The handicapped room was on second floor at the farthest place from the elevator. The elevator call button did not work. The fastest way to get the elevator was to run down the stairs (I nearly tripped and broke my neck) and then ride the elevator back up to the second floor to pick up my wheelchairbound husband. The room did not smell good and they ran out of some of the breakfast 1.5 hours before breakfast ended.

The billing on this property was a little screwy. It finally got worked out. I never had an issue using Hotels.com...this was a first. The exterior was very nice. The interior was sparce and old school. It was also very noisy!

I didn’t even stay here the night I booked it the motel was swarmed with police and canines I did not feel safe staying there with my small children so I immediately called the room to explain no answer I called Expedia who I booked through and explained I was told it had to be reviewed by the motel if I could get a refund got the email yesterday saying the refund was denied so safe to say do not stay here

This hotel did not provide enough necessities, like wash clothes and cups. The only staff that was friendly and efficient was the check in person.
The property didn't feel real safe. Ibwas ablebto take my 2 dogs for their first trip, but I wasn't aware I had too pay extra fees.

Inadequate staff available at check-in. The one poor guy at the desk was checking in, helping to clean rooms, and trying to track down luggage carts.
Coffee maching in room had not been cleaned and still had the coffee packet from the previous guests.
Walls are very thin so noise fom hallways and adjacent rooms make sleeping difficult.
We were only there for one night, so it was adequate but not exceptional. Sorry to say, I would not recommend it.

Stepping into the room it was smell was overwhelming with some type of cleaning product. There was very little toilet paper on the rolls and no extra roll in the room. Mirrors were in odd places in the room. Wall plugs were hard to get to.

We were suppose to have 2 rooms in close proximity. One room was ready and the other wasn't. The gentlemen checking us in said he would make sure the 2nd room was nearby as requested on our reservation. Went back to get keys for the 2nd room and it was on a different floor. Employee said she didn't have another room anywhere else. The gentleman (manager) was no where to be found. They put half our group on a floor with no working elevator, despite informing them we had disabled people in our party. The rooms were not well cleaned. "Breakfast" was very limited and not good. Employees were making plates with what little was served & standing in hallway eating. Toaster didn't work. Pool was dirty and no seating for more than 4 people. Staff doesn't seem to care. This place needs some new management and major upgrades.

Very rude staff, towels were very small and thin. They locked the pool deck up at 5:00 even though it was not posted as the closing time. When I asked to speak to the manager they said he left with the key and if I had an issue I could speak to him in the morning. We had 9 rooms, never again. Avoid this dump

I will NEVER stay here again. Their service is bad and they charged me for a room key I handed the lady. I couldn’t get an itemized bill because we checked out early and I was told it would be emailed the following day. It wasn’t. I had to call to get it only to find they charged me for a key I returned. The charge happened today when we returned both keys yesterday when we actually checked out. This is ridiculous and in order to get a refund you have to email some random email and they will not let you speak with a manager or even tell you their name. There are cigarettes everywhere outside. The check-in process was so slow it took an hour to check in with only two people in line in front of me. The check out process took forever and she gave me a receipt for only part of the charges. Then took that receipt back when I wanted the full receipt. Having to go to all this trouble and being charged for things returned is crazy. Also the charge and reverse on your card over and over again like they can’t figure out what the charges are or something. If you book for two days with two pets the charges are what they are. You shouldn’t have to wait for them to decide what they are later and add on random stuff you never agreed to. This whole thing is ridiculous. Also the lady at the desk just randomly handed my kid a candy bar. I know she was being nice but she didn’t ask me first and my kid has food allergies. I had to deal with that problem later she caused after we left the desk

I only really had one complaint we arrived approx 2pm so went to check in.
We were informed our type of room booked available but we had to pay an extra $25 if we occupied before 3pm

I found that this hotel lacked in atmosphere. It desparately needs an upgrade. Airconditioning insufficient. Was set at 69 and just comfortable. Lighting was harsh. Need to soften and add bedside lamps. Breakfast indescribable. Otherwise, ok for 1 night.

