I know what I am getting when I check into a Motel 6. But when fromt desk gives other people a key to my room, they walk in, then front desk blames me for not checking in. Excuse me.you took my CC gave me a room key, and are same person says it is my fault.

The place was filthy. We were asked twice if we had drugs and there was human feces in not one, but two places outside. The fact that this place is allowed to charge money is mind boggling.

My flight was canceled and I had stay in Seattle for a few days, until my flight. The girls were nice and professional in the office. The grounds weren't as clean as I prefered. I was able to have my dog and there where plenty of parks in the area to take him too. Over all the room was clean and had hot showers. I felt safe, considering the area was not all that great but close to the airport. I would stay here again, if need be.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but the walls are very thin and it’s in a noisy location. So if you’re a light sleeper, it could be an issue.

I walked into the checkin area it was shut with a side window for access got the key and went into my room and felt unsafe with all the activity out in the car lot. I booked the best western and walked out of motel 6 I would like a full refund.

The receptionist (Papa) super Kind and helpful. The price is affordable, very convenient to stay, quiet, and clean. We will definitely stay again here and recommend this place to of my friends. Thank you Mr. Papa for assisting us. God bless ur hotel.

When i originally checked in the older gentleman was working was very nice and polite! However when i extended the next morning the girl Rut was working and was extremely rude and disrespectful i had already paid online and she called the room and said i needed to come down and sign i was just out the shower so had to get dressed first she called 5 min later yelling at me that i needed to come to the office now then when i get to the office and ask if there is an issue she starts yelling at me saying she talked to me over an hour ago which never happened (it was maybe 10 mins from the first call to me making it into the office) and tells me she's going to DNR me for not coming to the office before 11am. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN as a paying customer i should be treated with respect not yelled at by an employee multiple times for absolutely nothing my room was paid and when she did call and say i needed to come down i got dressed to come and before i could walk out the door she was already calling again yelling i needed to come to the office now all in less than 10 mins time someone needs customer service training

hair in towel, weird stains everywhere, clearly hasn't been cleaned, dirt on the floor, stains in bed, hair in bed not sure if sheets had been changed. there was some kind of sauce on the counter that wasn't wiped off.

This trip to Seattle was for a viewing, a grave site burial and family reunion. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Motel 6 I had chosen was right across the street from the mortuary and cemetery.
I originally chose this Motel 6 because it was the Motel 6 that was the closest to the airport

Mariah, Rut, and Eduardo are great at their job and are real hotelier professionals. They greeted me very late at night and found affordable solutions to my problems. They were genuinely concerned over any issues and always backed it up with action. I love these guys. I also found the maintenance guy to be very professional by cleaning up the work mess and not using my trash can to throw away the clog or dirty paper towels, he also seems very trustworthy. Awesome stay for what it is!

We booked a non smoking room and the stench is so bad in here we’re coughing and our clothes are starting to smell so we can’t even open our suitcases

Smoky “non-smoking room”
I expected the room to be simple but in good shape. Instead, it was rather intolerable. I was in a non-smoking room yet it reeked of smoke so much that I could smell it all night even with the air on. The bedside table has several cigarette burn scars (pictured.) The mattress was rather caved and there was no comforter on the bed—just a thermal blanket wrapped in sheets. I slept horribly because of the smoke smell and the caved in bed. On the plus side the room was clean and it is very close to the airport rental car return… so that was easy.

Not terrible upset as it was only for less than 24 hours for a flight in the morning. It was a “get what you pay for” motel and I understood that. It did seem a bit shady overall as far as safety. No hot water even after running water for several minutes

First few night was fine but my last 3 nights was horrible because next door to me was a lady who was so loud and kids crying all hrs door slamming in and out all hours she was in 154 was so inconsiderate of others. Otherwise overall is been great. I work early morning and rest In evening early so was difficult. Not only myself but other’s customers have complained about her also.

Convenient Location
The location is convenient, close to the airport car rental. Check in; convenient, comfortable beds, nice warm shower, and ample parking. The walls and doors need a proper scrub. All in all, we would stay here again.

Good location for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Even buses are within walking distance so that’s good.
Sometimes you could hear weird noises and sketchy faces in the area, but that comes in this price range I guess. Otherwise, it was worth it, every staff I met was kind and helpful.

Beginning around 4 AM, there was a woman outside our room talking repeatedly and loud, and noise from what sounded like metal carts making loud clanking sounds. These noises awoke us and interfered with our returning to sleep. When we left our room for the airport, we could see the sources of noise - apparently from the cleaning and/or maintenance staff. The “accessible” bathroom had no counter space, and the bathroom door opened outward into the bedroom, which made entering and closing the door very difficult for someone in a wheelchair.

It's a decent hotel for the price and quiet. Happy I stayed there, but the walk to-from bus stops was noticeable. But otherwise do recommend for those on a budget who just want a room with a lock, a bed, a sink and a full bathroom.

We had requested a hotel with pool. This one showed it had one, so we booked it. To find out upon check in that they have 3locations and the one we were vooked into was the only one without a pool 😢
Room was clean however the beds were extremely woren/soft.

Very unclean and needs a MAJOR facelift. Drywall patch repairs looked like an amateur or nonprofessional did the work. Hair ball on the floor next to toilet.

I’ve booked two rooms and when I check in, they said their room is not available and I had to pay upgrade room. Otherwise I would have to get a smoking room. They claim someone call me and want to inform me about this change, but I never received the call. I get two rooms, but they are older since nothing was considered upgrade. The window curtain was not properly hang and you can be seen from outside. The refrigerators and microwave not considered upgrade since my other room has the same facilities. No shower gels or shampoo was provided in the room when I checked with the front desk they asked me to get it myself from the checking front desk. This is a worst Motel six I have encountered .

This place is an absolute joke. The lady at the counter was absolutely rude and extremely impatient. I simply questioned why she was asking for my sisters ID when the first night I was there to check in they did not ask me. She was very rude and taking out her anger with me that she had towards another customer. I simply asked her not to be rude and she then proceeded to let me know that she had banned me from ever staying at Motel 6. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I like that my room is on the back of the building. It is quiet, and the view is trees. The room is not clean. There are hairs all over the room, including wrapped in the towels. The tub and sink have't been cleaned. There are weird water stains inside the cabinet/shelving area.
