Cold Room
I usually stay here but this time something was different. The room was clean as usual. The heater was not functioning correctly. I called and was told to check the wall unit. I had it set for 80 but could fill no heat. No one came to check the system and waking up to a 50 degree room was unpleasant. It was freezing temps outside. Hopefully better next time.

This was one of the worst stays ever. They tried to charge me an additional $25 on check in for an animal. Then I get to the room it had a musky odor. One of the night stands had been ripped off the wall and was missing. Very noisy as well. There were vehicles in the parking lot with their music playing so loud I could hear it in the room. Awful stay!I will not stay there again.

Disappointing
The room was fine but the supposed breakfast was abysmal. The gentleman on reception was unfriendly and rude. We have stayed numerous times at this hotel but very disappointed this time.

When I arrived at the property I came to my room there where stains on the bedding and my pillows were stained I asked for another room they decided to try to give me cleaning supplies to clean up what I didn’t like in the morning I came down to speak with the manager and he didn’t make it any better at pPPAPq p

My fault, I went for price. And you know what they say “You get what you pay for”. This place needs some serious work. Since we arrived late in the day we were tired so we just checked in. Breakfast included…WHAT BREAKFAST?? The waffle maker was out of service, the only juice that was working was apple which looked like dirty water. There were 3 yogurts left so I did have one. This place needs to be shut down and replaced 😖

The person upstairs is walking and making squeaky noisy all night. Called front desk and got promise they will check but nothing happened. Talked to front desk in the morning and they denied even got called. Gas station nearby is shady with homeless people staring at you.

Drive another half mile and stay somewhere else.
The shelf next to the bed was half hanging off the wall. The lobby and every room, hallway and seating area hand its own unique smell and none of them good. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the TV in the next room better than my own. Then after midnight the entire building vibrates with a audible hum. It wouldn't take much for this hotel to come together and be really good but as of right now its a massive disappointment.

Went in the bathroom in the middle of the night and there was a roach. Hairs in the tub. Tub was stopped up and came to my ankles during shower. Mirrors, window, and shower wall in room dirty. Only a half roll of toliet paper in bathroom. No protein as breakfast option, they try to watch to make sure you dont take too much of anything. Check in was quick and smooth.

The gentleman at the desk is very polite and helpful. He also has a sense of humor which is great! I felt safe . The room was very clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the Florence area

Quality not the same
Over the years I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it has truly gone down in cleanliness and service. The attendant at the front desk was not friendly and she didn't give any information about the hotel amenities or breakfast. The room and hallway smelled stale. The carpet in the hallway and room needed to be cleaned.The chairs in the room were absolutely flithy so I sat them outside the room. I told the front desk staff and she seemed unconcerned and didn't offer an apology or replacement. The breakfast options was limited and poor. The Waffle iron looked as if it was broke. I was convinced on this trip that I will definitely not stay at this hotel again in the future. This hotel needs to be remodeled, it is showing signs of neglect. Don't let the picture online fool you!!!

Booked on expedia, Im disappointed the app recommended this place. Roaches everywhere, paper thin walls, charged for extra towels and rags, top on milk container had old milkresidue but still was served during breakfast. Never again

At. Heck in the girl was not pleasant, a strange smell in the lobby.
The room bathroom sink was clogged and hair in my tub plus a weird bug crawling on the wall.
They seemed to have everyone in one area of the hotel and the walls are paper thing.

The check in girl was lovely and efficient. The place was clean. The breakfast bar was very small with very limited choices and only 3 small 2 seat tables. The waffle maker and two of the juices were out of order. One bed in the room was great the other had a huge dent/dip in it all across the middle making it practically impossible to sleep in. The pillows were like someone took a bag of cotton balls and threw them in a pillowcase.

Terrible!!!
Room wasn’t cleaned properly sheets were dirty. Bathroom had hair all over the place. The toilet look as if someone used the bathroom before we arrived. Saw a few roaches crawling around. Front desk receptionist doesn’t provide good service. I honestly don’t see why a $100 fee have to be paid upon arrival when the room is nasty.

The toilet was very unique that when you sat on it it rocked back and forth like a small little pony ride that you would put a quarter in. Our breakfast consisted of virtually nothing, the out of order sign was on the juice machine in the waffle maker.... The waffle maker out of water sign look like it was about 6 months old. We were able to get a halfway decent sleep and a shower and hit the road for our next day at travel. So it was a place to lay our head and take a nap and get cleaned up.

Friendly Stay
When I checked in I was told I still had a balance due. The lady called for assistance right away when I showed her my confirmation email.
So the bill was straightened out and I was given my key. I went up to my room and when I opened the door, someone elses belongings were in the room. I went back down to the young lady and she issued me a new access card.
My overnight stay was good.
Comfy bed, could use better pillows!

