A) This facility was wildly over-priced, given its spartan accommodations.
B) There were MANY drain flies (Clogmia albipunctata) coming out of the bathtub drain. We finally had to put a wet paper towel over the drain to stop the infestation.

This is a no nonsense hotel, but it is clean, the rooms surprisingly spacious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had multiple rooms to accommodate a wedding party and there was a dining area off the lobby where we could congregate and have breakfast each morning. This hotel would be a great place to stay if you are going to Gillette or have things to do in the area. I would absolutely return again!

We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but were asked to wait because the maid wasn’t done with our room. We checked in at 3:30 and due to the high humidity in Massachusetts, we immediately turned on the air conditioning. it sounded like it loud boat motor. We called the front desk at 4 o’clock because it said the AC could take 15 minutes to warm up. After calling the front desk every 30 to 45 minutes afterwards and getting no results, my irate husband had to keep going to the front desk. We finally got a technician here at 8:40. He removed the whole unit and I believe he fixed the fan and was gone 10 minutes and then it worked perfectly….. but the fact that it took five hours of listening to a motorboat in our hotel room was ridiculous, and the front desk was not given any authority to make the situation better. I still hear the 5 hours of noise in my head. Could not move us to another room because they were booked and offered no compensation. We came all the way from Colorado for one night here to see our Patriots…..so disappointing!

This is a nice place to stay. The bathroom toilet was not clean. There was a dirt ring inside the toilet. My top blanket looked like it was washed but there was an old blood stain on blanket. I took it off the bed. The staff is friendly. Check in was fast and easy.

The website has chosen my review. I can honestly say it was terrible. I won’t use this site again. We paid in advance for a room & when we came to get into our room the manager said we have no reservations. We have an email that contradicts their accusations. There was a Billy Joel concert going on at the same time& I guess they chose to give our room to someone who would pay 4xs that amt.

Motel quality for the price of a nice hotel
The first room I received had a very heavy smoke smell. The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a higher level room. It was large, clean and had no smell. However, several things made the stay very uncomfortable. The comforter on the bed is super thin so I was very cold at night. The pillow are comfortable. The hallway had strong marijuana smell. There pretty much no sound insulation, so could hear everything from the conversations in the hallway to the AC units and the highway outside the window. Most comfort problems were due to the noise. Also, I paid hotels.com $309+tax (about $350 total) for one night and people who walked in from the street were quoted $250. Either price was not worth the quality of this property

Just some minor issues, nothing huge.
Check in was easy, staff was great and although the room was very nice, it hadnt been cleaned well in a while (soap scum in the shower for example). The entire hallway smelled of smoke but it WAS a concert weekend 😀.

Right off the highway 40 mins or so from Boston, 5-10 min drive from stadium. Staff was great honestly nothing to complain about, if you’re looking for some where clean to rest and call home for a couple days stay here. I’m not a bot I just like to leave honest reviews of places since I actually read reviews before I book so yeah book here. Oh and Go Bills!!

Very friendly staff, easy check in and clean facility and room. Breakfast had a really good selection, food was hot and good as well. Only issue was that we had a “neighbour” beside us who kept slamming their door at random intervals throughout the night rather constantly.
But the overall experience with the hotel itself was great.
Would recommend.

Close to Gillette Stadium. Advertised shuttle service for game but did not have it. Nice restaurant across route 1 but no way to walk safely to and from the restaurant. Just need a street light.

The man at the desk was a fountain of information, great sense of humour. The only downside was it was pretty close to the highway but fortunately I was so tired I slept through it anyway. I'd stay here again for sure.

Everything great except one thing
I really have only one complaint, everything else was really great!!! The place is clean, conveniently located near Gillette stadium, the staff and service was great! My one complaint is that the sheets were scratchy- the mattress was very comfortable but the sheets were not. I sometimes travel with my own sheets, but I didn’t this time. If I stay there again, I will bring my own sheets-I would definitely stay there again.

Checked in at 4:30. No rooms available unless we downgraded. We did and when given a room walked in and not cleaned yet. Received another room and while clean got the impression that all they did was do a quick linen change and no other cleaning. Did minimal to apologize or remedy situation - could clearly see staff frustrated and trying to not lose cool.

Great place for reasonable cost
Great stay at the hotel. Was really clean and kept up very well. Especially for an older hotel. Was half expecting it to be a little rundown, however not the case at all. Staff was super helpful and friendly!

Property was adequate for an overnight stay. We had to switch rooms b/c the lock on our room was out of batteries, and had to request sheets for the sofa bed. The staff was very kind and prompt with addressing any issues. The breakfast was great--wide selection of hot and cold foods.

Very run down, but a place to lay your head. Clean enough, but way too expensive for what you get. I dislike that there’s carpets in the bedrooms. They felt nasty and I couldn’t help but think how germy they must’ve been. Walls were paper thin, and all I could here were the people in the room next to us talking and laughing when I went to bed around 12:30am. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were only big enough for one application. We checked 4 people into the room, so there wasn’t enough.

