Just a place to spend a night
It’s a motel, not a hotel.
In hotel standard, I’d rate it 1 star.
Decoration is not up to date, staffs are not that patient. I just needed a bed to sleep one night so I am ok with it.

For the class of the hotel, this was very good. Check-in was very quick. Facility inside was good. Outside appearance may need some work. Breakfast was adequate (juice, bread, bagle, cold cereal, fruit, coffee). Bottled water, soda was available in a vending machine. Several eateries were available within few minutes walk. To and fro airport shuttle was great. I would recommend and stay again.

They need to do some work on the units bathrooms they not really good housekeeping I don't think they do a good clean up on the air conditioner on top it was a lot of ants people work in the front desk I think it did pretty good but that they not all know the property area is pretty good that's pretty quiet

Evening desk clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave good recommendation for dinner within a short walk. Pick-up shuttle at SFO was clearly marked, morning shuttle was on time. Had no time for breakfast, but coffee was good.

As always staff was great. Room was superb. Continental breakfast noice. Only have two minor issues. One. Laundry requires you to pay through 3rd party app. Also dryer I used didn't quite dry small load. Two. Cable on TV lagged and there was not list of channels except for on screen that scrolled by to quickly.

Let's start with the positive. The staff here are very friendly, and the hotel offers an inexpensive place to stay near the San Francisco airport. So, if your expectation is to have a convenient place to rest the night before a flight withoug paying a lot, and if you aren't looking for a lot of extras, this is a good option.
However, the hotel is dated, and worn. The rooms were clean, but they looked worn, and the furniture was dated, as was the hallway carpeting and walls. Breakfast was pretty simple -- cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, and some fruit. There are a few dining options nearby -- a Denny's, a Popeye's, and a Dunkin Donuts. The hotel shuttle is not 24/7 (the last shuttle of the morning leaves at 9:40 AM).
So, temper your expectations, and this place will be fine. Don't expect a lot of bells and whistles, and it will probably serve you okay. Expect a hot breakfast with large rooms and extra amenities and you'll likely be disappointed.

The staff members were nice. However, this place needs a serious upgrade. The room does NOT look like the website pictures. Furniture was old, paint was peeling, and the lighting was dark. Also, the car charging station was broken so we had to find another place to charge our car.

I checked in later in the evening after a full day of traveling. When I got into the room it was nice, however the bathroom was infested with ants. There were ants all over the shower, walls, floor and toilet. Looked like they were coming out of where the shower head goes into the wall.

The property can use some remodelling. The carpets, the
doors, the windows. Most of all you need to change the
furnitures all of it. The location is good. Fix the garden and
it will be awesome. The staff were descent and nice. Need
more attention to details and you will get a lot of returning
customers.

Good Stay for The Price
Stayed one night while in transit.
Good place for the price, location, and amenities (free breakfast and shuttle with limited hours).
I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation, but for an overnight transit it was perfect and I couldn’t find anything else with decent reviews with the amenities offered.
My only complaint is that in the middle of the night, I woke up and my room smelled like cigarette smoke. This continued throughout the night and into the next morning. When I exited my room, the hall smelled very strongly of smoke. My room was a smoke free one, but perhaps they have smoking rooms in the area my room was in? Either way, that was the only major downside (and concerning for me since I am pregnant). Other than that, no complaints.

My room was large, and clean, and everything worked. The bathroom was a little small, but the room was plenty large. Some peeling paint in the bathroom and I saw two ants, or maybe it was one ant who got around. Desk clerks were mostly pleasant and competent. Breakfast spread was not impressive, but serviceable. The airport shuttle only goes at specific times so you will need to plan ahead about that, but I saved myself a $40 cab fare by getting to the airport 3 hours early; fine. For the price I honestly expected a lot worse. I would absolutely stay there again.

The pictures they have aren’t what it seems. Yes the hotel looks really nice and flashy from the outside. But at least the room I stayed in was super outdated water stains on my nightstands ants in the bathroom holes in the towels the vanity look like it was falling apart the wood was rotting, the vanity mirror was horribly screwed into the wall. Their maintenance guy doesn’t use any masking tape or paper when he paints there’s paint all over the place. This was one of the worst looking rooms that I have ever been in and will not return I do not recommend this place.

