There were multiple cigarette burns on all of the blankets there were roaches the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall the bed was extremely noisy the mattress was stained just to name a few I wouldnt recommend staying there

Decent for the price.
Check in was speedy. Room was clean. Some shady characters were seen in the parking lot late in the evening but other than that it was okay for what i paid.

I didn’t even stay because there were stains on the bed as well as hair and little dead fleas. There was also a coffee ring stain by the sink. Plain disgusting.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was hit and miss. The area was fine, there are a lack of sidewalks and I prefer to walk areas i stay in. Would be fine for most people that prefer to drive.

Beds are smaller than average and hard. Nothing done great in the room,just average. Breakfast was inedible,milk was bad, waffle mix was disgusting. I've honestly stayed in cheaper hotel brands that had it together better.
I will be in the area frequently because of the college but I assure you I won't be staying here again.

The room was very clean. It looked like they were trying to update the property as well. My biggest problem was check in. I had to wait in an empty lobby for about 15 minutes. I kept saying "hello" down the hallway, but no one was there. No bell to ring or anything. Finally my husband called the hotel and someone came up front. Lots of restaurants just a few minutes away. We would probably stay again.

I work on the road and stay in a lot of hotels. This was one of the very nicest experiences all around I have every had. The personal was very nice and helpful and the rooms and atmosphere very clean and peaceful. Highly recommend

WOW 4REAL??
My Pre-Paid Reservation seemed to be ALL mixed up. I Reserved a Bottom Floor Delux Double Smoking. They tried to put me in a Second Floor King!!!
Thankfully I was able to get what I asked and paid for.
The remainder of my trip was great. Convenient shopping and restaurants.

Customer service was okay, Did not know that I was charge a $50.00 deposit for non-smoking room. Due to me being on back of the hotel very dangerous. Only can park car in front of hotel. Television remote could not change channel. Not a good place to stay.

I stay here when I'm in Greenwood, probably at least a couple of times a month. The facilities are a great value for the price paid. Room is clean, water is hot, internet and TV works well. I had a problem with the chair in my room. I mentioned it to the young man at the front desk. In less than five minutes, he brought me a new one! You can't ask for more than that!

Rude staff
I do not care for the staff. Perfect English is spoken selectively and they are rude. There is a dead roach onbthe bathroom floor. No hairdryer, no iron, no guest washer and dryer as advertised in "ammenities". Also, i had no hot water yesterday. Alot of traffic late at night due to prostution and drug activity.

This place is horribly dirty. It smelled awful. Smoking smell in a non smoking room. Not clean at all. Did not stay here and was still charged. Not happy!!

I was there for three nights. My room was NEVER serviced during my stay! Had to hunt down staff with trash. Then was told "I've alr3ady been to the dumpster, just throw it down there and it will be picked up tomorrow!" No amenities replaced. I should have checked out each day to get decent service!

There is good and bad. The good is it is decent hotel for a cheap price. The customer service was excellent. Very friendly people. The bad...the pictures dont match the actual rooms. They dont supply very many towels. I went a bought a towel to use. The beds are pretty hard nd make alot of noise because they are well used hahaha. The place is also fairly noisey and lots of coming and going (some kind of shady guests stay here).

We got changed to three different rooms, one was filthy, the second the key didn't work, third key also didn't work but she let us in. Sheets were so gross in the first one, she said I could change the sheets if I wanted to, I would not recommend this motel unless you have no there no other options.

Very nice, professional young woman at the desk. She was the highlight and the hotel was perfect for a quick last minute overnight on a road trip. Clean and nice big green yard out back for a walk with our dog. 5 stars for the price.

Overall a bad choice to Stay
Management was not at all friendly or helpful. They initially told me they would charge me $25 for early check in. When I arrived at the motel , the man told me it would be $30, even though the m was half empty. I told him I’d been quoted $25 earlier, so he immediately lowered it to $25. Then he told me he required $50 deposit for my dog, but had to be cash. When I was checking out, I asked for my $50 to be returned. He had one of the women go check my room. She returned a few minutes later, but didn’t comment then the man got his camera, and again, without saying anything, went to look at my room. He returned several minutes later but made no comment whatsoever. I knew the room was left clean. He took out an envelope and returned my $50; he clearly was not t happy to give me my money back. I think he’d already spent it. Very unfriendly and cold people. Bare bones motel

Disgusting
We could not even stay the night at this place. The room was full of bugs, dried blood? on the walls, mold or some other substance on the beds and the smoke detector had been removed (not even legal in this state). We stayed for all of 5 minutes and had to leave. This is in a shady area and the pictures that show the "modernized" rooms are misleading. We do not recommend this under any circumstances.

