Next to interstate. Noisy. Bathroom so small difficult to open and close door. No fridge and no microwave. Outside door not aligned and open along sides. Saw three people hanging out in parking lot on cell phones for extended periods late at night. No clocks in room. No rug, just hard floors. No pictures on wall. No hair dryer. No lamp by bed. Extremely bright lights in ceiling. No sitting are except one hard chair. Sink had very low water flow. No tissue box.

Upon check-in the room had a weird smell, bed cover and toilet seat with cigarette burns on both. I requested housekeeping service 4 days straight and no one ever showed up. My hat goes off to the Front Desk staff that went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They are the only reason this property received 5 stars from us. To the Front desk Manager and agents, YOU ALL ARE ROCKSTARS AND THANK YOU!

Honestly, from the outside, this place looks pretty shady. I'm with the price that I paid I wasn't expecting much. However the staff was unbelievably friendly. And the rooms were very clean. Pleasantly surprised

The staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating!! We needed a place long term until we find a house and are very happy we found this motel!! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

I booked two nights. When I returned to the room the second night, the sheets, blankets and towels were gone. When I went to the counter to explain the situation, the staff just gave me a blanket that smelled strongly of formaldehyde and was not usable at all. This motel is poorly managed and has irresponsible staff!

I had a reservation for a non smoking room that was made a couple weeks in advance. When i arrived i confirmed the reservation and was told that they no longer had the room available. After a breif discussion on why a smoking room would not work amd saying that i could just find a nother place, they came up with a non smoking room. The room was poorly cleaned and did not smell good. The only thing they have going for them is that they are cheap.

I'm not too hard to please, usually a clean room and bed is enough for me to have a pleasant stay. However, when I came to my room one of the beds had stains on it and it looked like someone had lay on the bed before. Also, the housekeeper left their rooming list in my bedroom (so whoever inspected the room missed it, their documents were on the floor and on the sink counter). Place was quiet and was close to everything...but yeah, not clean.

I had to check in at 3:30am amd rhe front desk was so helpful and friendly and even pre warmed my room so I could go right to bed. He also arranged my cab from the airport. It is an inexpensive sleeping place, no frills but clean and safe

The check in service was great but I ended up leaving just probably after an hour of staying there because I was going to use the shower and there was pubic hair in the tub and also there was bath water in the tub that was not drained and the toilet was dirty. I did not stay for those reasons because it crossed my mind that the room may be contaminated

Run down and Uncomfortable
The beds were horrible, the floor was REALLY uneven in the room. We found mouse droppings on the floor. No service whatsoever. You need towels? Get them yourself. No maid touches your room during stay. Not even if you ask them. When I called the front desk to inquire about the towels, she just responded, "oh, we don't do that, you can ask at the laundry of front desk to swap them out". Not very happy with the stay. But lesson learned.

Was traveling by myself and needed a cheap place to crash before an early morning flight. Place was clean, didn’t smell like smoke, and didn’t smell like bleach. Everything else after that was bonus for me. Would stay there again if I am in a similar situation.

No pillows or towels. I don’t know what’s going on with these properties, but even budget motels used to have basic amenities. Now you’re paying mid-range prices and getting not even the bare minimum. It’s shameful.
That said, I’m very happy with the front desk staff person who checked me in. The lousy state of things shouldn’t reflect poorly on her.

The swimming pool and hot tub were closed and looked like a green swamp — it was so gross this is sumner and to not have that available to guests wasn’t good

Mediocre but It was Good for the Night
The service was nice but the room itself was mediocre. There were hairs all in the bedding and the floor was dirty. I just was staying for the night while in Seattle for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour so it wasn't bad but it wasn't worth the price I paid.

We booked our stay through Expedia over a month before our trip. I got a call from the hotel about a week later to confirm our stay. I answered and said “Yes we will be there.” We got there to check-in and they had cancelled our room, claiming someone else had called on our behalf. I asked what phone number called and they said they had no idea. They had no extra rooms for us and offered zero alternatives. They tried to blame it on Expedia, who I’ve used for booking dozens of times with no issue. It was a very busy weekend in the area and no other hotel had availability. The manager was apologetic and let us know she would send an email to Expedia to initiate a refund for us, but it still left us out of state with no place to stay. They refused to accept any responsibility. After calling Expedia myself they confirmed it was an issue with the property and not on their end.

The rooms were clean. However, the "extras" that usually come with motel stays were extremely limited. There were no hair dryers in the rooms, and basics like shampoo and conditioner were not provided. The beds were also fairly uncomfortable.
There was nothing necessarily awful about this trip, but I probably would have stayed elsewhere if I knew how bare bones and limited the offerings here were/

The staff were amazing. We went on the Taylor swift/mariners & blue jays weekend. They were booked and busy and short staffed. We got there early and they were able to give us a room right away. You could tell they were overwhelmed but we're still so nice and made us feel welcomed.

Arrived at 11:15pm. Couldn’t get inside, and had to use the outside window. I was fifth in line. Took about a half an hour to get waited on. There is no shampoo in the room.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen!!!!
Rude girl checked us in. Place hasn't been cleaned. They was a scrap paper with notes tucked under the ice bucket indicating that no one has even wiped the counter. Pubic hair in the bed an on the dresser and the shower wall. The was a letter on the door saying not to drink the water due to contamination. Exerting outside was VERY DIRTY and covered with mold including the empty pool that was used as a storage area and also the not so lovely view.

Why did we have to pay a extra fee for a microwave and refrigerator! In the picture all rooms had a microwave and refrigerator! Is this false advertisement or a way to price gauge the customer? Please tell Expedia that some rooms do not come with it and you have to pay extra!!

Pros: typical motel 6 room and amenities. Front desk person helpful and pleasant.
Cons: very noisy due to late night yelling by people in the hallway and loud car radio in parking lot.
Bed mattress--sagging along one side.

Overnight stay
Family of 4, mom, dad and two adult children, non-smokers, came down from Canada to see a Mariners game and some shopping for the Father's Day weekend. Checked in on Saturday night to the three booked rooms at nine pm, slight delay because of shift change, no problem, nice lady from Texas checked us in, told us they were a full house. Had rooms 107, 204 and 205. Rooms 204 and 205 were fine and no problem but 107 was not. Opened the door and was assailed by overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes and two ashtrays in room. There appeared to be dried nasal discharge wiped on the side of the headboard that we had to wipe off. The room above us seemed to be moving furniture until after 1:30 in the morning, quite noisy also outside the room as it was a bit like a party. The pool was locked up and unusable as it seemed to be in perpetual renovation. The area surrounding the motel is just off I-5 but had the impression of being kind of remote but sketchy at the same time. Only a gas station and a 24 hour coffee kiosk/hut that was amazingly busy late night. Didn't think we needed to specify a non- smoking room anymore these days as a special requirement, won't make same mistake again. After an hour in the room , hoping to go nose blind, as the gas station didn't have any, we had to venture back out in the car to the nearest drug store/ 7-11 so we could get Vicks Vaporub to dab under our noses to mask the smoke smell so we could sleep. Overall ok but not worth $150 CDN/ room

Very clean and well-maintained. They only provided soap (no shampoo or conditioner) so I'm glad I happened to have some left from the last hotel I was at. But overall, definitely worth the cost.