The air conditioning was broken and just spewed tepid humid air into our room all night. There is literally zero sound proofing between the door and hallway. Door wasn't even aligned properly and wouldn't even open properly.
The staff was professional, fantastic and great but there's only so much they can do with a broken pile of garbage of a hotel. The owners need to invest far more into maintenance. We actually checked out early and moved into a new hotel and we're super happy we did.

The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable- right when we walked in, we immediately saw that both beds were sunk in very far down in the middle. We didn’t even have to lay down in them to know it would be rough nights ahead. I had read in previous reviews that the mattresses were in horrible shape so I sort of expected it. Yes, our backs and necks hurt every morning and throughout the day. They desperately need to be replaced. Everything else was actually very good! Great breakfast, nice hot shower, and front desk was very nice and helpful!

The room had an terrible smell and was dirty. Not enough towels for 2 people. The outside of the building was filthy, garbage all over and felt very unsafe. People were hanging out in the parking lot that looked like they didn't belong. We were very disappointed with the entire stay. The only person that treated us with kindness was the women that checked us in.

The plus to this hotel is the distance to Gillette Stadium. They hiked the roommate for Ed Sheeran concert. Total including taxes, etc. was over $400.

The staff was super friendly. Check in was easy. Upon entering the lock looked like it had been kicked in at one time so it left me a little uneasy. Although the bathroom was good size the room itself was small. It was clean but the bed was terrible. The mattress was very saggy in the middle and too soft. So you slept in an angle. So sleep quality was terrible. They do however serve a hot breakfast.

The staff was incredibly rude. We were told there was a shuttle from the stadium to the hotel and vise versa. We were unable to find the shuttle back from the stadium and the women working the desk at the hotel would not give us information on where to be picked up. We’re we’re stranded at the stadium for three hours and when we returned to the hotel she was incredibly rude. She yelled at us for throwing trash in the trash can. I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the unprofessionalism and lack of good service.

Went to Gillette so a bit of a trek but we had a few issues with the room itself which required maintenance and they were responsive and resolved our issues very quickly. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Average night, close to stadium
Average night stay, extremely overpriced due to it being a concert weekend. The room was just ok- bedding was basically two sheets. Good enough for a night.
The TV didn’t work (volume was in and out and went in and out for service) and there was little to no hot water for a shower.

My experience with this hotel was great. The manager David was so accommodating and helpful! The property was clean and well maintained. It felt like a very safe location. The free breakfast was so good. They had so many options and the food was so great. I can’t say enough good things about the place. If you’re thinking of booking it just do it. So worth it.

All the staff were amazing, very helpful! Breakfast was great, and the 24 hour coffee was a huge bonus!!
The mattresses may need to be replaced, they looked like their was a "pond" in the middle. The door to our room was hard to shut, looks like it may have been broken into a time or two.

Upon arrival we discovered our window wouldn’t lock and it was in ground floor. We tried to use the phone to call front desk and the phone wouldn't work. Had to go to front desk where gentleman barely got up and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to him. He then gave us a key to the room next door. Moved our belongings there, tried to turn on lights front switch by door. Nothing worked, I am 7 months pregnant and have to crawl around to plug in lights as well as find out two just had no bulb. Didn’t look as if it had even been vacuumed since last guest and the room which was a non-smoking stank of stale cigarettes.

Your staff (the gentleman at the front) was incredibly nice and helpful.
We got a suite (for only a few dollars more) and we were astounded at the space! Incredible! We could have had a party if we weren't going across the highway to Mick's for one.

Front desk clerk greeted with ear buds in and said maybe 10 total words to us. Refrigerator didnt work, started making a noise on the first morning. Called the feont desk, but nobody ever came. Lobby music was so loud we could hear it in our room. Bath4oom needed to be renonvated about 15 years ago. There was rust on the tub drain and fixtures. Also, it doesnt matter if you turn the heat to 62 or 85,, you will have a sweat lodge in the room wothin 5 minutes. I understand Best Western is a "lower end" chain, but get it together

Way better than I was expecting! I stayed here as it was a close hotel to Gillette stadium. I was going to see the Bills vs Patriots and the location was perfect. They also have a shuttle service to and from the stadium. Staff was also very very friendly.

Clean and decent. Beds are comfortable. Washroom has good water pressure and hotel provided the soap, with enough towels. The free breakfast was good. Couldn't have asked for more. For the value of the money, its more than enough.

This is a really nice hotel. It's clean and comfortable and quiet if you're working. There were plenty of towels. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries.
The location of the hotel puts it close to shopping, restaurants and gas stations. If you want a unique shopping experience then head to Legacy Place in Westwood.
While there are no downsides to staying here, there are some inconveniences. If you are staying less than 7 days, your room will not be cleaned and serviced everyday. However, you can get sheets and towels and clean the room yourself
One thing that I did find discouraging was the of the tv service. There are no major streaming services or major commercial stations. Mostly there are shopping channels and many of the available channels are not in English. So, if you want to brush up on your Spanish, the channels that are available will be a big help to you

Very clean rooms, very clean complex, breakfast bar was good and had alot of choices. 45 minute drive to Boston and alot less than ataying in Boston. Nice Irish restaurant across the street and Dunkin.
