This is the second time we stayed there and they turned the water off !!! I worked at a motel for years if we had to shut anything off we always informed the guests. Not very convenient if you need to use th bathroom we had to leave to use the bathroom somewhere else

I don't want to complain, but upon my arrival, the key maker was broken. So, they asked the maid to take me to the room. The maid ask me to look at a phone that wasn't there and told me to dial zero to get a hold of the office. I seened roaches in the room afterward.

Nice hotel in Yuma
The hotel was comfortable and clean. Even though it was as a mix of locals and travelers. The hotel has washer and dryers food nearby and a convenience store/gas station nearby.

Check in very smooth. Staff very accommodating. Had trouble with key card and one of the staff came and assisted. When I needed an extra pillow for my husband the check in person immediately found the housekeeping staff and I was given one. They were also very friendly asking about our plans and where we were coming from.

The room smelled of smoke terrible. It was obviously occupied by a smoker previously and it smelled like an ashtray. Very disappointed with this aspect of the room. If I didn’t arrive in the evening, or if I was staying more than one night, I would not have accepted the room. It stunk badly of smoke, really bad.

Older outdated hotel. Clean. Small rooms. Towels are thin. Most of washing machines are out of order. One of the front desk gals can be a little snarky when asking for an extra towel.

Be Advised: This property is not ideal for children or the elderly. It’s ran down, smells like a chain smokers coat and nothing works. The hair dryer didn’t work, the air never worked our entire stay, and the front desk girls stopped sending maintenance even though I requested him. The police knocked on my door looking for someone and I’m sure it’s a quick stop for night life. You couldn’t pay me to sleep there again. The rooms also looks nothing like the photo’s except the bathroom and that shows feels like a MRI machine its so close and snug. However, the ladies in housekeeping are exceptionally kind and sweet. The room was clean and the towels fresh and bright white. The front desk gentleman was very kind and accommodating. The ladies at the desk, not so much of either now were they helpful. The maintenance tech was also kind and helpful. The building is just old, leaky, and smelly. Blame the owners!

There were so many issues I had. The only thing positive I can really say is the maintenance guy Cody was really nice and the biggest help while I was there on getting me a new room after I was told I couldn't change rooms.

You get what you pay for, it was cold and there was no heating in the whole hotel. Clean, nice lady at desk, gave us extra blankets to keep warm. Stuff happens.

We check in to the hotel, the clerk asked if he could charge my room. The next am, I received an alert from Chase that someone charged my account for 1347.00 for a flight on Jet aBlue. This was the only time I used my credit card for any purchase in over a week.

Careful when booking through a 3rd party app. The office people say sometimes it does not come through, so we had to wait around until it came through. Also they would not provide a paper receipt for the stay.

We arrived to lots of people out and about which was fine. People doing laundry, getting haircuts, just being outside. Our room was not as pictured. It said 2 queen beds but it felt like fulls. My bf is 6’5” and our friend is 6’8”. We needed the queen beds but decided to make do since it was 1 night. We left for dinner and when we returned the vibe and feel was completely different. There were people lingering around a truck beers in hand and one guy sitting on a rock in the parking for hours. There was another man who kept walking in front of our door and window for 30 min while we were trying to sleep. I went to get something out of my truck and a guy was leaning on my truck drinking a beer. I went and grabbed what I needed and he just stared at me while I went back to my room. I went inside and told my bf and our friend to pack up and we were leaving. I felt so unsafe and was afraid my truck would be broken in to or vandalized. We couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy. I told the lady at the front desk and she said ok and that there are a lot of day laborers. I said no these aren’t the day laborers. These guys were sketchy and it felt dangerous. We saw the red flags and wanted to get out of there fast. I had to book another room at another hotel. When we told the front desk guy at the new hotel, he told us we weren’t the first group to say this. Also that they’ve had the day laborers stay at their hotel & they can’t drink or they lose their jobs, never had a problem

The room was fine; micro, TV, fridge, modern shower: all good. The 'but' is upper floor 'monsters', and I do not use the term lightly. If you know what a boom car sounds like, that was only half of it! I finally complained to the office and I believe attempts were made to deal with them, with very limited success. It was a torturous night I hope never to experience again!

The young man that worked the over night was very good. The room not so much! Had issues opening and closing door. Not sure it locked. Room smelt horrible and dirty. If it wasn’t for lack of sleep I would of left. Day employee nor so friendly of helpful.

