Do Not Stay Here
Worst mattress ever , Property is right on the train tracks and train sounds its horn when it goes by all night, and on top of that it's right next to a military air base so they have fly overs every 20 minutes all day long that shakes the windows....

Good for a night maybe 2, clean
Place is older, room very small, tv very small, but its clean. Bedding stained, but clean. Beds not comfty, but for 1 night its ok. No micro, fridge, tiny restroom, but again it was clean and no little bugs or critters so its good for a night.

Train track is about 50 yards from the motel and the train conductor seems like he intentionally blows the horn when they’re going Thur the area. And there’s a Military airbase south of the rooms with jets taking off all night long.

Unfortunately I was unable to make it tO my reservation but sadly they charged me for one night and that was an inconvenience for me as I only get paid once a month 😞 please if there's anything you can do to get me a raincheck for a night that would be awesome.

They let me check in earlier was a big plus as I just drove from Vegas & got there earlier than planned. The room was clean although smelled a little of cigarette smoke. Only complain would be the bed as it’s pretty worn down especially next to the side table—-other side against the wall so I assume everyone who rented the same room sat on the same spot. You can hear the train, pretty loud, but not their fault & I didn’t mind since I passed out from exhaustion anyways before midnight.

This property needs considerable improvements. Getting a card key that worked to open our room took several tries. Several Homeless people were wandering around. The room was clean but the beds were not comfortable.

Smoking smell in the rooms
The first room I was in had a horrible smell of tobacco. I asked for another room because my allergy reacts very badly to the smell of smoking and the lady at the front desk changed the room without any problem.
The smell was less strong than in the first room. The mattresses in that room were horrible, I couldn't rest well. If I had to stay in that area again, I wouldn't stay in this hotel.

I killed a cockroach on the wall. I had my two kids. I have never been to Youngtown,AZ before so i didnt know the area. It was noisy. I gotten woken up by people yelling at each other outside of my motel. Im glad my kids were still asleep. Not the motel fault for the yelling people considering where it was located. That coudl happen anywhere. I got my kids and i out as soon as the morning came. I was taking them to the zoo in Litchfield,AZ..

I asked for a room that was non-smoking, but was given a room that smelled as if it had been smoked in. Not having time to replace my room, I just had to deal with the evening. I will never stay there again.

Budget friendly & Clean
The staff was attentive & accommodating to my night shift, day sleep needs. The room was clean, bedding clean, neat. The bathroom was clean, even in the corners! The temperature was to control! I will definitely stay again when I’m in town for work!

Needs a little help
Stayed because it was close to state farm stadium. Very basic room . No refrigerator or microwave. Bed was very firm. Ok for the price and convenience compared any where else. Close to stores and the stadium. Worst place that i have stayed at this year for about the same price.

Do not stay here.
Front desk clerk very rude! No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Towels were extremely rough. Will not stay there again.

This place is horrible! I honestly thought I might get murdered there. It’s no smoking however the guy next to me was smoking weed all night. The table in the room had a big burn in the middle. Parts of furniture are coming off and they just tape it.

Stay away from this place!
Stay away! Had to wait over an hour to check in. Hair still in shower, empty water bottle on room, only 2 towels for 3 guests, no shampoo or soap in shower, shower curtain broken, bathroom door wouldn't shut completely, room crowded with only 2 beds, loud train going by constantly 24/7, cleaning ladies smoking outside of room, water leaking on sidewalk to stairs (that were uneven). Health Department and OSHA should look at this place.

Just needed one night of rest
Comfortabel bed, nice warm shower, tv with plenty channels. I had a very good night sleep after being up for 37 hours for traveling. (I am Dutch)

To many drug dealers on property
I enjoyed my stay until it was time to leave and as i was loading stuff into my vehicle i left my door unlocked to get more stuff and some guy just went into my truck and took my phone so i ended up chasing him down and got my phone back he kept saying i owed him money which i did not owe cause i didnt even know the guy i guess hes a regular guy there and he kept aaking me if i wanted to buy drugs from him which i said no cause i dont do them so my reciew is not a good one cause of all the drugs at the peoperty and another guy sais yeah were not suppose to steal from the guest a d yet some guy tried to so i wont be staying there ever again ill drive before i atay there again so other then the drug delers i did enjoy my stay