I was visiting family and stayed here because it was a convenient location. The staff was very nice and the morning breakfast waiter was very good. My room was clean enough for me to feel comfortable staying there but it was really dated and the baseboards and walls were very worn. The lampshade in my room was so pathetic ..it was crushed in on one side and looked dirty. The bed had a metal rod that squeaked when you moved. The hallways were in desperate need of sweeping. The corridor that had the ice machine had an unpleasant odor.I have stayed at other Microtels but for the money I payed will not visit this one again.

I chose Microtel Inn for one night based on the size of the room. I liked the kitchenette feature. The hotel is in need of some TLC. The overall appearance of the hotel is one of being a bit dated. The room had a certain smell, and not a clean smell. The bed was on a raised metal platform that made noise when you moved. Smokers congregated by the front entrance door, where there is a cigarette garbage can, leaving no choice but to walk through a plume of cigarette smoke.

The room was very noisy.
The neighbour kept banging something metal before we went to bed.
Then shortly after midnight the occupants above started walking heavily back and forth with heavy boots on till 3am. The breakfast guy insisted on handing us everything even the cutlery, which I would have preferred to handle myself. He had loud music playing and singing the whole time too, which was annoying .

The room was awful! There were all kinds of stains on the walls. The bedding was old & worn. There was different colors of paint where the walls were repainted but not completely. The bathroom faucet barely dripped water let alone be able to choose between hot & cold. The bath overall was just plain dirty.Dogs barked at 12:30A.M. The room temperature would not adjust. Will not consider this chain again.

It was clean and spacious, with a nice breakfast. However, checkout wasn’t until 11, but at 9:30am the cleaning people opened our door while we were still in the room. They also turned off our key cards, which make loading up our car more difficult as someone had to stay in the room to let us back in. It would have been nice not to feel rushed out in the morning.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Clean bathroom. Most people who worked the front desk were very nice. At check in they saw i was with my mom but only had a 1 bed room booked so he upgraded us to a 2 bed room at no cost.
They have a pool but i didnt utilize it. Breakfast was ok. The waffles were the best they had a fair amount of options (cereal oatmeal small bagels yogurt toast eggs home fries snd sausage- hot food was eh, sausage didnt even look cooked)
One thing that was frustrating was the room key kept not working. First 2 days i had to get new keys made. Then 1 key stopped working but the other didnt so i managed with the one. Overall decent hotel

The room I was in was basic. It was a small room that would have been better served having one king that two queen sized beds. The room was a bit run down and it looked like maintenance was not done by good contractor; tub nozzle didn’t meet wall, paint was chipped in places, wall repairs done sloppily, drake had holes in it where something had been mounted with no obvious sign of repairs, the one chair in the room needed some maintenance and was not comfortable…
The provided breakfast was very basic, monday breakfast even more so, the best thing about eating in was the staff who there to make waffles and keep things stocked, they were very friendly and cheerful, even at the crack of dawn.

This hotel was disgusting. Nothing has been renovated in a while, the hallway smells like filth, and the rooms were disgusting. I talked to the front desk, staff, who offered to move me. I guess I pick the best out of the three rooms she showed me, but still would not let my kids take their socks off to walk around. Keep driving

The hotel stunk so bad and the lobby was dirty. I reserved a handicap room with double beds. The manager kept telling me he would get me in a single bed room. I am 70 years old and need a handicap room. The manager was rude to me and other people in the lobby. I even told him how bad the rooms he took me in smelled and he didn't care. So I left. I only booked the room because it had the Wyndham name attached. Why accept a pre registration when you can not fulfill the request?

The only elevator became stuck with three people in it for almost an hour then an out of order sign for 3 or more days, I could not keep walking up the flight of stairs due to my knees so we checked out early.

It was inexpensive and in a good location. However they charged me a 15 dollar administrative fee and said it was because I booked with “a third party”. I am not sure that this is the case because Expedia said it was a mandatory fee or tax which doesn’t seem consistent with what I was told at the hotel. Plus I didn’t like the security and admin fee total showing up twice on my credit card and being told one would “fall off”
