This hotel is great! Hotels are not meant to live in so we used it as just a place to sleep while learning the love and culture of Hawaii! Amazing place! Bed is super soft too!

Old nasty and run down. Run away.
Location and pool was good but room was bad. Half the burners on the stove didn't work. Closet door was broken. Bucket in front of room door to catch water dripping from ceiling. Hair everywhere, walls, towels, bedding. Had a McDonald's disposable cup in cupboard for drinking. Everything very old and falling apart. Needs fixing ASAP. Half the light bulbs were blown. Never recommending or staying here again.

Terrible place, Horrible experience
DONT STAY HERE these people booked us in and then we couldn’t get let in or get a key or ever even talk to a person

Not the greatest, but I would stay there again.
The room was okay, it was outdated, a little dirty, drawers and a cabinet door was broken. The elevator broke down a few times. The view though was beautiful and the beds were comfortable, although the mattress topper kept slipping. Location was wonderful - walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center and a Walmart. 😁

DO NOT STAY HERE. MOLD. MOLD. MOLD. We checked in after 6pm so there was no one at the front lobby to assist us when we realized how NASTY the room was. The toilet was running and was unable to flush. The bathroom shower was super CRUSTY and there was MOLD all over the window curtains. My husband has really bad asthma so we decided to leave right away. We emailed the hotel, since there was no way of calling to let them know we couldn’t stay in a room with MOLD. They replied the next morning saying they could move us to another room, but we had already checked into another hotel. We asked for a refund, and the hotel said we needed to deal with the travel agency. You would think MOLD would be a good reason not to stay in a hotel. Nope! Travelocity DENIED a refund of a 3 night stay after speaking to someone at the hotel. Super disappointed in Travelocity for taking their side. You would think that our health, especially during this pandemic, would be a concern. Shame on you for not taking care of your customers.

There were multiple problems right when I arrived. Check in was inaccurate. Refrigerator wasn't working, had to throw out a lot of food. Room type was wrong. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Shower hadn't been clean as there was sand everywhere. Hair on my pillows. Terrible stay!!

Disappointing
The photos do not match the property. I booked this "splurgin" on a room and realized it was a bad choice. The room was not clean, outdated, and an uncomfortable stay. The shower was seldom to be hot and the towels were far from being delivered to the room. The elevator in the building took about 15 minutes to arrive each time due to only having one working. Finally, the condo charged my card double for the stay and completed multiple transactions without my consent. I would not stay here again.

The location is fantastic. However, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. I wound up sleeping on the floor because the mattress was beyond uncomfortable - I could feel the springs and it hurt. The kitchenette cabinet doors were falling off. The TV barely worked. The AC needs service. The bathroom shower curtain is moldy. And the best part, the glasses, dishes, pots, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc., all were crusty.
Super location, but very disappointing and uncomfortable room.

Never got in the room the key the manger left in the lock box didn’t open door no human on property- communication was by text and email. After key did not work we texted the manager- no response - got room at Holiday Inn - turn this situation over to AMX

I think the property and kitchenette in the room was prefect. The staff was great. My only problem that I was on the 31st floor and the elevator was out of service the last 4 days of my trip. The sad part is I had to walk all my luggage down all those stairs when I was checking out. Thats my only complaint and I wasn’t able to get a hold of staff about the situation? They stopped responding to my text?

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! Absolutely disgusting rooms, we had a huge metal piece sticking out of the room and busted our ankles multiple times. We complained and asked if we could get a new room because we were told that we would be receiving a kind bed initially. After walking into a room with a queen bed and a metal piece hurting us, they refused to move us to a different room. The elevators didn’t work multiple times forcing us to walk down the stairs from the 32ND FLOOR! The other girl with me had cancer and had a knee replacement. So she wears out easier and this was absolutely exhausting for us. On our last day, the elevators shut down completely, we had to catch our flight so we had no choice but to DRAG OUR 50 POUND BAGS DOWN 32 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. For someone that had a knee replacement, she can’t even run and this amount of physical exertion was unbearable. How can Expedia even offer a “hotel” that doesn’t even offer a reliable way to get down to the ground?

