Breakfast did not open before 8:30am which is quite late when you are awake since 5am due to the constant running noise from the minibar.

Did not like the bed whatsoever. Very hard foam style bed. Pillows were very flat and stiff. My body hurt after the first night and ended up sleeping on the couch the second night. Clerk that checked us in wasn't very interested in our questions about the area and simply told us good luck. But it is in a great area and we walked to everything easily.

A great hotel, well situated.
My only minor negative comment would be the small size of the breakfast area which a little cramped. The directors could use part of the reception area during breakfast time. Their choice of course!

The Blanc Kara is close to 5thm close to the beach and is very quiet and comfortable. Have stayed there before, and will stay there again. Beach access is a straight < 5 minutes to the ocean.

Cute little boutique hotel in a good location. The room was a nice size and had everything I needed, and the tea room and breakfast were very nice. It had a nice vibe and everything I needed for my visit at a reasonable price.

We stayed two nights . It was quıet, clean and very close to entrance door. They give beach towels, breakfast room is very cute and cofee is nice. We would definetly stay again. Ac was on louder side but did not bother our sleep at all.

The hotel was great. The people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was small, but food was good and filling. Most of the food is pre-packaged items, so don't expect hot breakfast. The rooms were nice and I love the fact they had a microwave for someone who never eats all of their food. They do have a stove and supplies if would like to cook and a full fridge. Beds were comfy. Plenty of dining in the area. It is quiet and off the strip. The walk to the main strip is about 5-7 minutes. I will definitely go back again.

The manager at this property was very attentive to our cancelled flight, and made accommodations for us. He also allowed us store our luggage while we went to do an excursion even though checkout time had passed.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Blanc Kara. 10/10 recommend. The breakfast included is so cute, everyone is friendly, warm and very accommodating. The big pig restaurant across the street is phenomenal. walking distance to everything. It's our new favorite spot in Miami

This was a great stay. The room was very nice and the location was excellent! No kids meant it was nice and quiet, which was a bit of a surprise for the holiday weekend that we were there. The breakfast in the tea room was very neat and unexpected! Plus beach towels provided were very nice. All in all, it was easy to check in and out, and things were all just as expected or better. Highly recommend this hotel!

The overall experience was good. However the cleaning didn't clean out room for 3 days in spite of keeping the make my room tag out for 2 days. And they had the audacity to tell us they wouldn't do when we asked as it was time for them to leave. Not sure how that was our problem.
It's overall a good stay and close to the beach and restaurants.

The room looks comfortable and clean. Also, I like the breakfast served. The location is amazing because the beach is about a block away. Unfortunately, I have to remove one star because I was checked in to a room that was already reserved for someone else. There needs to be an improvement in logistics so a room wouldn’t be booked to multiple conflicting parties.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the boutique hotel Blanc Kara during our short visit to Miami, and I must say, it matched our expectations.
The staff at Blanc Kara deserves special recognition for their excellent service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout our stay, they made us feel like valued guests.
We very enjoyed our stay and everyday breakfast in their cosy tea room. A minor thing is that they don't have laundry service.
We strongly recommend Blanc Kara to people who want to visit Miami in the area of South Beach.

Walkable to everything nearby. Valet available but we found a spot across the street so either works. Front desk was responsive and always available which is a plus bc some customers still value that human interaction.

This property was disappointing can I say the least. The front desk person in the morning was rude told us that we could have a hour late check out then called @ 10:50 and changed their mind (another guest service worker in the AM) was not friendly at all…stayed from Friday to Monday in a room with broken air conditioning was reported to front desk 3 days! Dealt with cockroaches a couple of nights in the room! Elevator certification expired 8/2022 and I have a picture of that as well will be calling the city to work on that now…overall I will never stay at this hotel or refer any of my family to this hotel again…

It’s a movie set like boutique hotel that’s in a quiet area of south beach, a block from the beach and walkable to casual and fine dining and clothing stores. Staff are nice and polite. Breakfast is so-so. Valet parking is a must!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The studio style rooms offer a ton of space. If you get a room with a balcony- it is perfect. The property was quiet, perfectly located, friendly staff and clean. The location is one of the best south beach has to offer in an upscale neighborhood. It is right across the street from The Big Pink-one of our favorite restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great find South of 5th. Super easy to walk to all Miami Beach has to offer. Cool, modern room with kitchenette. Only stayed one night before a cruise but would be great for longer stay. Nice breakfast provided.

