This property is a ten just for the amazing oceanfront view. Fortunately the surrounding areas have lots of good options for dining etc. The owners have a great deal of pride in keeping their property in good shape and cleanliness is above par!

Chris the manager had a delightful attitude. We were disappointed that Expedia led us to believe there was a hot tub but there was not. Chris did everything he could to accommodate us. The room was large and clean and close to the ocean. Not like looking at the beach in the distance over a parking lot like some "beachfront hotels."

Beautiful view right on the beach places very outdated I was shocked when I walked in and seen the putrid color of this place the beds got all bumps in it no microwave I bought a bunch of food from dinner yesterday and I couldn't even eat it up had to throw it all out one bedroom suite over $300 for the night no microwave

Best suites on Melbourne’s Beaches. Stunning views. Floor to ceiling windows in bedroom and living room directly over the beach. Very fresh and modern, all the amenities you expect and more. Several dining & lounge options within walkable distance, but I’m lazy.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever!
The hotel is at a great location, the hotel is woefully under staffed; all but deserted. No room service. It seemed like only one person on duty after 5p for a nine story building. It was very eerie.
There was basically no food to be had after 11 am; except for some bar food that was served outside between 4p and 6p. I specifically wanted to stay at a hotel with a restaurant, so that I could enjoy a nice birthday dinner. The supposed restaurant was a breakfast cafe that closed before noon.
The jacuzzi was in operable; bricked over. I could go on and on. The price for a night was also absorbatant. Almost 300.

We always stay at this property when we come to visit my mother-in-law. It’s on the beach and also has room for her to come visit. Love that it has a comfy couch and chair. She comes over and hangs out with us during the day and then she goes home and comes back each day that we’re here. Our stay is always wonderful here.

Upon arrival, elevators were not working. Got to our room, temperature was 80 degrees! Called the front desk, maintenance came up and said house jeeping turn it up. After lowering the thermostat, temp never went below 78 degrees! Room smelled really bad, like burning lint. Sun coming thru the glass doors was burning the lint on the curtains. We will never stay again.

My family has been staying at this Radisson for 6 years and it never disappoints. The suites are well equipped and spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat.
The property is a bit older but they have updated the rooms in recent years. For our family of 4 the family suite is the best all around.

This is a no smoking facility. this review is a compilation of two opportunities to improve. if you’re a smoker looking for a nonsmoking locale then i recommend here. the staff is nice. i left after one day. i couldn’t stay on my balcony nor could i use the pool due to smokers. some of which were the staff. i have lung disease and seek out nonsmoking facilities. they need more attention to this if they really care about it. yes it’s hard to police and the other residents shouldn’t be rude. but increase the fine. do routine che is. place signs on the balcony and in the room. staff who see should report rather than ignore. these are all things you can do. i saw ONE non smoking sign. it was old and rusted by the pool. a big sign on the balcony reminding of a $500 fine if caught and that management does checks. would go a long way of policing inconsiderate non rule following clientele. unfortunately it will no longer be me.

Overall our stay was great. Room was clean and great view. Opportunity to see two rocket launches from our room. Hotel needs a little updating. Pool area is sufficient but can be better with additional umbrellas and music to create a better atmosphere. Pool towers need to be larger. Breakfast was great and staff at the front desk was very nice.

There were people camping out in a tent halfway in the bushes on the beach right infront of the hotel. In the am there was people fishing and left hooks in the sand and my son got one stuck in his foot! I know it’s not something they can control completely but maybe putting some signs around the beach area would be good. Our room didn’t have a phone so having to call down on your cell was kind of a pain but Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. The view is amazing

