There are some broken items at the property like the hair dryer, toilet flush doesn’t work well, drainage in the bathtub is slow, but overall ok. Location is convenient to go to shows in the Sphere and the Venetian shopping area.

The property itself is ok but their policies and staff are bad. Just to warn everyone that are new to this place, they will try to sell you timeshare. If you are open to that then go for it.

The only complaint I could even make was the windows were not sound proof. There was a lot of noise outside at all hours. But everything else was great and the staff at the restaurant was amazing and super sweet!

Excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, but the service at the front desk and at the restaurant really needs a lot of improvement, by the way when I approached the front desk to check out, I was told by an agent to drop off the keys in the box and that they will email me the receipt, so far I did not get it

Wonderful place near the Las Vegas strip but with the peaceful atmosphere of a resort. Close to the new Vegas attraction, the Sphere.

Was good for families. Units need updating. The unites were very expensive. Main problem was an issue with the front desk who told me an incorrect balance and wouldn't provide a refund to me. This was very, very unfair. They stated that everyting was "beyond their control. and it was a time share issue." That is ridiculous.

The Best Stay So Far
This is by far the best place I have stayed off the strip. The location made it very easy to get around. It was over shadowed by the tear construction of the Formula 1 Race a few weeks earlier. Our room was facing the strip and were awaken to banging of the construction. Other than this, this place checked all the boxes.

It was within walking distance to The Sphere. The hotel shuttle was very nice to be in because my room was all the way in the back of the property. The drivers were friendly and professional. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Great for large groups and families.

Have stayed here before when it was n RCI property and it has improved. Staff were excellent, housekeeping was courteous and everyone was "happy". Walkable (we were going to the Sphere which is less than 8 mins away walking)
Room was very clean and all amenities were as promised.

Hopefully We Will Return One Day
We had a great time and we would consider coming back. We took the tour, but do not have enough money at this time to buy a time share (otherwise we would). We really liked the location off of the strip.
Hopefully we find another reason to return to Las Veges.
We'll stay with you again.
Perhaps the restaurant could have more vegetarian or fish options..?

We liked the free gated parking, very nice staff, even the one restaurant was good but for us it’s a hop over the fence so to speak to the Sphere and we primarily went to see U2. We liked having a kitchen, the timeshare unit was somewhat outdated, no Netflix and poor wifi but gave it 4 stars.

The best, closest, and most comfortable option when enjoying a show at The Sphere, especially if you would like to avoid “The Strip” vibe. Easy to get to from I-15.

La Chambre est très spacieuse, les piscines et jacuzzis sont agréables. Check in et out rapides. Bien situé! Douche bouchée et malgré en avoir informé la réception, ça n a pas été réparé pour que l on puisse prendre une douche avant de partir le lendemain matin.

We booked our stay to be near Sphere. It was great to be next door. The staff was super friendly, the buildings and grounds were as advertised, and the suite was nice, but the floors were really dirty; I found that when I went barefoot for a couple minutes, my feet were black. I literally had to re wash after a shower. There were also a couple broken items —the kitchen faucet and the toilet lever.

First time here. Was visiting the Sphere. Easly walk to the venue. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean. Very nice rooms with lots of place. Great kitchen. Will come back!

I loved the proximity to the sphere and the strip. The pool was heated and the hot tub was fun. The only issue I had was the hounding to attend a presentation to their resort club. I should not have had to say no more than once. After saying no they still called again the next day and asked again it was difficult to get them off the phone. Everything was great except for that.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort has a charming ambiance with friendly staff, but the aging furniture in the rooms needs an update. Unfortunately, my stay was marked by a security concern. I left a golden ring in my room, and despite contacting the hotel, it couldn't be located. Consider taking extra precautions with valuables during your stay.

Everything about the property/grounds was great. Very clean, well maintained, amenities were also good. My only disappointment was while the complimentary shuttle service around the grounds was great, it stops at a certain hour, so if you're going to stay out late (which, in Vegas, is quite common), you're on your own to make the trek back to your room/suite.

Place was clean, staff was friendly, and location was good. However the rooms A/C was not working. That’s a big deal when it’s +90 degrees. They are old apartments that they dressed up. Nothing special. They made everything look nice but never upgraded essential components.

The room has everything you need for a self catering holiday which is great. The resort is partly timeshare so they give you the hard sell to try and get you along to a sales pitch which is really annoying. The gym is terrible, only 1 of the treadmills was working, most of the attachments for the cable machine were missing and limited dumbbells which considering the daily resort fee you have to pay for the “facilities” I would expect to be much better

A well-equipped, very clean apartment. The service is very kind and discreet. Lots of parking spaces out of the sun, positioned very close to the Strip. The price is reasonable. Many well-equipped swimming pools (chairs, SPA, tables, BBQ). This is a no smoking area.
One negative thing: although the air conditioning works very well, it blows the air in some places with power and can be disturbing.

This hotel is within walking distance of the strip and the proximity is what you're paying for. The rooms and accomodations are motel-quality and most of the staff was unfriendly. Okay enough of an experience for a 1-night stay

I paid upfront for my hotel stay .I didn't like the fact that I was informed breakfast was included then after arriving I was given reward money for orientation for shares... a certain amount to spend for breakfast and was told I had to attend an orientation for this money. I was confronted numerous times over this and I told them I wasn't interested. I did feel like they were pressuring me into something I kept saying I was not interested in. Staff was not welcoming at the front desk. Was clean and tidy , no noise .

