Very close to beach in one direction and restaurants and shopping in the other. Very happy and comfortable. Pool and hot tub both nicely heated. Never had to move the car, everything close. Dolphins near the beautiful white sand beach.

Loved our stay there. Everything was neat and clean. Very convenient to everything. Have already recommended it to others. One thing that could’ve made our stay better would be to add a headboard to the bed.

Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to town. It was nice not having to rent a car. The resort has beautiful plants and trees. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Inside was clean and well-kept and very comfortable.

Property looked like it was brand new. It was excellent. A few additions would however have been welcome for our 8 night stay.
Suggestions would be; small table lamp in lounge or dimmer switch, mat inside door to wipe wet feet, internet access on TV to access E.g. Netflicks

Overall I would rate this place 4 to 4.5 out of 5. I don't have many complaints.
Here were some of the pros/cons:
Pro's:
1. Convenient location - walking distance to beach or the main strip. Many good breakfast/lunch/dinner options.
2. Front desk was informative and everyone we contacted was very nice.
Con's:
1. We arrived for check in late because our flight was really late in the evening - however the check in process itself was easy, but because we had a packet left for us, our room/home wasn't as easy to find on the map, and not located on the main street as the resort. It took us sometime to find our place. Also because there is limited lighting outside, so it was easy to miss the entrance to the location.
2. The blow leaf guy woke us up on one of the days around 8 am in the morning, which wasn't fun because we had wanted to sleep in.
Otherwise the resort(s) itself are nicely maintained, nothing too much to complain about. Yes it's a little outdated but that didn't bother us. Overall if we are ever in the area, we would stay here again.

Newly remodeled condo was great. CLEAN, comfortable, laundry in unit. Ground floor so no stairs. Electronic keypad access and parked in front of unit. Large shared pool was very nice and a sizable backyard to grill but no one occupied the adjacent 3 units while we were there. Close to village shopping, restaurants. About 1/3 mile to the beach. The staff we interacted with were FANTASTIC (desk Jessie, Kristen and maintenance John). There were a few inconvenient things mentioned to the manager at the end of the visit and he indicated they would solve: no bathroom counter space, no towel hooks, no full length mirror.

This property was really nice. It was quiet and close to everything. The only complaint my family had were the beds. They were really uncomfortable and noisy. Could use some new frames and mattresses. Would return though. Really beautiful area.

The only thing that held back the 5 stars, was the ability to adjust the air conditioner. We came here as honeymooners to celebrate our wedding, unfortunately the air conditioner was programmed to stay on 70, both me and hubby tend to get warm night and day, yet we were not able to turn down the temperature on ac unit. Seemed to us as not professional nor comfortable, not sure why the hotel did not allow us to adjust seeing that we pay a fair price per day. I sent a message to the hotel the 2nd morning with n never a response.

Staff was amazing, the room was clean, well equipped with everything you could need, cutely decorated, beds were comfy, easy parking and centrally located between a great strip of bars/restaurants and Siesta Key Beach (five mins in either direction.) We will certainly be back!

Cute place in a good location to siesta key beach. Unfortunately, staff did not clean our room daily or switch out dirty towels and refill toilet paper. We were told by the front desk they only clean every 3 days. Also wish they had more beverage options in the lobby. The water they stocked tastes like tap water.

Best place to Stay!
Resort was absolutely beautiful, clean and employees were helpful, friendly and caring. We had refrigerator that was not cooling well so we informed the front desk and within minutes there was someone fixing the problem and was fixed. Beach was within 2-3 minutes away walking distance. Restaurants and stores ( everything was within walking distance) . Everyone were so nice and everything is clean ( outside and inside) definitely our favorite place so far)

The property is hard to say because it’s spread out amongst a few blocks. I was in apartment 136A. I stayed in a part where it was a house divided into 4 apartments. Personally my part was great because I had my own entrance and a decent size yard with a back porch. The other apartments outside area seemed quite a bit smaller even though apartment size might have been larger.once your here your in the middle of everything. The apartment was cozy and clean. No need to drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance. Beach/bars/restaurants/shopping all wishing a couple of blocks.

I was pleasantly surprised at the property and our accommodations after reading some reviews. We stayed at Key West and the apartment we clean, coastal decorated and met all of our needs. The laundry facilities were very clean as well as the common areas and pool. We would definitely return. The beach and the shopping areas were very close and walkable.

This room was amazing, clean and confortable. The only thing i was desappoinment was the Air conditioner was seted up in 70 grades and we can not change the temperture in the room at night, was a little warm night at the rooms

Loved how convenient the location was to the beach and the village! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Had most of what we needed in the kitchen but would have loved a blender for those after-the-beach-frozen-drinks! The location of our unit was fantastic - it was away from most of the others, however, it was down a small walkway which was not lit at all and the light over the doorway was out which presented a safety issue. I did mention it to the front desk but the receptionist's response was "ok". I do agree with some of the others that have noted that the front desk staff was not overly friendly. Once you walk to the beach though, you tend to forget all the other stuff :)

The room was cute and quaint and mostly clean (had a little issues with some gnats). The walls in the cottages are very thin and we could hear our neighbors very well. Perfect location right between the beautiful beach and restaurants, could easily walk to either. Didn’t use the pools but they looked nice. Free beach chairs and towels to use during your stay and free bike rentals. I would definitely stay again but maybe in a different room/unit.

My lock didn't function and the staff blamed me for not being able to use it properly when in gfact one of the numbers on the key pad stuck and was therefore unusable. Also, I never received daily housekeeping. Housekeeper finally showed up at 5:30 but I was sleeping after being out all day. Housekeeper stood in doorway wheile I was in bed and didn't leave despite my loud protests.

The shower was awesome. The room was clean, but pretty small for the price they charge. No vanity in the bathroom. This is the first time EVER that I had to buy ice for use in the room. Website led me to believe St. Armand's Circle was close and it was 30 minutes away. I will stay elsewhere next time.
