Stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding and thought the value was incredible! Our room was extremely clean, and looked better than the online photos. The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating. We needed extra time to recover the day after the wedding and they gave us an extra 3 hours which was a huge relief, as we had a long drive home. The only minor inconvenience was that we booked a King bed, but upon arriving we were informed that they oversold the King rooms and we would have to take a double Queen room. This was no issue for us, but I see how it could potentially be an issue for others. In exchange for the inconvenience they offered us free breakfast for our entire stay, but we didn’t take advantage of that so I cannot speak to it. Overall great experience, and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

Everything was fine, except the beds and pillows.
We had to buy our own pillows because the ones provided were thin. And the bed was uneven and lumpy. We had back pain after we left.

We stayed in this hotel for our trip to the Everglades. This was the most centric and far away from the traffic of Miami. I would definitely return next time I am in the area. The staff is super nice and polite, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The plaza where it's located is next to a Starbucks and an outback just steps away, in case that is helpful! Definitely will return!

Staff was not welcoming at all , all they were concerned about is receiving payment, my room was old and patches everywhere. Messed up payment transaction would not reverse charges Need staff that can speak fluent English . Horrible would not recommend

Not staying here again!!
I have been a Marriott Customer for over thirty years and almost always have a good experience at their hotels. This stay was brief, but unacceptable. I was not recognized as a Platinum Elite customer when I arrived, nor was I offered points or a gift. My profile suggests that I require a lower floor. I was put on the top floor, and I always get 2 to 3 extra pillows (I cannot lay flat in a bed due to a handicap) and no pillows were delivered, even after I asked for them. In addition, the shower valve did not work correctly and was way too hot to take a shower. Overall, this was not a good experience at all.

OUT DATED & TORN SOFA BED
Location was great, woman on check in was none pro.
with none chalant attitude when asking here questions.
Never seen a sofa bed like this one, looks like they picked it up from a dump. Look at the pic.
Small refrigerator had no adjustment and wound not cool appropriately TV Remote control would not function properly. The cold water was hot out the shower.
The floor lobbies had no AC. And so on and so on!

I had a nice stay. Breakfast is not included but I got a nice eggs-coffee breakfast in the 1st floor dining room for a reasonable price. The room A/C was good but the hallways are not A/C'd and they were very humid. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Very clean. But I consider it a poor value because, for the same price or lower, you can get a nice free hot breakfast, fresh free coffee and charging ports in the rooms. Here, you have a breakfast assortment of bread, bagels or muffins... and a banana. And the total is... oh yes, you have to pay for it. Also, I was curtly told that there would be no exceptions for late checkout, even though I am on the military base until noon. All the price, and none of the convenience. Never again.

This place is very great!

What we did not like about the 5th floor, room 513:
1. TV not working
2. Shower was leaking water to the floor
3. To much noise in the A/C
4. Wall receptacles not working properly (unable to charge phones)
5. No free continental breakfast offered
6. No air conditioning on the 5th floor main hallway

We stayed in Homestead for the night to visit the Everglades. We were able to check in early which was nice after a red eye flight. The room was clean, ac worked well and staff was kind. Would recommend.

When we first booked this hotel a few years back, they gave us a great room. But as we booked mote and more ( since we go to Homestead monthly), the rooms that they gave us is getting uglier and uglier. Last weekend, they gave us the handicapped room. No, whole body mirror, the shower room is for handicapped. Just bad!

My only problem was they were very stengy with towels. They were only 2 towels in a room for 2. Asked for extra towels and they said i had to give them my dirty towels and i was wanting 2 towels for pool area

The bistro food was not that good and too expensive for the portions plus not that many healthy options and it was hard to get anyone at the bistro to help you or answer questions regarding the food. Besides that everything else at this property was excellent.

Everything was excellent. My room was on the top floor with a fantastic view and plenty of natural light which I always enjoy. The only issue was that the water pressure was extremely low, which caused some problems during showers. I'm quite satisfied overall.

Expedia lists as having an electric vehicle charger. There is not one. There is however one at the Marriott Fairfield inn nearby that you can use so that’s their justification for listed it as having one. You can walk back to your room but it’s not great after a long day. We asked if we could be switched to that Marriott since it was the same company. No. Nothing the gentleman would do at all even though he had knowledge that this was an issue before we came. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and there is nothing they could do. I know this issue will only effect a small amount of people staying but the way it was handled was terrible.

The hotel in itself is really amazing m. Super clean and the staff friendly. The only issue we had was with the water pressure at times we would be showering and the water would just stop working all together with us having soap on us still. The other issue is the food ordering we placed an order and the food was not ready when we came down they didn't even see the food order till when we came to pick it up at the time we requested which was an hour so the ticket was just there for an hour. We will definitely stay again just hope they fix the water pressure issue

I like that the property was well maintained, designed uniquely, and the room sizes are excellent. I also liked the hotel's location. I did not like that the bathroom was a bit dated and the faucet squeaked when you turn it in. I did not like that breakfast was not included. There is a Bistro on the main floor that you can buy food but I think the food they sold was overpriced.

It is frustrating there is no complimentary coffee in lobby. The coffee in the room is not enough. Prefer hotels with complicated coffee and breakfast. I likely will not stay here again

The property is very convenient to the FL Turnpike which seems to be THE major North / South travel artery in Florida, it is also convenient to restaurants and strip malls. The property seems to be well maintained and clean it does have a bar and Starbucks in the lobby but does not provide complementary breakfast like so many other hotels do ( IHOP and Cracker Barrel are about 15 minutes away).

Great place to stay. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanness in hotels and this one was excellent. Everything smelled good when we came in and the room was cleaned when we left. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking was hood very close to the hotel and not full at all. The pool was decent size and clean. The restaurant inside the hotel was inviting and had a TV that you could watch. We were new to the area and I was scared of booking just because I wasn’t familiar with the area but it was a really good decision.

Breakfast was NOT included, not even a continental breakfast. The prices at the restaurant in the hotel was ridiculously overpriced, even for a hotel. We ordered French toast with strawberries and got 2 small size pieces of bread cut in half with a small amount of strawberries. Definitely a ripoff. The cafe latte was $5, overpriced but as expected for a hotel. The mattress was sort of firm. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

The decor in the room was exceptional. Most hotel rooms have one picture over the bed and that’s it. This room was just so welcoming.