Our stay was phenomenal my children enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was delicious. Our room was very clean and well kept, beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with full kitchen. We were able to save money on buying our own breakfast and fixing it ourselves. The only downfall is the store they have connected to the place, it's really expensive $8 for a carton of eggs 😯 we just took a trip to Walmart instead. Overall the stay was PERFECT!!! IT will be my go-to place every time I visit Vegas.

When we booked the advertisement on expedia for the hotel said there was a shuttle to the strip. The shuttle ended at the beginning of 2023 so we had to spent hundreds of dollars on taxis. We would not have stayed there if we knew there was no shuttle.

We had a 2 bedroom villa and it was great. So much room. We had a family of 5 and there was more than enough space. Staff was awesome during our stay. Everything was clean and no smell. Great parking options if you rented a car.

Vegas / Canyon Family trip
My family was very happy with our recent stay at Holiday Inn. It was the perfect location to be close enough to the activities, restaurants, shows but also have the amenities and comforts we were looking for with 2 bedroom condos with full kitchens and 5 pools, and on-site restaurant/bar.

This place is great!!!!! I hate the strip hotels but this place is so close and is quiet and has a home like setting. There are 5 pools I literally went on a pool crawl and checked them all out they were all great. The other vacationers were all great it had a very community based atmosphere everyone that works there has great attitudes

Nice and convenient location, amenities for my son. I rated this property because there was several small things broken. The biggest thing was my son was around living room playing and after ten minutes his knees and tops of his feet, bottom of his feet were black! We told the cleaning lady the following day when she came for her service and she didn’t offer anything but to vacuum the living room rug! No views- we could see the sphere though.

We were able to enjoy one of the many pools in between our sight seeing opportunities in the Las Vegas region. There were always chairs available.
Valet service was very much appreciate as we had our unit at the back of the property and with the temperature at 107-110 degrees, they were more than willing to come grab my family and I and bring us to the front of the property to initiate our walks into the city.
There is a small arcade available at the complex. A couple of the machines were not in working order and they were not marked and thus, “ate” our money from the arcade card that we had for our son. Additionally, there was a staff worker (appeared to be housekeeping services) that told my son (12 years old) that he needed a parent with him to use the arcade. My husband and I could see him through the windows as this was attached to the pool and he was sent out to grab one of us. I called the front desk and this was not a “rule”. It was not posted on the door and we had been in to fund an arcade card for him to use. I expressed my concerns to the front staff that they would need to communicate to all their staff regarding this. I paid $65 in resort fees with an expectation to use it as advertised. It was rediscover but seemed like someone had too much time on their hands. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick check in and check out process too.

The spacious unit of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living room space made for a comfortable stay for our group of 5. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus for cleaning sweaty, dusty clothes.
My nieces (ages 4 and 8) enjoyed the pool.

We loved the room we were in. It was clean and had all the necessities needed. Staff was helpful and friendly, however I didn't like the check-in process. We checked-in at one side then we had to go to another side to pick up our room keys so that they can sell us stuff like timeshare, shows, etc. Other than that our stay was great!

Very disappointed
This place was gorgeous and stacc was greT unfortunately, once we got to the bathrooms it was filthy, hair everywhere sinks and tubs just filthy. Floors not vacuumed or swept and worst part was we went to open sheets and it looks like a hairy man slept in the bed and they just made the bed instead of switching the sheets. Also the pull out bed blanket had blood all over it. Very disgusting. This is by far the grossest place ive ever stayed. We asked front deak for clean sheets and pillows which they did. Also there were tons of bettles everywhere

This property is an old jewel. The location is perfect. Not too far from the strip and you can walk to the monorail/bus that takes you up and down the strip.The hotel is old and in need of some TLC. The choice of swimming pools is the gold star standard. The pools are awesome. My room was very dusty and felt like no one had been in it for months, the tv in my room didn't work and neither did one of the lamps. No lights in the ceiling, only lamps. I only mentioned these things to the front desk when I was checking out. They did say they would rectify for the next guest.

Nice property but…..
1) NO ELEVATOR on the premises. (There are at least 3 floors)
2) Our room had lots of small but inconvenient issues…
a) first bathroom door handle was not locking (aka no privacy)
b) First bedroom door handle reversed. Door lock was on the outside of the room…so weird. (aka no privacy)
c) refrigerator door opening was backwards (it opened up to the laundry room)…huh?
d) Second bedroom bathroom piping was extremely loud when trying to run a bath. Bad pipes I assume.
e) Second bedroom bathtub was not sealing so no baths for my little ones.
f) Someone set a 0600 alarm on our clock (it was not us) and that had our hearts racing…like someone was screaming loud all of a sudden. Not cool whoever did that.
*it just seemed like one thing after another was happening to us. Sure they apologized but I would have expected a little more than just a $50 refund from the amount of issues we had to deal with. If everything had worked properly, We would have really enjoyed our stay. The food at the grill was delicious. In my opinion, only the main pool was nice. The pool closest to our room was dirty with lots of leaves floating in it but the kids had fun at the main pool closest to the check in area. We might consider a return trip to give a second chance though….we’ll see.

Great stay for Business or pleasure
This was a great location for our conference that we attended at the Venetian. It was a 2 block walk to the Venetian. Full kitchen and seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. I would stay here again even with my family. 3 pools and a mini mart on site.
