Enjoyable stay
I was impressed with the room decor. I've stayed at Residence Inn's at other times but none as nice as this one and, it's not only the room but the whole Inn appears to have been renovated. Congratulations, job well done and with service providers that were outstanding.

The hotel is very clean and staff is super nice. There is a big,clean outdoor pool, u can enjoy it. If u also have a car is the best place to stay as the parking is free too.

They kept my hotel room clean and stocked with towels it was a very busy weekend and the staff seemed to be every where I turned and were wonderful about greeting me everytime I passed by. Thank you for the stay!

The hotel is fine for a short stay for a convenient location near the mall and the beach. The rooms are comfortable and adequate. The breakfast is fine except that it is packed with many guests and not enough tables/chairs. This is a good hotel, not great. There is no reason to pay $20 a day for parking when there are so many spaces outside of the small "gate". That's an unnecessary fee.

Discrepancy of final total as a Marriott member .
I need to see the actual breakdown with daily charges. I believe there is a discrepancy between what the AMEX ending 1001 charged in full and paid on Dec 9/2022 $1,913.00 and the actual daily rates which were less after submitting the Marriott Bonvoy member number!!!

I did research when selecting a hotel for my recent stay. I called ahead of time to confirm that the hotel had an operable whirlpool/jacuzzi an I also confirmed upon arrive. However, when I went done to relax in the whirlpool, the temperature was cold, even colder than the pool. This was extremely disappointing because this was the main purpose that I selected this property which costs more over others.

I had a conference to attend across the street. It’s a convenient location. Could walk to a supermarket and a mall, which has many restaurant. I will definitely stay here again if I have a business around this part of Miami.

Great staff, convenient location. I’ve stayed here a number of times the facility is excellent and the staff is courteous and even remembers your name. The only problem is parking is not free it is $20 a night. You can find parking close by for free but you have to know the area to find a spot.

Clean property that is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to Aventura Mall, CVS, Publix, Walgreens. We took a Lyft to a nearby Target. Staff are also very friendly and responsive to requests. My only suggestion is that the breakfast offerings could be improved…the setup was very basic.

The place is great. Nice staff. Grocery shopping literally thru the shrubs in the parking lot. Mall right next door. Rooms are large and clean. Pool is large for a hotel. Breakfast was decent. We used the pullout couch. Its mattress left a lot to be desired.

I love the hotel idea of two bedrooms and the living, and kitchen.
Complains when the cleaning lady went I don’t know what she did but when we arrived in the afternoon it was smelling very bad and the floor was very sticky. Next morning I told them at the front desk and they fix it

Overall pretty nice stayed with my family. Staff were friendly, rooms were spacious. Very close to the mall and their is a Starbucks and Publix -1 minute walk away. Breakfast was nice to have but the hot options like eggs etc was limited. I want to suggest a coffee upgrade it did the trick early in the morning but was not the best.

The room was great. The kitchen in the room is definitely a a game changer.
The layout and size of the room was exceptional and more than I expected.
It really is like living in a studio.
The staff is friendly, warm and accommodating.
I would definitely stay there again.
It’s a quiet area . It’s not like south beach. There doesn’t see to be night life and bars in close proximity. However the Aventura mall is nearby- within walking distance and there is a Publix supermarket and CVS et vey near.

the front desk staff was very nice and kind! they help us for breakfast when the services was over! amazing staff and spaces.
the only thing is that we asked for a baby crib and the mattress was terrible we had to put blankets to make it softer for the baby.

Too expensive for services they offered;pool in repair,cheap breakfast,sink splashing water all over ;ac noisy located in bedroom closet;400$/day and charge extra 20$per day and at cheking in found 2 bottles of water for 7$ per bottle.This in not how you want a custmer to come back.

Because of the pandemic they clean the room every 3 days...my stay was short, just 3 days so we didn't get to have the room cleaned, no trash thrown away, nothing. If we needed more toilet paper or towels we could order them. We didn't know this until we did the check in.
The carpet had some stains. The room was dark, not much light coming in.
The location is good, really close to Aventura Mall, Publix, Whole Foods, Target, etc.