Nice view of the ocean and Marina. Put on the 20th floor initially. No elevators working in the entire building and no front desk on site. Had to walk up to the 20th floor before finally reaching a hotel rep and being moved to the 9th floor. So didn't get to enjoy the view.

Was very dirty. Not cleaned at all.
Purple hair in shower. Purple hair dye on shower wall and sink.. trash can had garbage in it. Water bottle and juice bottles under the bed. Dried Blood (not washed at all) on tapestry at foot of bed. . Filthy mirror. And microwave. And overall dusty dirty filthy floors and walls dirty/greasy handprints on windows and mirrors. Took pictures. Embattled.
And Haven't had response from management.

I will rate 0 star if possible. Worst of the worst.. no front desk so you cant really complain once you're there. Tried texting, calling and sending them an email,but no response. Room is dirty, found hairs on the blanket. Sink stinks, bones and food stuck inside, shower leaks, not all amenities are provided, broken phone, broken AC remote, dirty towels, dirty carpet, dirty bed sheets. I also got rashes in this hotel. Asked for another room but no one dared to respond to any of my requests. Requested hair dryer as well but still got nothing. No roo. Service. Not recommended at all. Do not book at this hotel.

Disappointed
We were extremely disappointed with our stay!
First we received an email the day of check in advising the lift isn’t working so we had to carry all our luggage up all the flight of stairs and then again up and down each time time we stepped out. While being pregnant this was extremely unpleasant and then we find out the lift has been an issue for months. If I knew this in advance I would have not booked this room.
The state of the apartment was horrible the walls, carpet and bedding was stained and the bathroom skunk and the shower was mouldy and gross.
We also had issues with our wifi and our pass to the stairs and after emailing management twice we never received a response.
For the price we ended up paying and the state of the apartment it was very upsetting and an unpleasant stay.

STING, ROACH INFESTED! DEPT OF HEALTH IS COMING
This was the MOST DISGUSTING RATS NEST I HAVE EVER SEEN.
I checked in.
Waited 15 minutes to get the front desk to answer the phone. I was told to go down a driveway and under a garage. Sit there and she would be out.
She brought out the paperwork and was pleasant.
We waited 15 minutes for the only operating elevator.
Got to our room, opened the door, almost had a heart attack!
The kitchen was first. MOLD AROUND THE SINK, NASTY BLACK STUFF IN THE SINK (mold?) COLD NASTY COFFEE IN THE COFFEE POT THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN TOUCHED IN 2 YEARS!, BROKEN CABINET HALF HANGING.
past the little threshhold that was rotting, to the couch, it had the cushions hanging half off, rips and some very unsterile pillows.
Next to the couch was a bed.
I looked at the bed and it HAD BEEN USED! On the top wrinkled sheets and pillowcases. DRIED BLOOD!, DRIED FLUIDS!, ANDLOTS OF BLACK HAIRS!!
I WAS MORTIFIED! Im running out of space if you want to see pictures i am more than happy to send them as i have already via internet support, who has not replied!
Called the desk immediately. She said she would send housekeeping when i asked for a clean room.
Contacted fd to tell them we are leaving explaining why, requesting a refund. She said ok. Never answered another call
I emailed them and never received a reply
I booked the first 5 star hotel and got tf out.
Should be condemned and if im sick within the next 14 days, they will be responsible for my medical needs. I have contacted the DOH & BBB

Terrible there was black mold on the ac and in the bathroom they put the blankets on wrong or forgot a sheet. The window was hard to open. All the chairs in the room had broken struts. The room needed some tlc. I wore my shoes because i bet they didnt clean the carpets.

Terrible stay
Went for a week long vacation in Waikiki. First of all the elevators didn't work for the time being. We were on the 11th floor so you can imagine the fustration. There were people in the 38th for that couldn't even get to their rooms. There's not front desk so if you have a problem you have to call a number for assistance.

