Great place to stay
Everything was great. The beds are ‘so-so’. The towels are amazing. Breakfast was great. I did not like that housekeeping bangs on the door at 9am.

Overall not impressed. All the bedding smelled musty. The sink was making a gargling sound and had stuff coming up from it. Also the toliet kept running all night. Definitely not worth the money.

Staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. Location was easy to navigate from. Hotel has convenient store, friendly staff and good variety.
The breakfast has the best selection and lots of choices. Rooms are comfortable.

Property is a nicer Embassy than other ones. Everything was good except these few things:
- Bathroom is old, needs to be updated
- Bedding needs to be better (and it was stained even after exchange)
- Some employees were rude

The hotel was excellent!! The staff was excellent!! However, the hotels.com app, was a big problem. The trips that I booked for June was not logged on the app! The one's I cancelled, where not cancelled and I was charged! Not happy with the app, but the hotel and staff was amazing!!

I would book this hotel again. The Disney World shuttle isn't convenient as it only runs twice a day and you have to book in advance. The free hotel breakfast is the best hotel breakfast by far.

We asked for a kettle for our toddler and we could it get that as we have to wash sterilize bottles and our son was sick so we needed something to cook his meal.

The hotel restaurant was decent.
- Although there are some small eating establishments cross the street, the hotel is located in an area of town where you need a car to do anything else.

The check in was smooth & easy. The location is very convenient to Everything. The hotel itself is very clean, has a nice atmosphere, welcoming, & quiet. The ffee buffet breakfast is very nice. We stayed 4 days over Christmas & my husband didn't miss a day. The omelet station was his favorite. We'll definitely be back!

I would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for the omelet that I had yesterday for breakfast got me sick and ended up throwing it up.
The reason I know it was the omelet is because all was liquid except for the green spinach that came out solid.
Other than, very good facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites, it was conveniently located by Disney World, only a short drive away. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed attending the manager’s reception, we had the chips and salsa while drinking the Sangria and Margaritas. The store area was convenient when craving late night snacks. Will definitely stay at this hotel again, when we come back to this area.

Outstanding stay. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Pool was big and great, same with the hot

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! We came to stay for a cheer competition and had teammates checked in before us and they made it to where we were able to be right next to them! I will definitely stay with them again!

I love visiting the embassy suites! I visit every year during Thanksgiving. I remembered the bartender from previous years! The staff is amazing they are all so sweet and helpful. This has become my Thanksgiving tradition & I look forward to visiting in years to come!

I was pleased with the friendliness. Hotel felt safe. My only issue is that the hotel was loud every night until around midnight with people in the halls and doors slamming. That was frustrating.

All in all, I'd suggest you book here. There's nothing like cleanliness and you see it as soon as you walk in. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. It's about 20 minutes from Disney, close to the chain restaurants and gas stations. Family friendly, CLEAN.

Es un hotel bien cuidado por dentro y por fuera. Al pasar las puertas de recepción se ve limpio, se siente limpio y huele limpio. El cuarto por igual, además de cómodo y espacioso. Yo repito la estadía.

Our room was warm upon arrival, but we had to get ready for the ball so we turned down thermostat and left. We got back hours later room was still hot so called front desk they sent 2 guys up replace capacitor said it would be fine. The room got little cooler so we went to sleep but woke at 3:00 to an oven. My husband couldn’t breathe he was stopped up went to couch we both tried to go back to sleep. Got back up at 7 went to front desk and they said sorry we will take off your parking. We paid several dollars for a miserable night. I will never recommend this hotel.

The water from the faucet was very bad tasting. It was a sink in our bathroom, which you could hardly function and drink from. The restaurant is not open for lunch however, a couple of great things. The bed was fabulous and the pillows. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was good. They gave us some bottles of water to help.

I've stayed at this hotel three times in the past year. Each time the hotel was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful to ensure that we recieved a wheelchair accessible room that met our groups needs. The free breakfast inclduded omelet, waffle and hot area stations. The complimentary manager's reception was a nice addition. The pool and whirlpool area is small but was empty most times when I visited in October and Novemeber.

I did not like that the domestic water had a pungent smell. Additionally, the faucets and bathrooms were antiquated and were in dire need of repairs. The sofa bed mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable, sleep was almost made impossible. The televisions were outdated and did not service my needs. Internet connection was weak and slow in the bedroom which did not allow for ample communication. The towels located down at the swimming pool were not only small, but irritating to the skin. Finally, the parking fee per night was not brought to my attention and was completely unnecessary. If I am paying for a room, the parking should be a part of the deal.

I was comfortable.
This hotel is amazing! Yes the rooms is a little older but it doesn't matter because I was comfortable. The walls are not thin like the other hotels and the staff was amazing. However it will be a great idea not to let people walk around the with their swimwear because it can get very inappropriate if you're staying here with kids. But otherwise than that everything was comfortable.

I never leave reviews but I felt the need to with this hotel. I experienced poor communication at check-in by Rodrigo, he did not explain basic things. However, it was late when I got there, so I could pass that off to everyone being tired. After that I was followed up by horrible customer service over the phone by Nihad. She had an attitude and was resistant about our request for addition towels, blankets and pillows. We had 5 reserved guest for a room that accommodates 6, so asking for things like a towel because there was only four didn’t not seem unreasonable. Her customer service was so off putting that I had to go down stairs and speak to Rodrigo who happen to be the assistant manager who also check us in. He was receptive of the feedback I provided about the customer service I received from him during check-in and about Nihad. He helped resolved my issues. However, Nihad never apologized or anything (she was standing right next to him when I was expressing my issues), and her body language gave the impression she didn’t care. I have stayed at other Embassy Suite hotels in other states, and throughout Florida including Orlando. I have been telling those staying with me how amazing Embassy Suite Hotels are. So it was embarrassing and felt ghetto having to beg for enough towels for everyone. I do not plan to ever return to this location solely because of the customer service from Nihad.
The hotel and property was clean. It was also in a great location.

Amazing property and a great experience! The staff was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is large and never over crowded. Most importantly, my kids love it. We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend.

Booked this hotel last minute, and I was happy with the it. The location was great. Stores and restaurants pretty close by. Housekeeping didn't come by everyday, and I had to pay daily for on-site parking. Otherwise, I'd recommend this place. I'd probably book here again.
