They use satellite for the TV so if the satellite is not working, you have no television that’s the only drawback I can see right now

There was a used condom under our bed and pubic hair in one of the towels and at that point I was scared to look any further. I’m usually easygoing about hotels for short stays but I’d never stay here again.

This hotel is not a good one. My 4-year-old nephew found a crack pipe in the room. There could have been more but we didn't stick around to see. i took pictures and told management because I paid through a third party they refunded me 40$ of my 349$. Please don't stay here with your children or elderly grandmother.

This was the most awfulest unfriendly stay ever the room stank and was very noisy loud vehicles idling late hours of the night the carpet had a loud foul smell i hate this location

The door to the room is awful pain to open and close actually hurt my finger the first time trying to work the handle. Budget hotel but room service never came one their own we had to ask twice to get room service idk if you’re supposed to request it but was never told if you were. If you want late check out you’ll have to pay $25.

Very basic rooms at high prices. Door to room would get stuck unless you slammed it. Rooms need to be redone. Staff at desk were very professional and friendly.

Stayed here to visit close to Salem and not pay Salem prices lol - great location, 2 walkable plazas nearby for food and drinks. 25-35 minutes to Salem depending on traffic. Quiet, nice spot. Very clean. Staff was friendly.

We ended up coming to Boston a day earlier than planned so we had to book a room here just to fill the extra day since our original hotel was booked full that day. So we stayed 1 night there for about $270. Ended up checking out at 8am to just get out of there.
Overall it was decently clean…. There was a small stain on one of the covers on the bed. They did let us check in at 12:00pm instead of 3:00pm which was very nice.
They gave us a double room (connecting doors to 2 different rooms). The doors were locked in between but in the middle of the night the person on the other side aggressively tried to open the door. On the other side of us, the guests were super loud all night and from the sounds of it were tasing each other and were yelling “I need to get my knives”. It was a very odd experience to say the least and won’t book there again.

Glad only one night stay
Expensive cost for lack of amenities. Very basic room with a loud heating/cooling system. Uncomfortable mattress and odd smell when walking into the hotel.

Overpriced for this small room. You get two small towels. Super flat old pillows. Bed was not comfortable I hate when you get connecting rooms to a stranger. Was not in the best area. Coffee and tea in lobby at breakfast.

The room was very stinky. Had a horrible odor. And the day I was getting ready to leave the hotel I found a bedbug on the sheets. I saw a few bites on my body before that but i tough it was a mosquito until I saw the bedbug. I took a video and showed it to reception when I was checking out.

For a no smoking policy, it smelled like a Cheech and Chong Movie both inside and out....for those of you younger....that 70's show. Pulling out of the lot, you take your life in your own hands as people come up the hill on route 1/broadway out of sight super fast. Use the shoulder when pulling out. Fudruckers and restaurants in walking distance nearby are mediocre at best.

The first room had a door that had to be forced open and the safe was locked. The staff could not open it so we got a second room. The safe in the second room did not work, the toilet was running and the floor around the toilet bowl was wet.

This is a very basic hotel. Which is exactly what I was looking for. No frills that I have to pay extra for and don’t need. We spent very little time in our room so I just needed a clean room with two comfortable beds. Exactly what I got. It was about 20 min. Drive to Salem, which is why we were there. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. They had vending machines for a small snack or drinks. I would stay again. Even though it was not cheap it was one of the cheapest places I found in the area with still feeling safe.

This hotel was terrible during our stay. It had nothing to do with the staff or housekeeping. We just went at the wrong time. There were so many refugees staying at this hotel. They were all so noisy at all hours of the night. In the hallways yelling out of their rooms to one another. I do however hope they make their lives amazing here in the U.S.
Also, if you’re not used to the city life, this is not the place for you especially if you’re driving. To pull out of this hotel with no merge lane was awful. You literally cannot go to a restaurant that is 3 minutes away. It will take you 30 minutes to get back to this establishment due to traffic. Their local pizza place (dominos, Pizza Hut) do not deliver there.

Overall this was not a bad hotel or stay. You have to remember where you are, on the side of busy rt. 1 so it wasnt the quietest overnight between cars, traffic and people.but I was able to get a decent nights sleep. The room was the perfect size for my wife and I it had everything we desired. Mini fridge, desk area, tv... aside from bed and bathroom of course. Definetially worth the cost and would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t get anything to eat. Stayed for 3 nights, no house keeping. They don’t even put towels in the room. It was very expensive for not receiving anything, even a bottle of water.

There was nothing amazing or terrible about the RRI, it was just mediocre.
I wish the cleaning staff had done their job, all the way. We never had bath towels refreshed, even though a tip was left our first day ans the cash was taken. Speaking of, the facility should seriously consider new bath towels, ones that are much softer and significantly larger. They hardly fit around my 9 year old child, who is of average size, and they felt as if they were ripping our skin off.
Also, our hallway smelled like old feet, our kids thought it smelled like Doritos, and it was stomach turning.

Night time very noise from the 3rd floor we could hear all happening in the hallway very disturbing. You don’t get know breakfast or coffee when I come down at 8: am was so disappointed. I could get breakfast with the same amount I have spent here with different hotels. Water pressure was so low you spend extra hour to shower omg .lastly please think before booking my trash was full when I went down front desk the lady told me to take out myself and they clean only 2 times per week . So I ask trash bag and take out. The staff are not friendly at all . I spend time in red roof before and I am sure I was treat fairly and the lady was coming to clean my room daily ghat was in Tennessee. I travel for work and this particular location is not convenient at all it’s one way setting. If you spend money expensive for hotel you should not beg to have your room clean nor trash taking out. Every client should be treated with respect.

The room provided was small for 3 guests. The sink was clogging all the time and did not have the service of a plumber even after repeated requests. Then we somehow managed of our own. The toilet paper holder was broken. The elevator service was not available for most part of our stay. We stayed for about two weeks and found better options available nearby at the price range we paid. Just not a very good experience overall!!

we picked this place because the hotels near Logan airport were all over $500 a night for last night, and this was under $200. it was a bit tricky finding our way from the airport but the gps on phone got us there. the hallways need to be vacuumed and the room wasn't cleaned as well as it could have been

Very bad customer service at check-in and pre-check-in over a phone. Room smells bad to a point where we couldn’t sleep. Selling this kind of a hotel (I would actually categorize it with a motel 6) on Expedia ruins your reputation and will have to reconsider my purchase moving forward.

No vuelvo ahí lo que tienen es un relajo Las 3 veces que me e quedado la alarma 🚨 suena por más de 20 min does veces de madrugada y la otra a las 7am y cada vez que me quedo es lo mismo y no quieren dar aún que sea otra noche gratis uno perdiendo sueño. No se lo recomiendo. Mi amigo fue aya y también me dijo lo mismo la alarma sonó a las 2 am ósea que es de relajo que tienen a la gente lo peor de lo peor. Ni porque me den millones me quedo en ese hotel No sirve.

I booked for a stay at the Hampton Logan, but when I arrived after midnight, the HH had no record of my booking - I had an Expedia confirmation number but no HH confirmation. The HH was, I discovered, fully booked up. A long session on the phone resulted in a 3 am cab ride to Red Roof which I discovered, was a greatly inferior hotel room. This was not what I paid for.

I didn't not like the place... When I wake up in the morning I have grass all over the bed sheet underneath..... I talked to the front desk she told me it's nothing she can do about it.... That's why I take pictures to show her and she say it's nothing so she don't care...