Am going Teu saw you guys....You guys near the elevator gonna be shut down from Friday morning until Monday..,,And my husband is a handicap he cannot walk on the stairs we stay at the 34 floor...I have to walked all the way to our room and crap all our stuff and brought it down with me...and we checked in to another hotel to get ready before we late to our Ball....my feet right now I can’t hardly work so am going to go see my Dr and my Lawyer to sue the hotel...I have all the Witnesses that I need....p.s I need all my Refund in to my account as soon as possible....I check out from the hotel on Friday thank you

Don’t Stay here. There are plenty of “cheap hotels” on Island. This place is a bio hazard, moldy shower, blood on the bed, dirty sanitary napkin under the bed. I also had to walk 38 Flights of stairs to find my key pad no longer worked coming home at night, because the elevators were turned off. (They don’t expect new elevators for at least three years). The night manager said there was nothing he could do. There was a man passed out on the couch in the lobby. There was also a drunk tenant mocking me standing with the guy who said he couldn’t help me. Had to rent a new hotel. Still waiting for the call from management to get a refund.

The only good thing about this place is the view. We were on the 28th floor and the elevator was down. They only have one working elevator and they only run it an hour or two a day because it is not up to code. The room was dirty and the carpet was stained. The remote for the tv did not work, and there were no outlets anywhere near the bed to charge our devices. When we come back we will not be staying here. No clue how this place is still in operation.

Everything was terrible, except the view of ocean. I stayed on 37th floor but elevation didn’t work on second day of staying, that mean I had to walk up and down use stairway for 37 floor with my belongings. Moreover in case of emergency, if something happens, accident, sick or else we should have died here!!!
I decided to leave next day because no one could give me the details information that when the elevator would get back to work. I lost haft of my vacation day to contact Obbitz to relocate me to new places to stay and contact the Maria tower staff for early checking out process and request credit back for unused property, parking, resorts fee and the less of staying. They promised to credit back which I have not yet received them????
Because I have to rush to check out in timely manner, so I left my belongings in the room. Next day I called the staff to check, so I could arrange time to pickup. The answer form them was they did not find anythings in the room, but I positively sure my belongings was there?????
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, it is true that many people leave negative feedbacks for this one. Too bad I want to take a chance. But I warn for other.

We were very disappointed this trip. Only one elevator working out of 2 and one day none were working. We had to go down then climb up 21 stories of stairs when returning after shopping. A notice was posted saying one elevator was being under repairs until 2023 but we were told by an insider that they save that one for emergencies only so I guess a long weekend with lots of guest wasn't an emergency. If we were notified of only having 1 elevator beforehand, we would've stayed at another hotel. When they finally fixed the one elevator, it took forever to get on without it being loaded with people so we were forced to wait till it unloaded hoping it wasn't again full when it returned to our floor. Carpet in our room was full of stain marks so we used our slippers indoor. Electrical outlet not working in our bathroom so I had to blow dry my hair in the main room. We will not be staying there again!

Likes: The ocean view was spectacular and that fact that it has a cute kitchen with dishes and food to make (which we didn't use though)
Dislikes: Only one elevator working, which was horrifying because it kept jerking and we who were on the elevator got scared and jumped off once it opened because it felt like we would fall to our death. The room felt dirty. The bathroom toilet was poorly scrubbed. You can tell the way they brushed the inside. There were big yellow stains and just horrible cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower was leaking and there were mold all over.I believe we should be conserving water. The carpet was dirty, there was no dining table as stated on their website. No front desk. The number we could text if there was any issue, did not text me back when i had an emergency. Our daughter called at 430am and told us that there were people threatening to kill her and her friend at Ala Moana Shopping Center. We are on the 36th floor. My husband and I were both ill. We both stood at the elevator waiting for a very long time. I texted the phone number that was given to text in case of any issues, and no one messaged us back. We ended up running down the stairs and my knees almost failed me on the 20th floor. I thank God, those men left my daughter and her friend because who knows what would've happened if we took any longer.I blame Expedia for rushing us to make a decision without checking the reviews.

