Indoor pool was nice. Everyhing seemed fine, for the most part. My room was a mixed bag. Carpet was new and bed was very comfortable. However, walls need a fresh coat of paint and desk needs to be replaced or refinished.

If you’re looking for a well priced bed for one night, you could stop here. The room is very dated and the room needs a lot of deep cleaning but if it is a short stay and you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, this would be it.

Upon Check-in, the desk clerk was rude, rolled eyes and didn't make eye contact. Upon entering the room, we found dirty towels in the bathroom and the tub filthy! The room smelled and the sink in the "kitchen" area was dirty. I went down to the same rude staff to ask for a different room and got a big sigh and roll of the eyes and no apologies. Just a new set of door keys slapped in front of me. Thankfully at the checkout the, the staff member was pleasant and gave me a whopping $20 discount.

Nous n’avons même pas séjourné tellement que la 1iere chambre était sale et mobilier abimé. La 2e chambre en échange de la 2e, tapis sale, et bouteille d’alcool sous le matelas. Les tapis des corridors étaient très sales et l’ascenseur également. Nous avons alors décidé Fede quitter et de trouver un autre hôtel.

We had a good stay it was a lot of fun. The rooms are nice it could be a little cleaner, dust on the running boards, little things like that. We stayed there for my child's birthday party. The kids had fun swimming and having a sleep over there. It made for a fun party.

Decent overall, but room for improvement.
Overall, I would say the stay was decent. The building has some minor maintenance issues such as obvious damage and slow drains we noted. The bed was also a bit softer than we liked, and the mattresses and some of the furniture could use replacement. Overall, the room was clean, with the exception of the couch and pull-out bed. A dirty and ripped sheet had been left on the pull-out bed. When brought to the front desks attention a semi-functional can of disinfectant and fresh sheets were provided, although the room was lacking a blanket for the pull-out bed. Climate control worked correctly, and breakfast was pretty good and had a nice selection of items. For the right price I would stay again for a night or two, if I was going to have to have a longer stay I do think I would look elsewhere.

For the price it was ok and I would stay again if necessary but the bathroom floor was so sticky, the toilet seat was old and pealing paint.
When I went to get ice the minute I opened the door there was and of pot. I looked in the stairwell for the ice machine and the smell of pot out there just about knocked me over.
There was no tv channel guide!
And that ice machine I mentioned, was disgusting. Looked like it had not been cleaned in 6 months.

Needs updates but ok for a night
Needs sprucing up. Good for a night. Hasn't been renovated in years. Stains on rugs and lampshades. Stair treads are cracked in the stairwell and have duct tape or screws holding them in place. Woodwork has chipped and discolored paint throughout the building, and our room. Ok breakfast. Woman at the front desk was pleasant upon check-in.

My room was not ready. They gave me a new room and the toilet is not working properly. Kept running.
Side entrance door does not lock. Room lock does not lock securely.
Shared room door does not lock properly.

All faucets were dripping. There was water dripping out of the access panel in the bathroom ceiling. The tub was in terrible condition. The carpet was stained and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Kind of dirty
The hotel was pretty dirty. The wall next to the bed was completely covered in dark smudges as if someone had been resting their feet on the wall all year. The top blanket had a brown smear on it. Dust was caked into the vents and the toilet appeared to have been wiped with a dirty rag. The bottom of the tub was dirty. Someone was cleaning the pool filters when we arrived. Staff was friendly. Breafast was comprised of the typical stuff. The only thing offered that was hot to eat were waffles and Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits that you would microwave yourself.

We stayed in 413 and the people next to us i believe were very noisy and the baby was crying all the time it would be 12 am and they were making alot noise pounding on the walls and and talking very loud and also when i first got there at the hotel room it was some kind of weird smell in the room but besides that everything was nice and the room was clean and i enjoyed the free breakfast

The room was very nice - we even had a little kitchenette! Everything was clean - just a few areas were worn and some of the furniture was a little dated, but we were fine with that. The breakfast was pretty much the usual fare and was good. The manager was pleasant and the price for the room was great. We will stay there again when we are in Winchester.

Check in was quick and friendly, the location was excellent (Costco just in front and restaurants near bye). The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom could use a refresh, no safe. Appreciated the fridge, but it did not have a freezer section so could not refreeze our ice packs. I would stay here again !

Quick check in, pool was warm, quiet, convenient to shopping and food. Cleaning could use some attention. Beds clean and tables too but Our room had splatters and hand prints and dirt all over the walls. The bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty. Good breakfast waffles oatmeal cereal bagels muffins

The rooms feel dated and two light fixtures in the room I stayed in need to be replaced. The towel rack in the bathroom had rust, and the elevator inspection expired in 2022.

Very poor interpersonal skills from the receptionist, no greeting or friendliness. Efficient but that was about it!!! The room could do with a freshen-up. Everything was there that was needed, but a bit worn. Very limited toiletries. Hopefully the breakfast will be good!!!

Incense fragrance was really really bad
the incense smell or perfumed cleaner, whatever that smell was, was so strong in the lobby it was nauseating. Luckily the rooms didnt have that same smell, so it was probably incense and not a perfumed cleaner. I had a headache all day from walking through the lobby.

