Shower not clean hair all on the walls.. towels and rags got hair all on them. No cups no ice pack

Red roof Inn, no ... Hell Roof Inn.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a roach crawling on the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower was very very poor. They allowed people to stand outside the rooms and smoke. This allowed for cigarette smoke to get into the rooms. This affected my asthma. When I said something about it the manager told me it was not his problem.
I asked to check out early and was told I would still have to pay for the remaining nights. No refunds. Worst hotel I have ever been in. A book this room with hotels.com and hotels.com would not help me get my money back for the additional nights I had rented the room for. Hotels.com said they called the manager and talk to him. The manager told me they never called but hotels.com told me they had him recorded and what his name was. The manager will lied to me. I would sleep on the street before I would ever stay at this hotel again.
If you want to be disrespected, treated badly and have the worst accommodations possible, then stay here.

Signage Was Bad, Otherwise Okay
The room, condition, and cleanliness were all fine. Signage was quite bad. Access was down an unmarked street (across from "76" gas station) that I missed in the dark. The tiny office had one sign, hanging down, that I missed and drove all around the buildings. Then the directions to my room ("next building") were poor, and I walked around the whole place until I found it. A simple diagram posted in the office would help immensely.

Bugs everywhere left towel and rag of someone that was there before me. Hair in the tub toilet moves when you sit on it covers very thing with burnt wholes in them room stinks and dusty

Try another choice
The hotel is a dump, cheap as it is, still over priced. Vending way over priced. Toilet was the smaller than child sized. Can't believe this dump stays in business.

People are very nice not rude. Like other hotels and very clean and safe. Yes I would stay there again. Also customer service was very helpful.

at check in did not have enjoy keys to give me 2 keys for my room; room 143 was poor quality and furniture items looking old and tiredl sheets are paper thin and only 1 soap packet for bath and wash basin; no sitting chair for desk use

Checked in afternoon after long drive , the next morning went to shower and no hot water in shower, hot water in sink, complained in the am around 8 went out for the day didn’t return until about 9pm went to shower still no hot water, went to desk to complain again, told me I wasn’t turning it on right, came to c/m, himself and there was not any hot water, duh, he came back about 20 minutes later with a key to another room told me I could shower there, went to check out in the morning and was told the desk clerk couldn’t do anything, about refund or something, I stay at red roof a lot will make me reconsider ty, J S

The steps leading to our room for unsafe the step was literally cracking and unsafe a piece of tape on the step no other way to get to the room without going on the opposite side of the building telephone was not even connected for use the hotel was false advertised saying that there was a pool and it showed pictures of inside hallway but there was no hallway the interest was from the outside of the building pictures were very deceiving the rooms were very extra extra small under the beds were unclean there was dirty q-tips and drink soda can found under the bed the freezer in the refrigerator was dirty with undefrost ice feeling it the door that leads to the room was not properly still there was a big crack around the door did not feel safe but I couldn't get a refund after booking very disappointed this was a vacation for me and my six grandchildren grandchildren cuz we're so small ☹️

Horrible
My stay was horrible. The TV remote was crack, filthy shower curtains, crack in bathroom door, mattress with no box spring, and what ever was used to deodorize the room was horrible.

Nice stay but needs work.
The facilities in the middle of a much-needed renovation. The rooms weren't the cleanest but they were definitely sanitized. Plenty of parking and the 24/7 front office was great.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. They screamed profanity at my husband and refused to allow my service animal to stay there.

The first room that they gave me had mold in the bathroom and smelled really bad so I changed rooms the other room that they gave me had bedbugs for the next two nights. I slept in my car.

Except for young smiking, friendky, helpful clerk the afternoon I checked in the rest of the staff was downright sullen and unfriendly.
The 2 towels were paper thin. The floors were dirty, the water barely warm, the mattress worn out. The bedskirt had spills all over it.

The main problem was the water damage in the bathroom. The floor was wet and sinking when you stepped on it. There was a spot on the ceiling where water had came through and they painted over it. In the rooms allowing smoking there are no ash trays. Also the air conditioners smell like mold.

The "premium rooms" were handicap, wheelchair accessible rooms. Looked like some sort of bodily fluid on the comforter. Front desk said, "it's been bleached."

Nasty
The hand held shower head was only hand held! There was no bracket to hang it on the shower wall. The parking lot was filthy with cigarette butts and trash everywhere. There were ripped and torn mattresses outside the dumpster that had been there quite a while. The gentleman at check in was very courteous and efficient. Won’t be staying there or any other Red Roof Inns!