This unit was not clean and had a musty oder. Carpet, curtains and toilet were dirty. The garburator leaked under the sink. The shower head needs replacing. The stove hood filter was greasy. The freezer was frosted. The room came with a kitchen but lacked adequate dishes. We ended up buying dishes that we left behind. The room did not look like the pictures represented on the website. On the other hand, the building staff, service and facilities were acceptable.

Just don’t waste your precious time there. It’s a dump. Someone is going to die in the one working elevator! You more then likely are gonna pick up some kind of bug or virus from the gross rooms and bed!!

Where do I start? Kitchenware dirty, 2-burner stove completely inoperative, toilet emits continuous high-pitched squeal every few hours, window air conditioner leaks water on floor, garbage disposal does not work, no clothing bar or hangers in closet, no ironing board, board on left side of air conditioner banged loudly when windy (I had to buy Gorilla tape to fix), and only one of two elevators is in operation for a 40 story condo-hotel. Hotel staff difficult to reach (text only, phone calls not always answered, no front desk staffed). After a few days, one of the stove burners was repaired, the closet bar with 4 hangers was replaced, and an iron board was provided. However, despite repeated requests, the toilet was never repaired. I was awaken almost every night by the loud, high-pitched squeal that forced me to get up and flush to stop. This room was in no condition to be rented and should be dropped from Expedia's list.

The view was great. The only elevator being out of order 2 days out of my 9 days there made walking up to the 34th floor painful. The room had everything I needed to cook a few meals so that was helpful. I would stay at this place again if they had both elevators working. The location was great and for the price it was much cheaper then other hotels or Air B&B’s in the area.
If you are in good shape and prepared to walk up some stairs then this place may be for you just based on the price.

Well I can clearly understand why this has received so many poor ratings.
Let me begin with besides the Expedia booking there is additional docu forms and texting or emailing your card and Id. Someone mentioned the lockbox process, pretty easy and how it was described (Expedia needs to let people know of the 3 additional steps). Our view was great!
Large enough room.
Just lacking TLC. Details details details is what is keeping this property at such a low rating.
Oh yea the elevator thing, the project is clearly overdue, the posters mentioned that it will be going till 2019. We never had to wait long.

Marina tower Waikik.
There was a very strong smell of deodorizer in the room when I first got there. It made my eyes irratated, though not as bad the next morning. The plaster around the base outside then shower surround was falling apart. The two burners on the little stove didn’t work. For some reason the top sheet of the bed was over the blanket, and no coverlet or bedspread was on the bed. Only one of the elevators was working on this 40 story building.

The property should be condemned until fully renovated.
Stained mattresses, filthy room, poor attendance of the staff, cleaning atrocious .
The place was so filthy I would have left had it not been for the fact that I had already paid and came here to do an exam so did not have the funds to move elsewhere.
The room was not cleaned when I arrived and the bed had been slept in there was rubbish all over the floor . I called the check in who then hung up and could not be contacted again. Then after 2 hours a maid came. She had clean towels and sheets but NOTHING to actually clean with so toilet, bathroom, floor not cleaned. She did vacuum. but no cleaning agents used.
I tried to contact check in many times ... phone, email all to no avail. Last minute offered a credit of a pitiful amount which I will not take.
I met a lady going don the stairs as being on the 9th floor it was quicker to go down the stairs than in the lift. She was nearly in tears and struggling to carry her bag.
Amenities unattractively located and not as pictured in the pictures.
One lift that when busy can take 30-40 minutes to come to you and it looks from the messages as though it has been like that sine 2018 at least.
I have to stay I thought twice about this place when I looked at the reviews and thought couldn't be that bad but its worse. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The elevators were not working. While there we found out that this is very common at that hotel. Our room was old and very dated. Not what we were sold on line. The elevators get shut down anytime the wind blows. Expedia should take it off their hotels.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, we have been here since 1/3/2020 the elevator has only worked the day we arrived, they are down the remainder of our 10 day stay, we have been climbing up and down 38 flights of stairs just to just to get out of the room, to top it of the stairwell is dirty and filthy has urine and garbage collecting in it with no airflow this is a nightmare, the website never mentioned the elevators were not operable just that they would be slow during peak times, and that they are working on them, which is a lie, spoke with residents who live at this property they stated the maintenance budget is depleted on basic upkeep and there is no plan to fix there problem. Save yourself the headache BOOK ELSEWHERE.