I have to say that when i got to the hotel , the facade looked like an old hotel, looked small compared to the near hotels and I hesitated if i made a good decision on booking this hotel , once i got inside I started to notice the hotel was renovated inside , when we got to the room , it was clean , small but it had all we needed to have a good night sleep, it was super quite at night and dark !!! Which I really appreciated , i think for the price its a good hotel to stay, I never felt unsafe , the breakfast was a good asset, good coffee, bagels toast , yogurt, cereals , oatmeal! Juices , so i would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future!

We never made it and sadly did not receive even a partial refund. Flight delays and change of itinerary. They said it was because the room was booked thru Expedia that the refund could not be given. Very disappointing.

This hotel was fine for me for a night since it was close to airport and offered free airport shuttle and was cheap. There were ants in the bathroom, so I did not shower, and ants in the sink. No ants noted on the bed. Dealt with it since it was just a few hours

Upon arrival there were guests outside the facility that is looming around making us bit scared . Checking service was amazing . Once we got into our room it remind me if I relived living in the project bed run down paint coming off . Hearing screams in the middle of the night . Overall we give this place a 5 for the customer service not the facilities it self

Run-down hotel with appallingly rude receptionist
In around 40 years of staying in hotels, only once before have I ever encountered the quite remarkable level of utterly pointless rudeness to which I was subjected by the young female receptionist cc 6pm on Monday, October 2. As a result, the hotel ‘lost’ this customer during the registration process.
It was clear from the word go that this young lady hates her job and feels that this somehow entitles her to display undiluted hostility and rudeness towards customers. This conveys an appalling first impression of the hotel.
Not satisfied with speaking to me with unrelenting hostility at reception, when she was asked for help with a minor matter of adjusting the air conditioning in the room, instead of dealing with what was a minor issue, she took it upon herself to speak to me as if she was dealing with a nuisance and an idiot. The attitude dripped of undiluted contempt.
The hotel’s shuttle to the airport worked well and in that sense it served its purpose, as I had an early flight.
The room, however, was rather run down and shoddy. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area, which is not the hotel’s fault, it is an industrial area beside a busy freeway.
Given that I was only staying for one night, I could have lived with this, but dealing with the needlessly aggressive rudeness of the receptionist, who is totally lacking in basic people skills, ruined the stay for me. I won’t be back.

Choose an Upstairs Room
Front desk staff was friendly and kind, and it was easy to check in and out. The airport shuttle didn't run early enough for my flight, so I had add'l cost to get a Lyft. I had a main floor room and I could hear the person above me walking around. I like that there is no carpet in the rooms, but that doesn't allow a sound buffer. I'd recommend staying upstairs if you're a light sleeper!

Good for a one night stay. Clean and nice stuff. Make sure you figure out shuttle schedule. We went to The Landing restaurant inside the Double Tree hotel. It’s a short walk. It was really good. We didn’t want fast food which is across the street.

San Francisco hotel prices are insane! . All I needed was a bed for the night close to the airport. I didn’t need flashy- and this is certainly not that. At the same time it was surprisingly quiet next the the highway and the room had what you needed. They did make an effort with a reasonable self serve breakfast and helpful reception. The free shuttle service early in the morning was great but they only start the service again around 5 pm so had to get my own way there in the middle of the day.

I couldn't sleep for two nights. There's a constant noise from the floor above due to loose floorboards. The entire building is in poor condition, and there are even ants crawling on the floor. The bathroom door is difficult to close because of thick paint. Overall, it's my first time staying in such a hotel, and I feel quite scared.

Okay Place to Rest your Head.
We only stayed 1 night before we headed to Napa and it supplied us with a place to lay our heads. The carpet in the halls definitely needs to be replaced and a paint job would not hurt. I thought it advertised breakfast, but it was only continental. The shuttle service ends at 10pm and our flight was delayed getting us in at exactly 10pm, causing us to take a $31 Uber ride only 8min away. They did allow us to keep our luggage there while we toured the city. I would give this hotel a 5 out of 10.
