Quick and easy business trip.
The check in was quick and easy, the facility is very easy to find, right off the highway. If there was anything I could say negatively, it would be that the heating/ac unit was very noisy and cycled every minute. I have learned to bring earplugs with me on these trips so it did not affect my sleep,

Friendly clean hotel.
We only stayed one night! Everyone was nice, the room was clean. The tv didn’t work at first but they came right up and fixed it in a minute. I do love that they have Starbucks coffee and the little bistro.

We just needed a place for the night. The hotel is right off the highway, clean and quiet. The two women at the front desk were fantastic. It is refreshing when you cime across staff that trulybwants to help

Had bunch of teens as in 30 to 40,from another country staying on the same floor, they started to hang out in hallway AND became really obnoxiously loud in the next room. The front desk graciously allowed us to change the room, to REALLY quiet corner, and our stay after that was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. Will be back to this hotel again

Pleasant 1 night stay
Almost everything was how a Hilton Brand should be. However, The room only had ONE regular coffee capsule. Looks like people who stay there rarely use the Keurig and instead get coffee from the Starbucks downstairs. So. my wife had a cup of the Keurig coffee and I didn't.
Also. The toilet is extremely noisy and Management needs to service that.

A little outdated but decent enough for an overnight stay. The front desk clerk was very impersonable. Big problem is the low toilet!! When my husband sat down, the family jewels ended up in the water, making the rest of the mission impossible! Even as a short person I felt my knees were in my armpits. Be forewarned.

Everything was perfect. Everything was clean, staff was professional and courteous. If I had to knock on something would be parking lot was a hike to main entrance. But a good walk is healthy for you, so I would still choose to come back. Thanks!

Lovely staff, great facility, but was out in a room that must have been near an ice machine. I didn’t notice it until coming back from dinner, exhausted from a long day, so thought I could sleep through it. Didn’t sleep a wink - the room actually vibrated and the noise of the machine kicking on and off was unbearable (and I am not a light sleeper). The staff will have known this about the room - shame on them and the management. A wasted expensive night. Flabbergasted.

Noise from elevator bell
Shower/bath needs no-slip surface; unsafe as is. Install second grab bar in more central location.
Shower soap, conditioner & body wash are not discernible…… badly labeled.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. I used the gym, which was large in my opinion. Breakfast area was nice - but wish there had been a breakfast bar included in pricing.
Still, we were there for a few days and happy with the hotel.

Great Staff and So Clean!
When we arrived after a long day of driving, Michael greeted me quickly and warmly. The lobby was sparkling clean! Our room was so clean and well appointed. I love the blackout drapes. We had our 2 dogs along on this trip, and were a little worried about any noise they would make. But we didn't hear anyone else, so that alleviated any concern about them being loud. Noah at the coffee cafe was a delight to chat with. He was very welcoming and personable. I highly recommend this property!

I payed extra for breakfast upon check in the attendant says they do not see it. When I go to tue receipt tue breakdown does not show it. I brought up the hotel again in the Expedia app showed it to front desk only to hear they never saw that breakfast in part of stay before. That is frustrating as I paid extra for this.

The property was immaculate, day or night you can find staff cleaning. Cheryl in the bistro restaurant was the perfect host/server. Our family came to have dinner with us and cheryl was an amazing help making our dinner one of our best restaurant meals ever. My new choice in hotels is Marriott.

I am very disappointed in my stay. I was lookimg forward to a night away after a stressful few weeks
We walked in to the toilet running and brown sink water.After about a half hour maintainence came, the two men were very nice.
Right away we noticed the dirty shower curtain (see picture.)
The shades were awful and somewhat uneven. It was impossible to sleep in with how bright the room got. (See picture- taken at 7am)
The pool was nice but the bottom was very rusty so looked gross. The pool room was like a sauna so it was very uncomfortable to sit in unless you were in the water.

The woman at the front desk overnight was rude as hell and mad at us for just asking to check in to our room. she had some attitude. Not what you expect with a $200 hotel room.

Room we were in the Ac sounds like a tractor truck parking everytime it kicked on. Toilet dripped all night long. Made for a difficult sleep. Breakfast was expensive and not great tasting.

We weren’t able to stay at this property due to the rooms smelling very musty. When the manager came to the room to check out the smell he said it was because it rained earlier. We checked out immediately. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Great place to stay.
A quick one night stay. All the staff were great. The bartender was amazing. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. With the soccer complex down the street there are a lot of littles around.

Checking in was great!The front desk person was very nice.The room itself was very spacious and it was clean.Didn’t know there was two bathrooms but toilets were very low.Didn’t like the fact that the bedroom had no door.(No privacy at all).If you have anybody over in the living room everything is open.

Imposible to sleep at this hotel. Noise was unbelievable—plumbing, heating unit, elevator, parking lot noise, and slamming doors kept us up all night. Hotel is completely overrun by rude hockey parents. Not recommend unless you’re one of them. Save yourself some money and sleep in your car. You’ll be equally exhausted as a result of not getting any rest.

We stayed here for the night when meeting family visiting for a conference from out of state. Hotel was great. Ate at Silk Road Bistro nearby which was great. Only complaint was that the toilets seem really low but overall everything was excellent.

When I chose a 4.3/5 star hotel, I was so disappointed to find out how many issues our room had. The toilet would not flush, the internet was not working, and none of the outlets in the room worked. For the price I paid, it was incredibly disappointing.

We had a perfect stay at the Courtyard in Marlborough. Check-in was easy and the room was big, clean and comfortable. We were in town for a funeral for my husband and when the desk clerk learned that he provided us with several cards for complimentary snacks at the convenience store and Starbucks in the hotel. Overall an excellent experience.

Why is this hotel rated “Fabulous”?
I had a very average hotel room. A little dated and not particularly clean. Worn wallpaper, Major stain on the drapes, hair stuck on shower curtain and rusty rough spots in bottom of tub. No free breakfast. Lobby was ok. Doors nearest parking lot kept locked, even a room key no good at night. Nate was very kind at check-in, but nothing else warranted an exceptional review in any way. I book rooms based on website guest rating, and this place was a huge disappointment.