STAY AWAY! AVOID THIS PLACE!
First off, this is not a hotel, it's condos that are rented out nightly. I booked one night here, the check in process was a nightmare. There is no staff on site, so a lock box is provided with all the fobs and room codes after filling out forms on docusign. So, if you're not on a tablet or laptop, it's difficult to navigate. The elevator rarely works, luckily I was only on the 10th floor... the guy before me was on the 35th... the room was dirty and unkept. The king bed was just 2 very cheap twin beds pushed together. I woke up so sore after being constantly woken up throughout the night by luggage rolling and banging on the steps and the window a/c unit. I understand this place can't do anything about the wind, but it sounds like this twirl tubes all night and the shutter in the a/c unit opening and closing all night. The bathroom was disgusting and cabinetry was falling apart. After striking up conversations with the employees, I find out they hate it there.

I had a very bad experience stay in this property. There is no comforter in the room. We had to sleep with all our cloths on and still felt cold. I sent text to the owner but got no response. The building is kind of in bad condition. The elevator was broken one time. I met someone in the stairs who said he just walked down from 34th floor. I walked up to 10th floor. Fortunately it was repaired later. Will not book this property again.

The one thing I did like was that there were a handful of things to walk to.(food, small shops)
What didn't like was the cleanliness. Carpet look very old and hadn't been shampooed in a long time. Sheets did not fit the bed. Bathroom looked like it was hosed down instead of wiped down and cleaned.
Also 20 mins before check out they were already trying to walk in and forcing us to leave.

Dirtier than the shabbiest of hostels
This was the dirtiest place we've ever stayed in, and we are fine with hostels. The carpet was filthy and stained. The cupboards were dirty, shower tiles molded and curtain molded. No hot water in the bathroom sink and the faucet handle lifted off when we tried to turn it. The beds sagged in the middle. The kitchenette had 1 of each spoon, fork, knife, in a dirty drawer. One elevator is broken and signs are posted warning that it can take 45 min to use. People live here, so it's more like an old motel/apartment and screaming babies can be heard at 3 am. $40 parking. There is no one to call or ask a question. There was a pool and jacuzzi a bit far off from the building. The view was beautiful, and since this was a staycation we made the best of it and enjoyed the city, but camping would have been better.

Overall so dirty, old and falling apart. drywall in the bath room was crumbling. Cocking in the bathroom are moldy. Air Conditioner was leaking old. The management put a pot underneath the AC and it made dripping sound all night. Draws are broken and no properly functioning. No light on the top of the desk. Only thing good about this place was the location. Total renovation is in order.

The view was nice and the convenience of the checkout. The place is rundown and the room was filthy. Old shower curtain and shower looked like it had mold and was never cleaned. There was dirt everywhere and under the bed there was dust and something. There was a blanket that was old and worn out with a sheet. The mattress was lumpy and the pillows dirty. The picture on this site looks nothing like that room. I took pictures of the filth. I would never want anyone to stay here without taking this review seriously. If I owned that condo/hotel I would be ashamed to charge anyone for this place. To me, this is false advertisement and I should send these pictures to the health department in Honolulu to have them investigated it was so poorly taken care of. This is not a resort or healthy place to stay.

Our room looked nothing like the picture. The door lock area looked like someone had broken in with an axe. The cabinet door under the sink was falling off, and we had one elevator serving 40 floors. Great location!

