This property had limited vending machines. The vending machines that they did have only took cash. The fitness center was a joke. The fitness center had three pieces of equipment. Two of them didn’t work.

Room had some paint peeling in the bathroom. Over the sink light did not work. Reported light to front desk on check out.

Every towel in the bathroom was badly stained and stale smelling (or maybe they were just folded up dirty). Bed sheet had a cigarette burn on it.

A new room right away when I had a issue. I have to say the place is not the cleanest, but it was on the lower cost compared to the other options in Woodstock. Sadly Woodstock does not have any good hotel options. I haven’t decided if I would stay here again.

They advertise they have a pool, it isn't working. Their ice machine didn't work. Their bath tub wouldn't drain, so you were standing in your own dirty water while trying to take a shower. Beds were ok, that's a plus.

No soap no shampoo for shower .when asked was provided with soap but no shampoo.place is rundown there trying to renovate but looks like putting lipstick on a pig to be honest.contenental breakfast was a joke.no fresh pastety or fruit.. will not bother to ever stay there again.

Don’t expect breakfast
My beef was with their advertised breakfast. No coffee creamer, provided cereal was very stale. Bran flakes and Froot Loops. Very little of that. It was pretty much a joke. A couple of pieces of cellophane wrap toast. They did have waffles. Really, no coffee creamer. I was tempted to give them a couple of dollars so they could go buy some cereal and creamer. Steph said they didn’t have any more of either at all 6:30 in the morning.

Was not pleased with the "suite". It was the size of a standard room with bare plywood exposed on a half wall. Also did not feel safe, especially at night.

Deceitful photos
The pictures of their "suite" is very deceiving. The photo on hotels.com shows what looks like a two room suite is actually a regular hotel room. The room does have a small divider between the bed and a chair, but the divider was plywood. They give the impression that you are reserving a suite but is is actually a comon hotel room at best.

Nate’s Motel in Woodstock
It was very dirty, even walking up the dark stairway to my room in the dark & musty hallway. There were very loud people in the hallway every night until at least 10pm, the sheets weren’t clean, the shower was dirty, there was sticky stuff on the counter in the bedroom.
I felt unsafe enough that I not only locked the door(of course) but also propped open the bathroom door against the bedroom door & wedged the ironing board as an extra piece of mind.
I will never stay there again.

The one good thing was the location- it was near an event I was attending. The room was disappointing- no shower curtain, cigarette burns in the bedding, outside doors were propped open. No coffee in the morning. Limited staff was present, but they were friendly when I saw them. Would not recommend.

First room they gave me had trash everywhere, floor was sticky, bedspread had visible stains. Second room was slightly better still gross. Had to wipe down everything with disinfectant wipes

The place was a total dump!!! Room was not clean! Fridgerator had food all over on the inside. Debris all over the floor!!! There was nothing for breakfast except waffels! Most disturbing was a chunk of chore boy for smoking crack right on the floor! Being a former addict i knew what it was! I showed it to the person behind the counter and they knew exactly what it was! This place should be shut down! Pool out of order! I want my money back! SHI HOLE

Within 5 minutes of being in my room, I saw and killed a cockroach. The room was dirty. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept, tub was full of hair that was not mine, sunflower seeds under a phone. The water in the bathroom sink was meesed up (hot was cold, cold was hot), the doors and the ends of the building don't close allowing people without a key/room to access the hotel. Yes, i saved a little money but sharing my room with a cockroach was pretty nasty.

What a dump, Quality inn and suites in Woodstock Il
This hotel, quality inn in Woodstock Il, checked in there with my wife and 2 grandchildren. After being in the room for a little while, we started noticing the dirt and things on the floors. My granddaughter noticed something on the bedspread, we were tired,had along day,we complained to the person at the desk, he looked at me like I had 2 heads Also. Part of the reason we picked this place was it had a swimming pool. We got ready and went to check the pool, it was empty! This place is a dump,filthy dirty, the owner was supposed to call me, Still waiting! I have picture's of what we found! It has been a week, the manager that was there in morning told us she had to send the cleaning people to redo 20 rms that weren't done properly. Im guessing our rm was 1 they didn't clean properly, but was missed by the manager. Thankfully we had some our own blankets in our vehicle for traveling. I am going to check today to see if the rm charges were returned to my credit card! If not the 4or5 pictures I have will be downloaded to the internet! Finally Hotels.com should check there info for these hotels beforehand!

Great location, friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet was average
The lobby was clean, however are room was not. The floors were filthy (dirt, crumbs and hair on the floor....yuck)
the bathtub was not cleaned either (a razor was left behind by a prior guest and a rubber band from someone's braces was on the tub floor) again Yuck
Bedding was super comfortable and clean. Room was super quiet. Best night sleep ever!!
Will definitely stay again, however will complain if the floor is dirty.

I liked that the staff was friendly and courteous. Did not appreciate my room not being ready when I arrived an hour after check in and waited another hour for said room- this may have been due to short staffing. Continental breakfast could have been better. I don’t consider Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies as breakfast. Room was clean, but several light bulbs didn’t work

Very upset will not return there
The service sucked i had to keep asking for a room cleanings they did it on Wednesday we had been there since Saturday. They half ass cleaned didnt sweep. I had to ask for clean towels.The employees sat outside drinking alcohol. Very noisy and dirty.

Basic and affordable
Typical Quality Inn. Basic, nothing special, but it was fine. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. But very basic. Free breakfast included, again basic. Inexpensive so fair.

None of the 'amenities' were available in the room. Hair dryer didn't work, soap/shampoo/conditioner/ in shower was either empty or malfunctioning. One of the towels was badly stained. The water taps were mislabelled (hot was in fact cold and vice versa). I have family in the area, told them about my experience. Won't be back.

Side door to hotel did not close properly pool wasnt in operation, workout room was the same keys did not work and was told it wasnt in service, wanted to check out early due to all of this and was told by the gentleman that because i booked through a third party he would not do it, this went on for pretty much 4 hours then i called back and reached a lady(dont remember her name but she was a manager) who quickly and promptly helped assist me with what i need thankful for her and all that she did

Like: Clean, comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful.
Dislike: when we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower at 10 PM the first night, there was no staff that we could find. We got the shower figured out by ourselves (hot and cold are reversed). Staff was available after first night.
Key card often did not work.
Our stay was good after we figured out some inconsistencies.

My room don't have hot water. it takes over 7 hours for them to solve the issue. I was very tired and exhausted at that time, but no one take care me. I had to stay in the lobby argue with them to get things done. It is very bad experience for me.