It’s the ladies at the front desk, at check in were very accommodating… due to traveling schedule we were forced to the hotel early and they were very gracious with an early check-in… But unfortunately, whoever cleans the rooms was banging on our door at 9:45 AM when it’s an 11 AM check out that was very disappointing

I did not like the fact that I had to ask for Mr deposit. She should have just been handed to me. If I had forgotten about it I would have lost it. That is something that should me handed without me having to remind the desk clerk. The other thing they want cash for the deposit.

They gave the key to my room to another guest whom walked in on me. I didn’t feel safe and left. Then they argued at me when I asked for a refund. Money hungry DONOT STAYHERE!!!!!!!!!!! No refund either! Didn’t apologize didn’t care! They stated because I was in the room already it was considered dirty! People when I say don’t stay here DONOT STAY HERE. Pay a little extra ad go else where!

2nd stay not as good as the first one oast week.
We arrived late & let them know we would be. They were super nice checking us in & out. The girl checked that we had a clean room. The room was a little less than clean & the bathroom faucet was barely attached to the sink. We just needed a place to stay to sleep between long trips, so we just dealt with it.

Feels run down. Water damaged curtain in room as well as water damaged bathroom door. Breakfast was limited and the screaming kids and a unsupervised dog running around the breakfast area did not help.

This trip was horrifically horribe. I will say that front desk was nice and pleasant everything else was just ridiculous. When we checked in the room smelled like wet dog and there was no hot water. House keeping they just need to get rid of they dont do anything they just there. He knocked on the door and gave me towels , i asked was he going to change the sheets he said in 30 mins and never came back. I finally went down atairs and asked the front desk for sheets so i can change them he said he will house keeping back up, and he came i litteraly had to tell him what to do. NEVER afain with i stay or support this establishment

Decent property. Bedroom was very nice and clean. Surrounding area was fine. I booked it because it’s near the airport and had to fly out early the next morning and they offered free airport. Shuttle coming and going. The airport is only 12 minutes away so when I called to get a pick up, they said I’d have to sit at the airport for 45 minutes so I took an Uber. In the morning the shuttle was awesome. The staff seemed very uninterested in service. Breakfast was typical continental make it yourself waffles and toast and yogurt. Would recommend for overnight as I did.

Dirty I drove for 11 hours wanting to come to a nice clean room and take a shower we walked in and walked right out went for something to eat came back slept and left I have pictures if you would like to see them. The girl at the front desk didn’t even get off her chair to give me the paper to sign and the key if she has a medical issue that’s one thing but if she doesn’t that is not the way to greet someone at your hotel unprofessional to say the least

Was created by the front desk lady eating a bag of sour cream and cheddar chips. She was licking and sucking the cheese off her fingers while she was handling my I.d and credit card. The bathroom had holes in the walls. Room looks amazing in pictures but old dirty and outdated in person.

The property was updated and up to most of Wyndham standards. A little sloppy upgrades in the bathroom, but the bedroom was super, and a comfy bed to boot! You can hear some noise through the walls, but overall quiet and clean. I would stop there again.

First, we weren’t given a king room. Instead we had to stay in a dim/dank room with drywall patches and inferior finishes. The linens were so thin and cheap-lumpy old pillows as well. At 3:30 in the morning someone tried to open our door because the hotel clerk gave her our room! He then banged on our door demanding to see our ID because he had no record of our reservation. A total mess and I will never go back nor recommend this hotel -EVER

Stay was so so. For being a non smoking hotel the stench of weed walking up to the second floor the first stay (I had 2 within a week driving to and from family making the hotel a halfway point).second stay on my way back the smell wasn’t there but eventually returned since someone was clearly smoking weed. Rooms are inconsistent. Was in 204 the first trip with a nightstand on both sides of the bed, 222 the second and 1 nightstand and it was installed on the wall and crooked. The air conditioner in 222 might need replacing soon the fan doesn’t blow well

worked sat around doing nothing.I love everybody but people from India do not have the same standards as the rest of the service industry. I’m sure there are exceptions but I haven’t found them.

The space was adequate. The beds were fine, but everything needed updated. Carpet was stained, cabinets were cracked, bathroom was cracked from use and fine, not great. I would choose somewhere else to stay next time we are traveling through. You know what they say about “fine.”

I could not even stay at the hotel- my 6 year old was jumped on in the lobby by a large dog with no leash. Indoors! The service was horrible and the rooms were even worse. Dirty and run down. 0/10

Well me and my family always stay here but for some reason the front desk clerks was in a really bad attitude with me when we stayed this time. I didn’t like their attitude at all and it was 2 ladies a lady with glasses kind of heavy set and then a talk light skin lady with glasses they both was nasty but all is forgiven I’m going to start again just hope I don’t have to deal with them.

It seems like many people live here or just hang out. We couldn't walk in or out of the building without a group of men hanging out at the entrance... Our rooms AC wouldn't cool down and the TV decided it didn't want to work. And because we had a handicap accessible room the shower head only came to my shoulder. The cleanliness was okay but everything else made the price not worth it