You get what you pay for!
Well, let's just say, you get what you pay for! The room must have been top of the line in 1968 and it stayed 1968, it is old! The only good thing is the view and close enough to Honolulu. The rate on Hotels.com is not accurate as Marina Tower will email you by Docusign their terms and extra prices (daily price, building charge, amenities charge, parking charge, and taxes). Therefore, the daily charges for the stay, you better off going next door to the Hilton. One thing I did not like is they require to email or text a picture of your ID and CREDIT CARD! Really?! I had to change my credit card number just in case. My honest opinion, don't bother unless you want to overpay for a shed-like room. My grandmother's house is more updated than this 'HOTEL.'

there was some paper towels left behind bed from previous visit
no maid service from first night
had some stranger explain to us how to use the key to enter the hotel
overall was OK because it was located to the places I needed to go

This place was absolutely horrible!! #1) There is no check in desk. They send an email for you to fill out your information. Then they ask for you to text them a picture of your ID and Front and Back of Credit Card information. After that, they email you the code for the lock box. #2) The carpet was filthy. Huge spot stains. There was yellow spots on the sheets. The window AC unit had a layer of dust. It has not been cleaned in a long time. #3) There is a service number to call but it is not 24 hours, it is only 7am to 7pm. #4) The sink overflowed. #5) The towels were not clean. There were spots and hair on the towels. #6) Mold on the shower curtain. The only positive was they allowed me to check out and give a full refund. This was horrible!!

Reservation was for party of 3 adults and what we have install....just one bed! To squeeze 3 good adults in.
Moreover, getting into the hustle of getting unpacked, we realized the table lamp you had doesn’t work. This does adds up for the awkward cause.

Comments re our stay
We were charged for extra $15/day for housekeeping although we have not seen any housekeeper at all during the whole stay.
The sinks doesn’t drain well, there’s a smell in the shower room. The curtain smells pee.
The parking fee is so expensive $34/day

I had the deluxe room, the cabinet in kitchen paint was peeling off. Surface of appliances and cabinet full of scratches and dents. Bathroom has not been updated since the 60s. The shower was particular horrible. It is a great price to stay there. But the picture on site is certainly not how it really is. I didn’t stay a single night went to book a diff hotel at full price. The ck in manager was very nice though. Only saving grace in this place.

I have changed hotel for the next 3 nights , the same amount and huge difference !
Finally I’m enjoying my stay in Honolulu
I have booked room in Courtyard by Marriott via
Expedia as well. It was a good choice!

there was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, the counter hung over the toilet, the toilet was to low, no shampoo holder in the shower, air con kept turning off. phone did not work (no instructions on use). loved being able to check in early

If you Are looking for a cheap room within very very good proximity of everything(a mile or so) and can walk to Waikiki Beach and the Ala Moana Shopping Center and next to a bar this is the place. Its very centered around everything. That's really the only positive. Its just a cheap room. There's no in house room service or anything so you have to text a hospitality number and they typically respond within a few minutes. My bed wasnt the most comfortable but i was very upset at the conditions of my sheets. they Had yellow spots on them so i just threw a blanket i brought along to not have to lay on the sheets. You don't get a comforter, but instead like a thick blanket. it'll do though. You do get an ocean view but nothing extremely spectacular.

Total disappointment. Will not use or recommend. Carpet stained and dirty, walls and entry door dirty, pop corn ceiling flaking and falling down. Pet paw prints on the walls. Electrict stove knobs broken, shower towel rack bent, in short place unkempt. Staff no where to be seen, seens like their check in, stay and check out system is made to avoid guest contact... i atempted to contac management, got an answering machine response. Took pictures and can share if needed, including the flea or bed bug bites my wife and I got.

Good location. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found cockroaches and dead bugs all over the room and the bathroom was clearly old. Towels were dirty and musty smelling. The sink was perpetually clogged and the AC was do noisy every night. And the elevators took forever. Wouldn't recommend.

