Check-in was very unfriendly. Parked car out front for almost an hour waiting to check in. Was told had to wait until 3 or pay $33 for an early check-in. They started checking in other customers so finally asked if we could get in the room at 2:50 and they said yes. Was told no 22 minutes before 3. Long walk to hotel elevators. Eye smoky environment. Long way to park the car. Won’t stay here again.

Great Off Strip Accommodations
This hotel/casino is a great alternative those on the strip. Boulder Station is clean quiet and the entire staff were kind and friendly. There are plenty of dining choices here as well. Parking lot is spacious with easy access to the highways. I was in town for a wedding and this was a great choice for me and my buddies.

Not bad for being an off-strip property. Just off the freeway. Neighborhood around isn’t the greatest. But the hotel itself was decent, room was good/bed ok, staff very friendly. Plenty of free parking. For the price savings it’s worth the 20-25 minute drive to the strip

Paid for a $50 upgrade for a view of the strip in a suite. It was dirty, 3 pillows for a king and apparently there was nobmore pillows anywhere, the curtains where stained and the carpet was gross and sticky. There was no coffee maker or waters, or room service. The vending machine was broken. Its just an old outdated property. With so much competition they should try a little harder to have the basics.

I felt very safe inside the hotel and casino. There are restaurants at the property which is convenient. The hotel service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping services were great. The room was a bit worn, so could use an update, but for the price, I can overlook that issue. The bed was very firm. I would stay again due to the affordability, safety, and cleanliness.

Good place for a stopover
Great location on the freeway, but still relatively quiet. We were stopping for the night enroute home from a road trip and we had a great dinner at the steakhouse, fun playing table games, and a good night's rest. HOWEVER, when parking in the garage it is not intuitive where the front desk check in is, and the security guard pointed us in the wrong direction. Do not mistake the rewards desk for check in.

Needed a hotel near family strictly for sleeping. We did not gamble and only visited the food court eateries. Last trip we stayed at Sam’s Town but we prefer Starbucks and Sam’s only had a Dunkin. This time we opted for BS. The room was extremely dark even with all the lights and shades open. The windows were very dirty. The toilet had better water pressure than the shower and the shower drain didn’t drain efficiently. The bedside table lamp had a charging station that did not work. The food court chain restaurants inside the hotel charged almost three times what they do at the same chain down the street. Poor air quality even in non smoking areas.

Stayed here only because it was close to family’s house. Previously stayed at Sam’s Town but they didn’t have a Starbucks in the hotel so this time we tried BS. Starbucks in the hotel charged at least twice what the drive thru down the street does as do the other fast food options. The rooms are very dark which I understand people like but the lighting is so bad you can hardly see to read or apply makeup even with all the lights on. The charging station on the lamp next to the beds didn’t work. The windows are very dirty on the outside so not much light comes in when the blinds are open.The toilet has higher water pressure than the shower! I could hear the people in the next room coughing. A couple of sweet security ladies working next to the elevator but other than that the staff was slightly cranky.

Had a really good two day stay. Every shop and restaurant in the Boulder Station had a smile that seemed to start in their souls. Very kind and helpful.

Get away from all the crowd and have a whole mini vegas to yourself. Its off the stripe but everything is located within the casino and the stripe is a few minutes away. I liked that non-smoking rooms did not smell like smoke like others on the stripe casinos. I would stay here again I enjoyed my stay.

The food at the Broiler was excellent as well as the service. I can't remember what the name of the coffee shop bar was, but the oriental lady went out of her way to please my wife. Overall, all personnel were excellent. We had horses at horseman's park and the local is extremely convenient.

The property needs to be updated. There was no coffee pot or coffee with the room. Had to pay extra for a fitness room that we did not use (over $35 per night of stay). The tv was okay not a whole lot of stations. Stayed during NFR and could not watch it from the room. Pool was not heated.

Enjoyed our stay here
Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms could use a facelift. Best pillows of any hotel we have stayed in. The variety of eateries in this casino is very good, something for every pallet. Liked that there was security guards by the elevators to the rooms 24/7 and you had to use your room key to go up said elevators.

Update Needed
The stay was fantastic. Great value for the price. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of a serious update. They are lacking on places to plug in all the electronics that today's traveler uses. The lamp between the two beds only had one USB port and I know that they could at least get new lamps that have a couple of USB's and a couple of regular outlets.

