The hotel lobby and room were very clean and well kept. My 4 versus 5 rating had to do with the closed restaurant. I was told it’d be open for breakfast, but it wasn’t. I was referred to nearby Paul’s Diner, which was excellent.

I stayed here with my GF as a short getaway and for the great Sunday Brunch. The property is clean. I like the colonial outside theme. My only feedback is that inside of the property is dated. Overall it’s a decent facility, but could use a significant makeover to modernize the insides.

We ckecked in and left in an hour, we felt awkward and did even sit on the bed, no dining when you need it no breakfast no room service, guides were down on the tv, pool was under renovations along with the hot tub. Will never go back.

We stayed here as there was an event in the hotel. It was convenient due to that. The hotel itself was average, seems old, needs an update. There was ample parking and it is near restaurants and shopping.

Only reason I picked this hotel was for the pool I get their pools closed and on website hot tube was only closed and beds didn’t fit on frame wich made dangerous for my one year old definitely will never stay again

Reasonably priced. Right next to multiple restaurants, grocery and drug store. Convenient to the Interstate and a relatively short drive to Boston.

Definately not worth the money
The lace curtains were filthy. I pulled them back to see out the window and the bottom halves were dingy dirty gray!
The radiator wouldn't keep the temperature I set.
The shades were white pulldowns, not conducive to keeping light out.
The bathroom was spit spot clean!
The pillows were wanting/not soft or cushy.

Front-desk people were not friendly or accommodating. I checked in at 3:00pm and asked for a room near the elevator. The assigned room was about as far away as possible. I emphasize 3:00pm. The I was given the wrong key. So there I was, a long way from the lobby with the wrong key. I asked a person who was cleaning a nearby room to open my room but she understandably could not. She did however call and get approval. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay
The only bad thing I can say is that the hotel pool was closed and unfortunately there's no way to know that unless you call first. The restaurant in there does not open Mon and Tue. Also, they could enable the people placed in the back of the building with an access code to get back in when taking his/her dog out (that's where we normally get placed at per the reception person). Besides those points, the rest of the stay was very good. Room very clean. Bed was great. Everything in the room in great working order. The location is also great, next to 495.

The hotel is over priced for what it offers. The hotel look much older from the outside in person as well as the parking lot area. The hotel name sign doesn't seem to have been updated since the 80s. The inside of the hotel is clean as well as the rooms. The inside looks very dated. An example would be the physical key (extra large to fit in pocket) to the room instead of the standard electronic key.

The property is a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. For some reason the bedside phone rang two or three times each night, which disturbed my sleep. I do not know why that happened as there was no one on the line (haunted?). The breakfast staff was very friendly.

Booked the room specifically to use the pool with my daughter. The pool has apparently been closed since February and it is not mentioned on the Expedia website. It said it had a pool when I reserved the room…

Ok but not what it used to be
This hotel used to be the best place to stay in Westford and it has definitely gone down hill. Nothing updated, no one at the front desk when we arrived. Our room was too close to the pool I guess because it was muggy and chlorine smelling. It was clean though.

Hello Boxboro
The Westford regency is the sister hotel of the Boxboro Regency which I utilize often. I utilize the Boxboro property because of location and price. I overlook the lack of staffing, horrible restaurant, heating/AC issues, bathroom problems etc... it is a "was nice hotel that has atrophied from neglect". Why am I telling you about Boxford on a Westford review? Simply because the Westford was closed for years for an upgrade. In its reopening it still mirrors its sister in many ways. The hotel is understaffed. There is a sign at the front desk that the agent will return soon. I saw that sign at (long wait) check-in and throughout my stay. The property is improved but the AC didn't work, Bathtub did not drain, towels were an embarrassment etc... The bar was empty, bartender great, food hideous (hello Boxboro). Breakfast was expensive for minimal offerings. This is an its ok for a short stay because there is a handful of restaurants and clubs nearby as well as Nashoba Valley resort. No other reason

Clean, quiet, spacious hotel! Breakfast in the a.m. was adequate, served until 10am. We had delicious burgers at the restaurant in the evening, which was great because we were too tired to go out. Pleasantly surprised, and better than the hotel options in Nashua, NH.

Pool was closed for an unspecified amount time. Wasn’t made aware of this at the time of booking or even told by staff when checking in. Had I known before check in I would have attempted to make other arrangements since the reason I even booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. The room itself was alright but pretty dreary. The staff were the most unenthusiastic people I’ve ever net. The lobby felt like I walked into the twilight zone. The outside of the hotel is cute but once you’re inside it’s lifeless in there. They also still use legitimate keys to enter the room which just feels like a big lack in convenience and safety. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again - even if the pool was open.

Not at all worth it
Terrible stay. Room reeked of smoke and I called the front desk several times. Woke up with a sore throat and caughing. No one answered. I couldn’t go downstairs because I had my infant with me and he was asleep. Called and called no live person. There was NO ONE at check out! So frustrating.