Let me start by saying, don't bother with this place even if they give an entire stay for free. First thing first, the way things are done for check in is a disaster. You have to check in on a website that doesn't zoom in far enough where you can click the option. And then you have the locked box keys you have to open to get a fob key to enter the building. Once we were able to get into the building, we got on the elevator to get to the room. Yes that was a beautiful sight, I will not deny that.

The only thing that i like was the view. The room was actually a VERY SMALL STUDIO APARTMENT. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. My wife and I actually stayed at the Sheraton Hotel instead and just took the lost on the room.

Renovations are still going
It was October 2019, when I stayed at this hotel. cliff notes: one of two elevators worked. there was a warning sign that no elevator may not work sometimes. I was on the 29th floor. Toilet was not clean, and microwave didn’t work. I hope their projected renovations will make HUGE improvements.

It's a dump
I'm not a hotel snob, but this was well below my expectations. Very disappointing condition for what I paid. I felt ripped off. I'll never stay here again. I had no problem with the check in process, the condition of the room was horrible.

Read reviews before booking!
Never expect anyone to be at the front desk.
This place only had 1 working elevator to service the entire building which is 39 floors.
The parking garage is very narrow so be careful while going around the corners. Other than that, it was cool. Especially the view!

The location had 2 elevators and one that has been broken for over 3 years.... so the entire building had to share one elevator. We had to wait 30 to 40 minutes sometimes to just get down or up. That was horrible.
Plus it got worst... the elevator broke and there was a sign to use the stairs.... They want us to walk up 35 stories????? That is crazy.
Place was very dated and staff was not very helpful on this.

Bathroom was riddled withMOULD!! One lift which took forever. Very old furniture and fittings. Only saving grace was comfy bed and good view. A top sheet would have been good - who knows how many people slept with that bare blanket on top of them. AVOID at all costs!!! Check in was a nightmare.

Didn’t like how close the parking spots were, the appliances and really out dates, never took the deposit. Charged me the wrong amount for parking. The elevator took over 20-30 min to go up and down so be aware.

I was in constant contact with the property. I informed them that my flight would arrive at 6 am and asked if I could check in. The hotel replied to the email and stated they would be able to accomdate my request which I was enternally grateful for. The only thing was when I arrived my room was given to another guest and when I asked why did that happen I was given a lecture about how I didn't notify them I was coming earlier. I literally had to show the email to the staff and than they started apologizing. I had to wait until 1130 am to check in. When I got into the room I was supposed to have 1 queen bed they gave us 2 double beds. At that time u was too tired to argue with the staff. The washrooms were not clean doesn't look like it's been cleaned in awhile. The shower rod constantly fell, no recycling bin, and they didn't provide enough soap or body wash.

My roomm was old and tired. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned and painted. There were broken items and missing tiles. Shower was dirty with mold in the grout lines. Not sure why charged a resort fee when there is only a pool and tennis court. Only one elevator for the building resulting on excessively long wait times. Would never stay there again

We knew before we went that one of their elevator's was under construction. However, we were on the 11th floor and the elevator doors wouldn't open on that floor only. Chris the hotel manager was very accomidating. He upgraded our room to the 23rd floor which had a much better view. In addition, they refunded our "resort fee". It's just too bad that both rooms were dirty as in dirty tiles in the bathroom, dirty shower curtain, and the trash can under the sink in our second room was full from the previous guest. All the staff was nice but the rooms definitely need to be remodeled and that would be to everyone's benefit.

Awful!!!! Run down and hidden so you don’t feel safe. Also the elevators did not work at all and had us on the 37th floor!!! Do NOT STAY HERE! A complete waste of money. The elevators have been an issue for a while and they said they didn’t have an ETA on fixing the elevators. We ended up getting a new hotel... we recommend the aqua palms. Around the same price much better hotel!!!! And it’s down the street and much more convenient. Again don’t book this hotel and be disappointed when you get to Hawaii. It is not as advertised!!!