Just right for budget travelers
I expected worse when booking one of the lowest rates in Yuma, but it was fine for.our needs. The room was small but had two very comfortable double beds. Parking is close to almost all rooms, and the pool was open for business. There's 1 fast food restaurant right next door.
We did have a problem with a couple guys blasting their car stereo when we first got assigned a room. We asked the nice young guy in the lobby and he quickly gave us a better room location.
It's an easy on, easy off from I-8, with gas stations nearby and tons of shopping just across the freeway.

I went to Yuma for work relate. The heat was horrible and as soon as I get to the room the AC was not working 😒 I told someone from the office they told me they where going to check it out or they where going to change me of room that day they never show up. I when to work an thinking they were going to fix it and they never did. I was ignore completely. I was going to cancel my stay in this hotel but they don’t have refunds.
Just think twice before staying here when is summer time because sleeping with no AC it was the most horrible experience

The staff (one person) wasn't friendly, no drinking water unless you bought it and no morning coffee. It was very noisy early around 2am until 6am couldn't sleep. For the money you pay it was not worth the stay. I won't stay there again.

The Facebook page for this place is wildly inaccurate. They make it so look so nice, but it's just a cheap motel. The pool was closed and no reason was given...the desk clerk clearly did not care.
The air conditioning had no controls to adjust the temperature. The maintenance man came quickly but told me that the temperature is controlled by the hot and cold water system....WTH? He removed a ceiling tile to turn the valve from hot to cold. Consequently, it was freezing in morning, (no heat) and hot in the evening. I could only run it for a few minutes at a time because it got so cold. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling on both upper corners. The towels were cheap and thin, there were no tissues and all of the outlets were loose and would not let my phone charge.
I give this dump zero stars due to the issues mentioned and the lack of concern. It was cheap and it lived up to that.

No coffee as advertised, When I asked , they said they weren't offering it in the lobby "because of COVID, and none in the rooms "We should update that". Yes, you should, and also tell people the pool is closed, there really is NOT internet in all the rooms, etc etc etc.

Rooms were small. Kept light on in bathroom as a few bug issues, being ground floor, maybe expected? Pool was closed as out of season. Quiet place, lots of parking. Some updating of rooms would be good. Liked the fact had microwave and fridge.

Horrible horrible place. Drug deals right out of the rooms. Crackheads everywhere. Management knows and allows. Rooms are disgusting. Nothing nothing nothing like pics. They stink so bad like cigarettes and drugs. It’s disgusting. I couldn’t even sleep in there we had to go to our car. The front desk lady is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. They have friends and family leave positive reviews to detour people from the bad. This place gets raided all the time. Call the local police department and ask. DO NOT rent from them. That’s why they have their no refund policy because they know as soon as we get there we’ll want one. Honestly it was so scary there pls do not rent there. Plenty of hotels very nearby literally for a few dollars more. This place needs to get shut down asap.

Got to the Hotel at 1PM and front desk started the check in process. Requested downstairs rooms and were told we would have to wait as those rooms weren't ready yet. So we opted for the upstairs rooms so we could rest after our drive. Were then told we couldn't have our rooms until 3PM? I said that made no sense and was told no one in Yuma lets you check in before 3. None of this made much sense but quickly got tired of pointing it out to a snotty employee who obviously didn't care.
Rooms are small and if you want a hot shower forget it. Water is room temperature. Same if you want a swim forget it. Pool is out of order.
Also on our last night there our neighbors were playing there radio loudly at 3AM. I complained to the desk who called the room. They turned it down but it lead to a drunken fight over who's falt it was. Fortunately the guy left after about 10 minutes.
Only good thing I can say about this place is the location.
Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else.

Upon checking my room,couldn't hardly use the door as it had been kicked in many times and repaired.The thermostat was busted off the wall and heat was at about 85 degrees in the room.The clincher was all the people with shopping carts in the parking lot rummaging through the dumpster.I couldn't force myself to stay there.Got a room at a different motel.

Read the reviews which generally weren't postive and decided to roll the dice. Our first room had the aircondtioner control cover missing and was stuck on heat. We also had a significant roach problem. After several calls to reception the kind night staff moved us to another room. No roaches but the aircon control cover was also missing and was stuck on warm. Needs a major makeover.

So So Room, Yet Typical of a Budget Motel
The bed was comfortable. The floor seemed gritty and there was a bug. For a no smoking room, it smelt of smoke. It was hard to control the temperature of the room.

Worst stay ever. Heater didn’t work. Staff was super rude. They didn’t clean my room the 3rd day so I had to use dirty towels. I asked to keep extra set of blankets since heater didn’t work in the middle of winter and they took them and so I didn’t sleep the 4 nights I was there to temps being in the 40s and no heat. A lot of homeless and drugs happening at this hotel.