We were looking for a hotel for one night that was pet friendly. Very few options in the area. Booked the room through Hotels.com and when we arrived, the lady at the desk said we had to give them a $100 cash deposit for our pet. I told her she could put it on my card and she said that was against the policy. After going back-and-forth for a few minutes, she said For us to go ahead and go to the room and she would have to talk to her manager. I never heard back from them, so I assume he waived it.The room was filthy. Spiderwebs all over, mold in and around the refrigerator, a 1 inch gap below the door, and mold or mildew covering the exhaust fan in the bathroom. When I was showering, I also discovered the tub was clogged.

My husband and I stayed the entire weekend. When we arrived for check in, our room was not ready. We had to go out and purchase towels and bath cloths, because the ones that were provided were dirty. On the morning of our departure, there was no hot water!

I did like that they had smoking rooms available. However, phone line did not work in the room so we could not call the office we would have to drive up front. And the shower did not have continuous hot water. I was in there for about 3 minutes and then all of a sudden the water just got cold and did not get warm again.

Property had bed bugs and inconsiderate guests. Guest ask me to take him to the liquor store for $20. Hotel is actually how pictured . When advised of bug problem Manager did say He would refund me half of stay cause he didn’t see any. I sent video and pictures.

Beds in need of cleaning.
When we went into our room and puled the sheets back on one bed the sheets were not lying flat and upon further inspection there was food crumbs in the bed and the other bed had issues as well. Hotel in general is dated and needs some routine upkeep performed.

After an hour drive. Very Disappointing
I had to change my room 3 times. The guy at the front desk was not very helpful and rude. My last room smelled so bad i just requested a refund. The rude guy at the front desk had no problem refunding my money. Horrible customer service with Covid 19 still very much in effect. Book here at your own risk!

Liked: Hotel is located centrally to 100’s of businesses in Greenwood. Very close to everything. Lots of shopping and Dining nearby. Dislike: Hotel Could use some TLC & deep cleaning in common areas. Room was moderately clean but all linens had multiple stains And some linens appeared not to have been changed recently. Room Sleeps 6. Only had 2 towels. No linens for pullout sleeper sofa. Only 2 pillows on each bed. Each lamp only had 1 of 2 bulbs. A/c was OFF when entering the room. Exterior temperature had a heat index of 101 on day of checkin. Room was extremely hot and took a few hours to cool off.

I liked the properties location. The room was absolutely disgusting. Almost left the first night. Did leave the night before we were supposed to. I took pics. Bathroom smelled like urine. Toilet had urine on base and around it. Kids for coffee cups had roach legs among other things in them. Drawers had dead bugs in them. Phone had not been cleaned. The amount of dust on everything was surprising. The sink or mirror had not been cleaned either. To top it off, there was a huge gap under the door so we were fighting off knats and flies the whole time. I could go on. Is there a way to send the pics I have? We lost over $80 because we were so grossed out.

Older motel but very clean. Room was warm. Employees were kind and the check in person even changed our room for us as we wanted one that faced the parking lot. This motel also takes pets--which is a nice option when traveling--although we did not have our pet with us. The price was good--the other motels near it were all a $100 more a night. We would stay here again if we come to Greenwood!

I came to check in for a reservation and the man at the desk was uper rude. He was upset because to had made a reservation that was for Sunday which I thought was right and he stated to me that it has to be Saturday and there was no smoking rooms anyway so I would had to go somewhere else to stay. I was never refunded and never got a chance to even stay there and would like money back. I had to go to the days inn.

I did not like the fact that they put us on the back and then the wanted try to use my card for damages and when we to the room the a/c unit sounded like someone was driving a 18 wheeler right in the room. We couldn't use the air at all. The shower rod was broken and bent. I better not see a red cent taken off my card for that place!

at check in the clerk asked me if it was okay with me if he gave me a room it which the drain was not working..Upon my refusal he then gave me a room, which I assume was in working order. After settling in my room about 3 hours I decided to go out and grab something to eat. To my dismay, once I got out the door I realize that the door was not locking behind me. My room had a door that was broke and could not lock, thus leaving all my belonging unattended and ready to be grab by anyone. I immediately report it to the clerk who simply stated tlatly hat the door could not be repaired at this hour and that there was nothing he could do since the hotel was full booked. When I asked for a refund he retorted that since I had booked my room online, he could not give me a refund. When frustrated I demanded that he put in writing that I had to leave the room because the door was not able to be lock and that I needed that statement from him as a proof for the online provider, he refused, became right out unpleasant and his female acquaintance who was in the lobby became belligerent and insulting toward me., upon which I verbally put her back to her place, since she didn't work in the hotel and therefore had no business dealing with me. That is when the clerk called the police on me (??!!). The police came, heard the story from myself and from the clerk too, and assured me that they would write an incidence report to present to my online hotel provider in order to get my refund.