The service at this hotel from the desk staff was amazing. They are all super friendly. The view was incredible and the room was super cute. My only issue was not only the food options but also the quality of the food. There is a breakfast spot at this location as well as an outside pool bar. I ordered plain pancakes and my boyfriend ordered a chocolate chip pancakes. My plate had one chocolate chip and two regular. So they clearly just didn’t care to make three regular pancakes for me. We took a walk on the beach and then stopped at the bar outside to order some of the food there. The fries were amazing and I’m thankful that I ordered those because we also had an order of the Cajun chicken sliders. The chicken was crunchy. That’s right actually the sound of a crunch and I tried to bite it twice And I couldn’t do it after that. I don’t think that the chicken was over cooked. I think it was bad chicken and they should have realize that when they were unpackaging it. One order of the sliders, fries and cheese sticks was over $50 and we just took the loss without complaining but they definitely need to step up the food game. Stay here, but don’t eat here basically. 2 orders of pancakes and bacon over $50 as well. We did breakfast only one day and the bar food the same day and after that, we drove to go get food. Also, this is listed as a resort and there’s no room service. I’m not sure how you are able to qualify yourself as a resort and you can’t bring food to my room.

Spent 4 days here at the end of August and it was amazing! I stayed on the 9th-floor rooms were clean and in good condition, no bugs or pests were seen during the entire stay. Staff was friendly and made sure we were aware of the Rocket Launch at Kennedy Space Center - which we were able to view from our balcony! The beach was clean and pretty quiet and I had a really nice stay.

There was nothing I liked. We got 4 hours of sleep because the air was so loud, the floors were filthy, the chair was broke, the refrigerator was broken, there were tears in the sheets and a stain on the pillowcase. I am trying to get a refund considering we stayed for maybe 15 hours but due to using Expedia it is not easy. They are only a middle man. I will never book with Expedia again and will never consider or recommend that hotel again. I live 30 minutes from this hotel and just wanted a little vacation again from home with my family by the beach. When family member visits, I will not suggest the Radisson Oceanfront.

Nice Property Just Not An Area To Swim.
The property itself is not new, it has been around since the mid 80's. I stayed here a few times in the 90's on business. For its age it is still pretty well maintained. HOWEVER, the beach is unusable ! There are large rocks EVERYWHERE and strong waves continous that knock you down into the rocks. Only hardy surfers can use this beach, this is not a beach for a swim, kids or mature folks. The area around the hotel is excellent and many restairants nearby, a Walmart across the street. If you are looking to swim, go further north to Cocoa Beach or South to Vero Beach. Repeat, almost No None was trying to even trying to swim here and those who tried gave up.

Treacherous rocks
The hotel was nice, but the endless rocks 5 feet into the water makes going into the ocean quite treacherous. If swimming in the ocean is your thing don’t stay here.

It had everything we needed and staff was very nice. However, it’s a bit outdated. Especially the bathrooms. Some things falling apart, curtains and sliding door wouldn’t close completely (which isn’t safe with toddlers in the room) and AC was very loud. I’m a light sleeper, so it was tough for me but husband and kids slept just fine.

The property itself is in a great location. Everyroom has an ocean view. Staff is very friendly. Pool area and bar with acces to the beach. You will need to purchase chairs and umbrellas if you forget yours.No breakfast included but they do have a cafe in lobby for breakfast. Coffee is an extra fee not complimentary. Wifi is extra fee is not complimentary. Pool bar also has food and dri ks for purchase. Room was in definite need of upgrades and painting as well as the balconies.

June 2023 Radison Suite Hotel Oceantront Indialantic has so much positive going for it. The Personal are exceptionally friendly and professional. The location is fantastic. The views are amazing. The beach is beautiful.
The only down side is that this appears to be an older hotel in need (not badly in need, just in need) of top to bottom refreshening.
When I return to the area, I will most likely rebook this hotel because I love the location and overall positive attitude of the staff.

It was rated as 9 plus but when we arrived we could tell right off After being checked into the room that we would be disappointed. The sink did not drain, Holes in the wall, Unclean grout, Most of the paint peeling off the railing on the balcony. 6.5 rating at best. I have photos and hope I can post. Certainly not worth the price of admission.

Disappointed Saint Patrick's Day
For the cost of 2 nights it was a poor experience. Phones didn't work for service, a/c is loud in the room and was given 2 different reasons why the phones didn't work. I enjoy the in room jacuzzi and was told their being removed