Meh, not too bad. A bit rough around the edges (metal room doors looked like they had lost a few fights), old school room key was unusual. AC was fairly loud and not capable of cooling the room below 69 on a mild night, looks like it could be a busy place when the weddings roll in. Staff was friendly, room seemed clean, no noise from other rooms

Very disappointing
The woman at check-in was less than welcoming or friendly. There was no Chit Chat or niceties. When I got to my room, I was surprised to hear a dog barking because I did not see on their website that it was a pet friendly hotel. That, on top of the screaming child two doors down, was a bit loud, thin walls. As there was a torrential rainstorm outside, I did not expect my room to be as damp or musty as it was, but that accounted for the dehumidifier in the hallway was my guess. I decided to take a shower to relax; however, there was a note stating the bathroom door had to be closed so as not to set off the alarm. Problem being, the bathroom door did not close, as it was hanging on by a thread. I called the front desk but had to leave a voicemail and no one ever called me back. So no shower! For the amount of money Westford Regency charges for a night, there is a lot of room for improvement. When I checked out the next morning, I mentioned the bathroom door to the gentleman at the counter, and all he said was oh okay. While the outside looks very nice, and the lobby is nice, it was an extremely disappointing. Thankfully I am not in that area often but if I have to be again, I definitely will not be staying here.

One night stay
This could be a really nice place to stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed. It has been closed since early winter. Today is July 19th. Also none of the restaurants or lounges were opened the day and night we arrived.
Our initial room had an air conditioning problem and we were moved to a suite which was very lovely.
This hotel looks great from the outside just needs some remodeling on the inside .

Great stay
We had a great stay here. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Also, the front desk staff were warm and friendly, even letting us borrow their umbrella during a storm when we left ours in the car. We would absolutely stay here again.
To note, the pool is closed and they only do housekeeping upon request. Neither of these were an issue for us.
I can't comment on the breakfast buffet (for an additional charge), as we did not eat there.

I have stayed here many times before covid. This time there wasn't a hair dryer or microwave.
Cleaning was only offered on request. We requested maintenance for a loose toilet seat and nothing happened. We were rhere 6 nights.

The bathroom and especially the shower are starting to show signs of wear and tear and could use a deep cleaning. But otherwise my room was nice. The property was packed when I was there and it was pretty loud. I could hear people walking around above my head for a while and then a couple started arguing. Then in the morning I could hear the cleaning staff talking and they were pretty loud. My daughter truly enjoyed the full hot breakfast that included eggs, meat, oatmeal, and her favorite waffles! Plenty of electric vehicle charging in the back. If you have a Tesla just bring an adapter.

A bit disappointed in our visit. Clarks closed an hour and a half earlier than posted, so we could grab a drink. Took a shower in the morning, water was cold. And the cleaning people tried to get into my room before 8am. We had a do not disturb sign on the door, the knocked and tried to open the door. This happened on a previous visit as well. We visit the area yearly and like to stay there when we can. We probably wont be back. That was kind of it for us.

The pool was being renovated and I didn’t see that information on your website. We were looking for an indoor pool and was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. However, this was a good value. The location was convenient, the staff friendly and the restaurant had an omelette station.

The hotel is a beautiful experience to visit. It is lovely! The lady who did the check-in for us was super nice. Our room was very comfortable and super clean. The breakfast was also delicious, and the personnel was super friendly and helpful. The two guys making omelets were careful and interested in our food allergies. We appreciate that. I would definitely come back to this hotel when I am in the area again.

Comfortable Room, great price, good bartender
After a very frustrating and long day of road travel, we really needed a comfortable place to stay for the night. I found this hotel for a great price compared to others in the area. It's a busy time of year so most prices were really high. The room, bed, and surroundings were nice. Bartender made excellent drinks. And you get real keys for your room. Just like the old days.

OK for one night.
Convenient location for us while visiting family, and close to many stores and the I-495 exit. It is a big hotel focused in local events. Rooms are large enough with everything we need since we always travel with our own toiletries anyway. I was disappointment that they didn't clean the room, nor giving us clean towels the next day, even when I ask at reception for that. The hotel has a pool but it was close for reparations. There is no breakfast, just plain regular coffee, no other choice.

Reception Staff were amazing - we blew a boat trailer tire on the i495 and were stranded on the busy highway for over 4 hours before help arrived - She was a godsend! Beautiful trees and property, it may be a little dated but makes up for it in it beauty!

The hotel is in a great location, we had a sports tournament down the road. Some great restaurants in the area and easy to get to. But the hotel rooms where quite dated and the pool and pub where both closed which this information was not provided when we booked. Won’t be staying there again.

arrived around 7:00pm in winter, rainy, snowy, dark out, their sign isn’t even lit to make the turn in.. had to “figure it out”..
ran water for bath, came out brown. the water in room 173 came out “brown”.
pressed the “front desk” button on the phone, which responded with silence. nada
went to staff, changed rooms to 103. the water there looked ok, except for the mold along the ceiling line and cracked paint chips falling into the bath water.
heating units worked ok. too bad you can’t close the blinds without also “covering” the heaters.
a good thing for voyeur clientele i guess.
the doors use old fashion metal keys.. very quaint, but annoying. what century are we living in?
near zero parking spaces near front entrance. none available. drove around back to be closer to an entrance. no one told us at check in that there was a code on the door: had to lug our way around entire building (a long walk) on wet “loose gravel sidewalks”.. in the freezing rain. lame.
the place should be demolished or should charge half of what they’re charging.
we thought we’d bump into jack nicholson in the long creepy hallways.. or those twin girls.. among the various noisy fans / dehumidifiers.. trying, valiantly as they could, to relieve the foetid air of its obviously moldy scent.
felt sorry for the guests that apparently chose this place for an even of some kind that same night.
blech, we won’t be back. and neither will anyone we mention it to.