Overall, this hotel is good. Nice sized room, great quiet location. Easy walk to the beach or ocean drive. The only complaint is the room central air did not work properly. The air was not blowing out cold air even after adjusting the thermostat. When trying to explain to the front desk about the problem, the excuse told to me 2 different times was that its hot in miami and it takes time to cool. I was there 3days and the room temperature dropped only 3 degrees from 74 to 71 even though I set it at 60. Luckily it was only low 80°out in miami so i was able to deal with that room temperature but if it was really hot out, it wouldve been a big problem. I was put off by the staff's excuse because its obvious the ac just isnt working properly but they dont seem to care to fix it. I found an old review for the same complaint for the same room (110) also, so its clearly not just me.

If you love going to South Beach, but don’t want to be around the vibrancy of Ocean Drive 24/7, then this is the spot for you. Only four blocks away from Ocean Drive and 5th street. You can hear a pin drop at night it was so quiet. The staff was very friendly and the room was always well taken cared of. Additionally, they served a free breakfast that was very good and you’ll save on this cost as well. Highly recommended!

We chose the Blanc Kara because it is unique . The place was adorable with fun retro art .
They had a delicious continental breakfast that was located in a pretty tea room . Lots of fun photo opportunities. It we went again we would book a room with a terrace . The beach and South pointe pier are close . We did lots of walking down Ocean drive . Many restaurants are nearby but we chose to eat in and got food from La playa market right next door and that was delicious. We arrived before the 3 pm check in time but they held our bags .

This place is great! The beds are fantastic and location if you are wanting to do South beach absolutely works. It pictures kind of weird but there is kitchenette, full king bed and a nice bath.

Property was clean, quiet, with good amenities. We were surprised by an additional $100 dollar non-refundable fee that was not communited or advertised prior to or during booking. Kitchenette was clean and nice, cleaning supplies were stocked except there were no paper towels or paper products for the kitchen/dining area in the room.

Very nice room and pleasant staff. Such a convenience to have space and a small kitchen. Great shower! I enjoyed staying south of 5th. Much more relaxing than staying in the middle of the action, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Staff was courteous and helpful. I'll stay again in the future.

Great stay at Blanc Kara
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. It was a quick 2 block walk to a great beach. The room was spacious. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially Rodolfo and Elsa. We enjoyed the breakfast in their beautiful tea room. The hotel is in a quiet area of south beach but close to everything.

The from office agent was very unfriendly she did seem to want to address the back that my room on the second had the window cranks removed and that I could not get any fresh air in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the linens were not nice at all. TV was outdated and the overall property was dilapidated.

I had mix up with previous hotel. Booked last minute with Blanc. Nervous and upset arrived in the middle of the strom. . As soon as i talked to Rodolfo i felt safe. He has the best customer service i have ever had at a hotel. I think he could tell how nervous i was. Place was spotless and the breakfast boutique was so original and cute. I was only there one night but next time i come to Miami i will be staying there. Also one block from the beach. A tone of stores. Restaurants ect. Thanks so much Rodolfo. Im not sure if you are the owner, but if not Blanc is so lucky to have you!!!! See you soon

Liked the place not equiped very well. not a lot of space to put your belongings space is limited water would not regulate it would either be to hot or to cold they were doing construction at 7am could not sleep . But other than that good location cute little breakfast dining place but not a lot of variety croissant ham cheese and salami English muffin basically that was it

Front desk was very welcoming
Coffee shop was a nice touch even though they were closing for breakfast they were very nice in accommodating us when we arrived. The hotel has a nice boutique feel and the room was very spacious and clean.
I slept well and it was quiet.
I enjoyed that it was walking distance to many places & the beach!

Had an early flight arrival and called them to ask if I could store my bags until check in to which they obliged. When I showed up early, a room already vacant was offered to me on the 1st floor facing the street and it was perfect. I booked the room for its proximity to SOF, the beach, and because it had a kitchen. I cooked my breakfast the next morning and paired it with the free breakfast box they offer before 10am and it was great. My TV's remote was not working due to the low batteries but someone came over to fix it a couple of hours later and it worked fine. I would def' book here again on my next visit for sure.