I would stay again
The staff was great. The room was mostly clean. A lot of activity in the evening, during the night and early morning. Drug activity, people walking around, one guy was in a stupor on the steps in the back corner. But, they were all very nice. Several spoke to me. I was comfortable there

This property has the rudest office people. Well the morning staff. The thang that works the front window with her ill-built self needs to go through training again before she decides to tell the customer they are lying about what they have paid for. She was adamant that their property does not take pre-payment for rooms even though I told her several times and also tried to educate her on the policies and procedures of her job. As she was standing there rolling her eyes and smacking her lips another employee informed her that yes my reservation had been paid for already but instead of her apologizing for her mistake she just repeats exactly what her co-worker said sits down and never looks my way again. There has to be someone better than her to work that window. She was so unprofessional I don't know who hired this lady but you need to fire her just as fast she is horrible for your place of business.

Everything was fine until it came to check out I was deathly ill this morning uncontrollably vomiting I called the front office to see if I can have a late check-out because I was very sick I still wanted to take a shower and clean up the vomit and I'm a gold Rewards member on hotels.com and they usually give you a late check-out they gave me 30 minutes and kept complaining that I wasn't going fast enough using profanity saying my s*** was still in there every single other Motel 6 usually gives me until noon or 1 I recently lived in Motel 6 two different location and they both gave me that late of a checkout I took a shower anyway and the towels were disgusting with hair all intertwined in them couldn't even use it

Don’t ever stay here!!!!
There was a fist fight in the parking lot outside my room. The room was overly expensive for what I got. It was advertised as bare essentials, but I expect a decent blanket and a decent heating/air conditioning system.
I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
It is truly the worst experience that I’ve had in recent years.

About what I expected.
Some have complained about the train noise, but the trains stop running at night, so they didn't bother me. Other than homeless man near the coffee pot, the stay was pleasant.

Well the sheets were dirty, they had hair and foot marks all over the sheets. The heater/air conditioning didn’t work, thank goodness I can handle cold weather. The shower didn’t get hot, that could be someone took all the water. The ice machine was broken. There was a bug in the sink.

The motel is convenient and right on grand. Homeless everywhere asking you for drugs the second u step outside, straws and foil laying all over, I even went and took my dog outside and there was a needle laying on the rocks and a little green bag beside it, a razor blade was right in front of my door....etc...

The rooms were so dirty, there were curly hairs on the bathroom floor, our bedding had blood on it and the second room we purchased for my son had a huge stain on the sheets as well. The night staff gave us another set of sheets of which we made our bed with them, but the next morning found the towel my wife started to use had mustard or something on it. We found another place for my son to stay, but could not get a refund for his room, they just checked us out, and we had no choice but to stay in ours. 2 rooms 2 nights cost me over $400, and trust me, I will never stay at another Motel 6 again!

Found opened chip bag underneath the bed. My other family members room smelled like cat pee. Another lady checking in said she had a ton of roaches in her room. There were some sketchy people walking around the area.

Got to the hotel around 1130 pm. The bed cover had stains and burn marks. The bathroom towels had hairs on them and there was no shampoo. All around a terrible stay. I cannot believe that this hotel was over $100.00. Also it is close to train tracks and you will be woken up numerous times by train whistles and horns.

I need to wait for the room ( it wasn't ready at 3:00 pm )... I came back later and the room was not clean, it was human hair over the furniture and over the floor, the blanket has a huge black spot ( i believe it wasn't sent to the laundry for a long time ) ... the sheets with a lot of human hair ( really disgusting ). the smell in the room was also disgusting ... I left the hotel right after entering the room

No Fridge or Microwave-Air Filters need cleaning & Toilet needed float replacement. Doesn’t seem to have Maintenance or Juan that knows what they’re doing. Otherwise, the stay was OK and the room was decent… Yes I would come again. Overall wasn’t a horrible experience.

Wifi is advertised. Needed wifi for work and it didn’t have any signal. On all devices that I tried to connect to the “motel6” signal it just said “no internet connection” and even when I’ll get one bar it will stay for a few seconds and then go away. Had to leave extra early so I could go find a wifi connection and get some stuff done. The main reason I stayed there was cause it said it had wifi.

I was hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews but ultimately it was just fine. The comments on the homeless being very present on the property ring true but there were no problems. Bring your own shampoo as it’s not provided. My only small complaint: the water pressure was awful