Boulder Station the least expensive place to stay
We have stayed here many times. The station mailings usually give us a pretty good rate and half the resort fee. We like the half point dining on Wednesdays and 10 times points on Thursdays. If they have a give away it is usually on Fridays and with the mailings either free or 50 points to get the gift.

Getting checked was easy late at night (10:30pm). However when i got got to the room i was less than impressed. The bed had only sheets with no blanket or comforter. I had to go back down to the front desk and the clerk said they didnt have any more blankets. I asked the second morning. Later that night still no blanket. The third day they final gave me 2 blankets. I will not stay there again and i been going to Boulder Station for years. Waste of my money.

It was nice to have places to eat without having to drive and the kids likes the arcade. The rooms were dirty and we had roaches and mold in the bathroom of our room. The convenience was definitely not worth the filth. Will not be back

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Please spend your money elsewhere. I have stayed in many different properties on and off the strip and this one by far is the worst. The entire property smells like a dirty bathroom. If not that, then the smell of cigarettes will get you. The sink smelled like eggs and sewage when you turned it on. Property is dirty, dusty and does not feel safe at all. We stayed for two nights and did not get very good sleep. Only 3 pillows for a king bed. No comfortor, only a cheap wool blanket layered under more sheets. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I'm trying to be as honest as I can without completely bashing the place but our stay was not enjoyable. There is a diverse selection of food in the food court and Game On bar seemed nice but it was closed at 10 p.m.

Early check in fee. ( money grab )
Did not appreciate being asked to pay a fee to check in one hour earlier. I have never been asked to do that, in fact majority of the hotels we've stayed at are only too happy to let us check in early if the room is ready. Wasn't a good 1st impression for us.

Trash littered all over the parking lots, casino and eateries surrounding were pretty good and customer service was nice. Hall on the 12th has really cold ac temps for some reason, and actual hotel room was very old and dirty (ex. Carpet was piling up and wrinkled on floor, shower curtain was not changed and had clumps of St. Ives on it, walls were stained). Ok for cheap stay but would not recommend.

When we arrived yesterday around @4:00 pm, we went to our room and in the hall way 8th. Floor, they were a bunch of kids playing hokey, noisy, loud, I had to call front desk and it took a while for somebody to come up and talk to them, the carpet in our room had Cheetos and peanuts from the guest before, it was disgusting. We stay here frequently because our friends live near by and we go and gamble.

Hotel for a week
Hotel has no laundry. Safes, microwave or coffee maker. Hallways are ridiculously cold.
Wanted 30 for early check in and 30 for 2 hours late check out. Restaurants were good. Elevator need upgrade lights on controls very dim

I would not recommend staying here It’s old and worn out. The showerhead was probably 40 years old the bathroom sink was blocked and draining very slowly. The carpet was dirty and if I walk bare feet I would step on stuff and it was even sticky. The throw on the bottom of the bed was stained. Dead cockroach in the bathroom in the casino. The room had only two bath towels we called the front desk for a few extra none ever showed up. I think they should’ve paid me to stay there

We were pleasantly surprised with the accomodations, rooms and bathrooms were clean and kept up. It is an older hotel so there was slight wear and tear but as to be expected. Mini fridges in each room, casino was plenty big, pool is good size but not heated good for a polar plunge in October. Food options inside hotel are amazing. The Silver Fork is highly recommened with reasonable prices and something for everyone children amd adults. They dont have a kids menu however they have lots of sids and portions are very large and shareable. Very pleased with this stay

Check in was rough. The employee was curt and not helpful at all. No instructions or outline of any services, hotel details, nada. Also skipped telling me how the elevators worked. A helpful couple showed me. Not sure I’ll be back.

I only stayed one night as I was leaving first thing in the morning. at 10pm they only had one desk clerk on duty and it took 30 mins of waiting before I could get my key. the room was clean, but the bed was hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was ridiculous. the room is sorely lacking in any amenities. no mini bar, no coffee maker, no bottled water, nothing. and their gift shop where you can buy things you forgot was closed, and didn't open the next day till 10am. very frustrating.

Our checkin with Kanani was so easy. She made us feel so welcomed and was able to easily accommodate a special request for us. She was so friendly, it really elevated our mood for the rest of the stay. The elevators were quick and pur room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed being away from the strip. Thanks again Kanani!

The casino itself was nicely designed, lots of slots, plenty of dining options, had keno runners, pool was clean. What we didn’t like was the place was very smoky, including our hotel room. Half our party developed bad sinus infections during our stay. My parents bathroom had a strong sewer smell.
