Mr. Patel was very courteous and made check in a breeze. The room was so nice and clean as was the rest of the facilities. As an older single lady I felt very safe and will be staying there again as the need arises

Checking in was very easy, desk clerk was nice. Our keys lost their program a couple of times for a one night stay. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was decent and there were plenty of towels, though we did have a roach near the sink the next morning. The “comforter” was extremely thin and the material it was made of caused it to constantly slide off us all night. Coffee and breakfast was nice.

Never staying again unless under new management.
The bathtub was grimy, hadn't been cleaned recently. It had a rubber mat in it that had someone else's hair stuck on it. The toilet was too low for a man to sit on. The beds and carpet were clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was filthy and roaches were coming out from underneath the soft drink machine in the lobby. The front desk clerk was too busy scrolling on his phone to address the issues, saying "...someone will clean it after while..."

It was a great stay for us. My kids and I were all happy with the family suite (three queen beds). Not the newest BUT clean and spacious. They also had a futon. Vanity area was great. No bugs ECT. Bathroom was clean. Would come back.

Over all it’s a horrible experience. There was no elevator, so if someone has luggages, will be in hell to bring it up using stairs. It says breakfast included. But literally, there is no breakfast. The owner is not flexible, he will get your money!

property was clean but a little "older". Most staff were friendly, but only saw two people the 5 days we were there.
Had an issue with an item in the room and it was corrected when we returned that evening.
All in all, an alright hotel. Close to restaurants, room was clean. If you wanted to entertain, this is not the place, but to lay your head down after a busy day visiting family, this will do fine. The inconvenient part is no elevator. Dont pack heavy!

When we pulled up a piece of the guttering was zip tied to a pole in front of the building that was falling down. We got to our room the carpet was damp and it smelt it like mold and sour in the room. The people at the hotel barely spoke to us. We're no help at all. Very dissatisfied we'll never stay there again

I’m a single mom and I brought my teenage daughter on a little vacation to the area for 4th of July. I love that the room access is all inside for security. They have cameras monitoring the parking lot. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The indoor pool was immaculate as well. We had a problem with the shower head and even though it was fairly late at night when we noticed it, the staff had it replaced in a few minutes. It is conveniently located close to I-45 and just a short 15 minutes to the beach. They serve a continental breakfast with waffles, but Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, Taco Bell and a gas station (late night snacks) are within walking distance. My biggest praise is for the staff! They are all so gracious, hardworking and go out of their way to ensure guests have everything needed.

This place is an absolute health hazard. Not only did we encounter roaches, but the amount of mold in the bathroom as well as the air conditioning unit is unsafe to inhale even for a short amount of time. The minute we entered the lobby we could smell marijuana and the employee appeared to be under the influence. The hallway smelled like cigarettes, but worst all, when we entered our room we were hit with an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. Luckily we are only there a few hours to sleep before my son’s procedure at the hospital nearby. I would have rather slept in my vehicle than subjected myself and my son to such unhealthy conditions. Do yourself a favor and forego this establishment!

We chose this hotel as a place to stay on our way to Galveston to our cruise. It was much cheaper than places close to the port. Only 30 minute drive to port. Breakfast simple and place was clean.

Room was nice and clean. It was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had breakfast but we did not eat because of time restraint. We did not swim but the pool was indoor and very clean. If my children would have been with us we would have. Definitely will stay again.

I think it needs to be mentioned there is no elevator at this 2 story hotel. The evening check in person could be friendlier. The morning person was a bit friendlier. I definitely would never stay here again. I was taking a cruise and had large luggage that had to be lugged up the stairs!

Decent rooms. Did not see any bugs as are mentioned in other reviews. Staff was not particularly friendly at check in or check out. Breakfast was extremely limited. One waffle iron for whole motel. We gave up waiting after 20 minutes and just went out for breakfast. Lots of other options in the area, would not stay again in future.

Trip to Kemah Board walk- Amusement Park
It was a great stay. My family and I enjoyed the room we were in. We were able to get from places we went to with easy access the traffic was tolerated. We were on a weekend trip to go to Kemah Amusement Park (Boardwalk). A lot of eating places around Cracker Barrel right behind the hotel. It was a great area not bad at all for the price. I was really pleased!

We booked a room with 1 Kingsize bed and when we got there they only had a room with 2 queens so we had to take it. I killed a roach that was crawling accross our Ipad. When i wentto get a fresh folded towel after taking a shower i found a hairball folded up in the towel so i grabbed another and it also had hair folded up in it.

