Hidden gem of Spartanburg
Everything was truly wonderful…..it is a very nice hotel, probably the nicest in the area for the price, no doubt…..a little gem tucked away where you wouldn’t expect it

We stayed here for one night but it was great. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Our room was huge and clean. Our kids used the pool and had a great time, we were really happy with the indoor pool. We would stay here again next time we are in town.

Modern, recently remodeled building; spacious rooms. However, no premium movie channels. Excellent, well equipped workout room. But no hot tub.

I was impressed by the hotel when I walked in.
It was very nice looking. I walked up to check in, the girl said "I need your license and card", no, hi how are you, or anything. The whole encounter was rude and awkward. Front counter staff should be welcoming, kind, and courteous. Next, we walked in our room and the smell of feet or dirty shoes about knocked us out. The room was clean and nice, just the smell was awful. There is no refrigerator in the room which we thought was strange and no trash bags in any of the trash cans. I probably would not stay here again, wasn't a good experience.

Property and facility itself was outstanding. Loved the layout of rooms. Reservation confirmed 5 guests prior to check in- only a few towels and wash cloths found in room. Tried calling front desk multiple times around 8:30 in morning to provide additional supplies- took numerous calls to get someone to answer- waited 30 minutes… called back and was told that house cleaning was in yet. We were finally told to visit front desk for extra supplies.

Clean, modern, in need of some repairs
Beautiful space. Very clean. Missing fridge at checkin, but we brought it to their attention and the front desk staff very promptly remedied the situation. They contacted maintenance who brought up a newly delivered fridge and set it up. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lightbulb missing from a lamp in a corner. The ceiling in the kitchenette area was kinda falling apart, but still all up overhead, though there was white dust from it on the floor. The outside door handle to the bedroom area was missing. There were 2 large tvs and the one in the livingroom area had a personalized welcome to me as well as a goodbye when we were leaving. The showerhead came apart when we tried to change the settings so we didn't want to mess with it and the water pressure left something to be desired. The soap smelled nice and the fact that they were in regular sized pump bottles made them less wasteful. The bed felt nuce at night, but we woke up in pain. Our room had no window to the outside, so we had no natural light to wake us up, it was like being in a cave. The balcony was nice, but we didn’t want to leave the curtains open to the entire hotel, as it overlooked the lobby and bar which was rowdy and loud on Friday night. There were a few drips on the cabinet in the kitchen area of unknown origin. A few of the light switches could have been wiped down, because they looked a tad dirty.

This property is very nice on the outside, but when you walk in, you are blown away by how fancy it is. I almost didn't believe I was at the right hotel because it was so fancy yet affordable. We stayed in a room with a king bed and sofa. The room is massive, but I love having the sofa and a chair to sit on while relaxing or watching TV. The bed is what I imagine sleeping on clouds would feel like. It's so soft and comfy. The bathroom is on the smaller side, however, the sink and mirrors are outside of the shower/toilet room(which I prefer) so it works. The hotel was very clean and maintained well. I did not interact much with the staff outside of checking in and out. The check-in process was smooth. We were a tad early, but they accommodated us. I will say the person checking us in didn't seem thrilled to be helping us, but the checkout person was very pleasant. In fact, there was an older lady( 70-ish) checking out ahead of us and she raved about the shampoo/conditioner and wanted to know if she could purchase some, but the employee wasn't sure so she went and asked the general manager. She came back and told the lady that the general manager said she could give it to her for free. I'm talking full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I just thought that was nice of the employee to ask and even nicer that the manager didn't hesitate to give her some. If we are ever in the area again, I'd definitely stay here again.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. We had great conversations with the ladies at the desk and they told me about all of the amenities in the hotel. It is very clean, quiet and beautiful place to stay. If in the area again, I will be back.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Desk staff was friendly, amenities were really nice. It did have some wasted space in the rooms but were really nice. The only downfall was the unfriendliness of the bartender…we would have had a few more drinks otherwise.

We stayed one night. The hotel is new and beautiful. The staff was wonderful. We have a service dog with us and they had no problem with this. Some hotels act like it's an issue but the staff was very nice about it and said right away that it would be fine. My children like to work out and the work out center was wonderful for the boys to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Party of 10 people, so had 3 rooms. Loved everything about the place. Only issue, and not really a big deal, bartender was not overly friendly. Would have had a few more drinks but didn’t want to be around that. Rooms were very comfy. Would stay here again!

During our stay we had the unfortunate challenge of the A/C going down. There was no redundancy or rapid protocol for repair. The situation became unbearable, and it was necessary to book elsewhere and leave the hotel. The only other unfortunate thing is that the staff was given a talking point concerning the situation that was not close to reality. I was disappointed about that. The maintenance man seemed quite competent and knowledgeable, but had no way to deal directly on it. The front desk staff was exceptional otherwise

Nice Hotel
Clean, modernized place to stay. Greeted by a helpfully friendly young lady. Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom is small, and sink was outside of bathroom, but no biggie. Location isnt great for convenience but there is a Cracker Barrel next door. Would stay again

Check in was very quick and the person behind the counter was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only drawbacks were there was a chair in the room but it was a “trendy” looking chair- very uncomfortable. The walk to the room was very long for my spouse who is handicapped and we were both exhausted after a long day driving. I asked for a room with the least amount of walking and this was probably it but it is a big hotel. But overall a great place to stay for a very good price.

This place is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and it’s exceptionally clean. Two things I didn’t like: no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and the A/C had issues keeping the room cool and dehumidified.