We had stayed a couple of times at this hotel. Always been pleased. Got there fairly early and just went in by chance that we might check in. Was told in no uncertain terms that check in was 4 o'clock and NO sooner. BUT if we did check in earlier they would be happy to prorate our room and charge. hmmmm Was always a beautiful waterfall in the lobby but not on. EVER. Pool was clean but ceiling was falling down. Room was OK but tub was so stained (over time) it looked dirty. Towels extremely rough, dust in the room. Checked fridge to be sure it was on and put items in. Went to eat and brought food back. put in fridge. Next night went to take food out and WATER was everywhere. Both containers were FULL of water and food was ruined! Was furious. Told clerk about it and was told, You probably turned it off. I said or it probably doesn't work. Said someone would be up to fix. Checked out 2 mornings later and no one EVER looked at fridge. Dirt in ice machine on the third floor. Was terribly disappointed in Sleep Inn. We have always enjoyed staying but not this time and won't come back here. Breakfast was a disappointment also. You need to have a smile class because this staff didn't know what a smile was. Housekeepers didn't speak English and couldn't understand that our room needed toilet paper, coffee, cups, towels and trash removed after 2 days. Did know what towels were. Sorry but not a positive stay. Our second anniversary was great but not here.

This was the worst hotel stay in my life. During the night, the roof started leaking, forcing me to crawl over top of my girlfriend to get our of bed without getting rained on or stepping in the puddle. I noticed lights out in the elevator and my girlfriend complained to me about the fitness equipment not functioning functioning properly. I contacted Choice Hotels and what they offered was downright insulting, they wanted me to join their rewards program & they would give me "points", but they were UNWILLING to give enough points for a free night, no they want me to spend money at their chain (which has totally disgusted me) and then I would have enough points to for a free night. Everything about this stay, this experience & this hotel chain has been absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this hotel or Choice Hotels.

TRUST THE REVIEWS! ** PEST ISSUES*
I booked this hotel because it was close to work. I arrived in my room at night after a long day of work.
I come out of the shower and there were COCKROACHES everywhere in the bathroom- crawling from cracks in the wall.
The room overall was outdated and there were punched cabinets. That would not have been such a problem if they had pest control.
I literally got dressed and left the hotel.
After checking other reviews here it seems that there is an ongoing problem in this facility that they simply don’t care to fix. So ignore the management responses underneath reviews- they are probably copy pasted.
I can confirm that this hotel has a serious pest problem. I would NOT trust sleeping in their beds.

This Sleep Inn was just a bit shabby in places. The furniture was scuffed up, the bathtub faucet had a constant annoying drip you could hear if you turned the AC off. The place was clean and has a fairly good location - Golden Corral, IHOP and Cracker Barrel are all close. It was quite noisy - slamming doors, etc., but did quiet down after 11 p.m. Overall, it was OK, not great.

My TV did not work and the desk clerk could not fix it. She seemed like a really nice person but I could not understand her accent. I came downstairs at 9:31 AM and breakfast was already cleaned out.

Find another hotel.
The receptionist, let’s just say, needs a personality check up or another occupation. The sheets on the bed looked and smelled like they had not been cleaned. The room smelled funky and moldy. The thermostat could not be lowered below 72 degrees. The jacuzzi was dirty with a soap film. Paint was peeling off the walls, ceilings and trim throughout the hotel. The swimming pool water had nasty stuff floating in it. The ceiling over the pool was falling down and dripping into the pool. The floor outside the second floor elevator door had M&M’s crushed all over and stayed there during our whole two days stay. The vinyl stair treads in the stairways were broken off in several spots making it hazardous if you were not careful.

Friendly courteous staff; check-in was a breeze. This is an older hotel that is attempting to upgrade and make its facilities more modern and pleasing. Our room was very clean and the room was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty, you could actually see the dirt on the walls. Because we just dropped our things off and got back late that night of course there was no one to complain to. The ironing board was broken and the iron had some brown stuff on the bottom, trash. No more Sleep Inns for us. Then in the morning my husband killed some type of bug in the bathroom I’m just praying it wasn’t a bedbug.

At first we thought ok just a little dated. We got to our room and it appeared average and clean. Moments after checking in my husband stepped out to smoke. As he sat outside a rather large rat came within two feet of him at the door. He told the guy at the desk who seemed unbothered! Then my husband later asked for menus well unless you like Indian food forget it! Next morning we had already decided not to eat breakfast due to a rat but as we left there was a rat in the freaking second floor hallway near the elevator! I told the female at desk and she seemed to care! Definitely not worth the money!

Not a great stay
So i booked a room through you guys and went yesterday and booked in and was in a nice room with hot tub and a/c was working in the room. It was almost 80 in there. Went to front desk and she put us in a smaller room, double queen beds, no hot tub. Was our wedding anniversary and was kinda disappointed with the room. No one’s fault a/c wasn’t working but to down grade to a uncomfortable room wasn’t a great stay for us.

The person at the front desk was quite unhappy and unfriendly. She certainly did not make us feel welcome. There is an odd odor in the room and the tub looks dirty. We were happy to be able to go swimming but it looked like the ceiling was about to fall in the pool. On a positive note we were able to check in about 20 minutes early.

Everything was fine. Bath, beds and the room were clean. It looks like it is time to replace the carpet in the hallways though and clean the walls near the bottom. The room I was 1st given smelled of smoke soI had to ask for another room. This was the 2nd time that has happened when staying at this Inn. The front desk did make the exchange without any delays, but rooms should be checked prior. Overall good. I would stay there again.

On a motorcycle trip. Safe place for a motorcycle. This was a great overnight. Everything was clean and fresh. Just wish I had a pair of swim shorts for the pool that was open. Place was great and I would stay again.
