. Wish there was a makeup mirror in the bathroom! Nice full length mirror in the room. Restaurant was great - enjoyed our meal there. Bottled water in room was appreciated.

Carpet in room is old and worn. Shower curtain could be newer and curtains were ripped and old. Furniture should be updated. Nearly every light fixture in our room was broken. Service was friendly and staff is great.

Hotel pretty worn. Mattress was a saggy mess. The table in the bar/ coffee area we sticky every time I was there. Your VIP credit can only be used for food, so that’s worth nothing. When we checked in the front desk staff friendly- checking out didn’t know how the parking garage worked, so that cost us time with our exit. Still not sure it was done correctly. The rooftop bar says open online but alas nope.

Everything is excellent except for the last day while having our breakfast i cut my palm with the fork that has a sharp edge protruding at the end of it.
We had a good time during our stay,thanks to the staff that are all nice and polite.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was quite curt and no mention of any additional benefits of VIP booking with Expedia which had been outlined in booking. We had requested a fridge in advance which was confirmed but it wasn’t there on arrival and we had to ask a further two times in person before it was sorted, no real apology offered. Location was great and has a decent gym.

We really enjoyed staying at the Revere. Our son goes to Emerson College and it was close to him. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the shower had great pressure. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good.

We had a great stay at The Revere Hotel overall. The one negative was the lack of insulation around the windows. With our sliding door shut and locked the traffic noise sounded like the slider was wide open.

Restaurant was poor, food very average & cappucino machine broken.
Front desk staff need better training - basically ignore you when coming & going!
However,any In-Room requests we made, ie for robes and wine glasses were met quickly and housekeeping every day was very good.

• Check-in: A staff member chatted with a woman — who was showing him photos on her phone — while two of us waited for him.
• I asked if there was room service and was told there was. Turned out not to be true.
• In room 1114)the first thing I saw was a blue ironing board leaning against an armoire
• The lights on each side of the bed wouldn't turn on, so I called for help and told someone would be "right up". • • The restaurant menu is available only through a QR reader, so you need a smartphone. That was when I learned there wasn't room service.
• A round white table by the bed had a crack in it, enough to make me worry part of the table top would fall off if I put anything on it.
• The "easy chair" had a rip on the upper right back, clearly visible.
• The help for the light arrived an hour later when I was drifting off to sleep.
• It was an unhappy $400 stay. I won't go back.

tired, dingy room with dirty carpet that was sticky in places (eew). did not feel comfortable walking around in bare feet. Worst of all, housekeeping left my door open, compromising my personal safety and the security of my belongings.

Hotel has bikes you can use which made it easy to get around city. Food at restaurant was okay. Convenience store in walking distance and several restaurant options. Maggiano's Little Italy was delicious. 10-15 min ride to airport.

Very average business style hotel. Room ok but very poor wardrobe space and unusable balconey (no table or chairs and largely taken up by air conditioner). No bath robes as advertised. No swimming pool/access. Rebels Guild restsurant only open for breakfast. Rooftop Restaurant weather dependent and was closed to guests for a private party the night we had booked dine (after complaining the duty manager kindly covered the cost of the meal we eventually had in the lobby)

This felt like an average hotel with a fun, modern vibe. I went to breakfast by myself at the restaurant on site one morning and the customer service was very slow. I wasn't offered water, the server seemed to have forgotten about my morning coffee, and I had to ask for my check. I felt like I wasn't all that important so I never went back again. I noticed that another group also had to confront the staff for their check.