This place was ok. Super easy to find right off the freeway. Arrived after midnight and the staff was waiting. I’d had a few items sent to the hotel prior to my visit and they had been received and also waiting. Staff was friendly and accommodating, little language barrier but the points got made. Hotel is two story with about 20 rooms on each floor. All rooms are entered from inside the building with entrances at each end of the hotel. There is no elevator to the second floor. Parking lot is very well lit and area surrounding the hotel is more commercial without a bunch of thru traffic.
Room was clean and cool. Nothing too fancy but comfortable.
Pool was full of water but for some reason, was closed. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was great, but could have had more of a variety of creamers. There was only wheat bread for toast, 2 kinds of cold cereal and waffles that you cook your self. There was a sign posted that confused me that read, “Do not take food back to your room”. Since I had been eating other food purchased outside of the hotel in my room, I decided to ignore their sign and eat my waffle in my room while I got ready for my day. Would I stay there again? Probably…I pretty much got what I paid for.

Pros: Nice location, smelled clean, polite staff, staff tried to be accommodating. Daily checks from housekeeping to provide towels, empty trash, etc.
Cons: had to move to a different room because roaches were crawling on the walls, counter, and bathroom floor. Staff was accommodating and we were given a room across the hall. This room was ok but roaches were seen the last couple of days but not as bad. Also the day before we left we were without power most of the day because of replacement of an electrical pole. We were given notice at 7:30am, power was out from 10:30am-6:30pm.

We found roaches in the room and the carpet felt "sticky". The comforter and sheet on the bed were thin and "cheap" feeling. I actually went to a nearby walmart and bought a couple $20 blancket which was far better . The staff seemed indifferent when speaking to me and other guests and seemed lacking in comunication skills. This may be due ,in part, to english not being their first language but I feel it is due more due to lack of communication skills.
I booked this hotel mainly because my budget was lacking at the time, but I wont ever stay there again even if I have to pay 2 or 3 times as much .

The room had a mildew smell. The sheets were clean but there were no blankets for any of the three beds. The carpet in the room had been vacuumed but needs shampooed. The shower had great shower pressure. Breakfast consisted of two different cereals and waffles. The price was great for a large room with 3 queen size beds!

It wasn't so good the last night I was there I was asleep felt something climbing on me it was a cockroach turn on the light the restroom the sink and in the carpet running around about 20 to 25 roaches little ones big one turn on all the lights in the room to see if that would help I should have took some pictures to send you guys next time I'm there I'll make sure I won't stay there

This hotel is great if youre going to be here to sleep and shower. This is not a hotel where you laze about and are comfy just to hang. It was perfect fornus as we just needed a place to sleep, shower end and get ready for our day. The mattress was very thin, but passable and there was no blanket. I always travel with one so that was fine for me, but be prepared. Id 100% stay here again for a short trip where i dont need a room for anything significant.

This place was amazing everything was so clean in our unit and the cleaning staff were so nice and friendly. You have a Cracker Barrel right in front of the property and a gas station within walking distance. This hotel is also close to the tanger outlets probably about 5 min away. The check-in was smooth as well I will definitely stay here again

Pictures on site are very misleading. First floor smelled like a sewer, stairway smelled like the meldew, 2nd floor smelled of roach spray. Fixtures were rusty, ice machine filthy. There are no elevators so you have to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs. Bed uncomfortable, The comforter was as thin as the sheer and felt like cardboard. It was so light it was on the floor and did nothing to keep you warm. The best thing in the room was the AC. A number of guest checked out after checking in. If this was an option for us we would have left too. Thank god we only stayed 1 night.

It was ok. Nothing special. Check in they should have stated that you had to request room cleaning. It was written very small on a piece of paper hard to see. Either tell traveler verbally or put up a large easily read and seen sign that everyone can see. Towels were the thinnest I’ve ever seen. Carpet felt weird in places to bare feet. Would not stay there again

Does not have an elevator. Open metal boxes in bathroom. Booked non smoking room. Entered room, smelled like marijuana, AC was on full blast and window was open trying to air room out. 2 cups full of a yellow liquid in the bottom dresser drawer. Will not stay there again.

For a night it was fine but the room smelled. How hard would it be to get some air fresheners in the rooms and halls. I found bugs in the shower and on the wall. Small but no way I’m eating in this place. The road right night it’s impossible to get too because of construction.
Over all it was a cheap stay for one night. I would not stay again but weigh your options.
