I had no shampoo in my bathroom. Full disclosure, I didn't go to the front desk and ask for shampoo.

I’ve stayed here twice. It advertises free breakfast, but sometimes there is no hot breakfast at all. No one ever refills anything on the breakfast either. This time our shower was plugged and the toilet ran constantly. These are things that are easily fixed. Also forgot my shampoo and conditioner in the room and it had magically disappeared when I phoned the next morning.

Did not get the room we booked for; the dishes/cutlery in our room were left in the dishwasher and were dirty; there was bird crap all over the front entrance ; the “breakfast included” service was obviously only available (or they only had enough ) to service a limited amount of guests… we ended up having an option of a couple of biscuits or cereal or an orange…along with awful coffee.
Will never go back there.

Breakfast was cold both mornings. No fresh fruit, but lots of empty bowls. Had to ask for sugar for every cup of coffee. Did not refill the container, just gave me two packets each time. Garbage from previous occupant was left in kitchen drawer. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

Room or suite actually, really lovely would definitely recommend and we've stayed in a lot of different hotels in our 35 years of traveling, this is in the top 10 for sure

The first room had a pubic hair and blood in the shower, the second room had mildew in the shower but I went to the Albertsons and got some Lysol, I had shower shoes so I really didn't care. Otherwise the hotel and rooms are nice I think it's a housekeeping problem.

A little more variety at the breakfast would have been perfect (plain bagels, fruit assortment, etc). Otherwise everything else was spot on. Comfortable beds.

no handicapped accommodation for my 95 yo mother. They could not even offer a shower chair for her to use to take a shower.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel was very clean inside the room. The front desk check in lady was very personable and friendly. The location is ideal - it is easy to get to when driving down from Canada, quiet location. We will stay here again.

There was a lot of bird droppings in the entrance area outside. Also the cement is very uneven so it was hard to get cart with luggage on it into the hotel.

Reserved an extra night stay, confirmed the extra night that morning only to show back up later in the day with no room and all my stuff removed. Was told the hotel was sold out even with my confirmation. Only got excuses and unwillingness to help. Would not recommend service is horrible and will not accommodate.

I know it’s a little thing but I appreciate that they had nightlights in the bathroom. It’s the first hotel I can recall staying at that had them.

Good stay!
We were greeted and felt welcomed, our room was great! I found the bed uncomfortable, but my husband did not. 😆 We we’re a little bothered with the loud footsteps from the room above us, but that thankfully wasn’t while we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was good. We would stay again!

Love the kitchen setup and the accessibility to a grocery store. The Applebee's across the street was decent and even a Tractor Supply. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice.

Super place
This is a pretty nice hotel with a fully equipped kitchen. Just need to bring your food. Beds are comfy. Rooms are surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was great and the breakfast lady went above and beyond to ensure my kids were ok. Front office ladies were nice. Hotel is located near supermarkets and gas station and pizza place. Liquor store is just across the street.

When I came to check in- I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes ringing a bell before anyone showed up.
The toilet was clogged and I requested a plunger 3 times snd it took over 6 hours to get one.
The trash cans at the front entrance were overflowing the whole time I was there.

Staff was hard to find except for food lady .
Trash never got empty on both ends of 4th floor the laundry lost a pair of my pants they said not there problem.
But other then that room was big and clean

Could be better!
All of the Hallways and stairways were warm. All the stairways were disgustingly dirty and in need of a clean up and vacuuming. It was disappointing as we enjoy staying at this motel. Hope they step it up!

Cute place.
The location, next to Albertsons grocery store, made it central and easy to find. The staff was genuinely personable and the room was accommodating and clean. I would have like a surface light above the sink and an easier switch for the garbage disposal but those are minor objections. I did have trouble getting hot water for my bath but in fairness it was 29 degrees and i was on the 4th floor. There were extra pillows and the bed was comfortable.
I would and probably will, stay there again.

Social weekend to participate in recognizing a friends achievements. Very nice hotel on main thoroughfare. Very welcoming check-in and check-out processes. Very clean, comfortable, spacious room. Good wifi. Great breakfast. Multiple dining and shopping options within minutes of the hotel.

Both my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and clean. We especially liked the kitchen facilities as we came to Williston to celebrate our son's birthday and brought his favorite, mom's homemade spaghetti sauce. The staff were very professional and friendly.
