Staff and services were great. Unfortunately our room sat on the busy street side and sirens kept us up all nights. Bed was the most uncomfortable ive slept on. Other than that, all was fine.

All that you need - plus a little extra!
Mayflower Park is my go-to hotel downtown Seattle. I see no reason to look elsewhere, unless it's booked up. I appreciate that there is a doorperson to greet me, a refrigerator with complimentary water that is replenished daily, a bathrobe, comfortable and clean bed, and quality linens. I wish that the rooms were a bit more insulated from noise, but it's not anything out of the ordinary for such an old and historic building. Having Oliver's downstairs is an added benefit for a hot meal and a nice cocktail after a long day, and having room service as an option is a great feature too.

Mayflower Hotel
Older hotel but very comfortable and elegant. Downtown and a few blocks from Pike’s Market. Nice restaurant for breakfast and a bar that had a nice ambiance. I would definitely stay here again even though more modern hotels nearby. Close to monorail if wanted to go around town.

Early checkin was available. The property has an entrance to the mall inside, which was super convenient. Monorail to the space needle is accesible without getting out to the street which is extremely convenient too. Overall the hotel is charming, clean, comfortable, with a convenient location and good staff. We loved our stay. Perfect place for Seattle downtown.

Great hotel close to everything. It has an old world charm when life was simple. Is it brand new no, is it run down absolutely not. My friends and I loved the two bathrooms in our room. We were able to shower and get ready without having to wait on each other. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends alike.

It's very well centered and the options for getting around are great. The light rail station is around the corner and you can use that to get to the train station, stadiums, airport. You're close to the market a lots of dinning options. Very friendly staff. The only negative was some mildue buildup in the bathroom, but apart from that great location And hotel

Absolutely Wonderful Stay
If you’re coming to Seattle you should stay here! What a wonderful hotel. It was our first time to the city and probably the best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The location itself is convenient to the Light Rail and the Monorail with a quick 5 minute walk to Pike Place. The location felt safe at all hours also. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful, I think his name was Robert or maybe David. He seemed to have an infectious passion for his work and the property. Our room itself was very clean and nice. Very nice amenities and housekeeping came every day and did a wonderful job. The restaurants downstairs were very classy and beautiful. The prices are a bit high so be aware, but the food and convenience are well worth it and the service was impeccable. We would 10/10 stay at Mayflower Park again.

Love the preservation of history at this hotel. We chose third property due to its proximity to SAM and other sights. As far as the surroundings, the general decline of Seattle is not this or any hotel’s fault, but it does affect how folks feel upon visiting. Please update the ports/chargers/tech in the rooms.

Convenient location to walk from to Pike place market and monorail was around the corner. Hotel is older and rooms smaller than expected but staff was great and insides nice. No self parking ,valet parking only at the time.

I would never stay here again.
The 9.4 (Exceptional) rating is a LIE. If you're going to read any reviews, read this one. If you have low standards, this is your place. If you like throwing away $45 US/night on "valet parking" (at an unsecured, outside lot, blocks away), this is your hotel. If recently renovated means dirty carpets, loose and uneven wall fixtures, and very old style, this could be the place for you. The reviews are not honest. I stayed one night and after seeing this place when we first arrived, we stayed out as long as possible so we could spend the least amount of time in the room. In the morning, we woke up, packed and left.
The idea of an old hotel that had been renovated sounded great. The reviews sold us on this hotel. The reviews are fake, or severely inaccurate.

We loved this hotel! It was very beautiful! We got a suit with two queen beds and it was so nice for our family of 4! It had 2 bathrooms which i didn't realize it at the time of booking. It was within walking distance of shopping, pikes market and not bad of a walk to space needle. If you don't want to walk to space needle there is tran just a few feet away from hotel you can take.

This property is an excellent location in terms of walking distance to main attractions in Seattle. We were able to walk to Pike Place market lumen Field, as well as the climate, pledge Arena.

We appreciate the little fridge and the little coffee maker.
Uggrade to a bigger coffee maker would be nice.
Insonorisation could be better, we could hear the snoring person next door… Despite that, we had a great stay.

Very nice traditional hotel in a convenient location in the heart of Seattle. The room was perfect for a short stay. With the exception of the bartender, staff were all very helpful, gracious and friendly. The bartender wasn’t terrible, it’s just that it would have been easy for him (Connor) to go from fine to great with just a bit of an effort to be outgoing.

Wonderful stay at the Mayflower. Charming and loved the old style feel. Walking distance to Pikes Market and other restaurants. Parking was the only difficult part, the only option is to park In the garage next to the building and walk with all of our suitcases or use valet.

Visited Seattle for the first time in 20 years. This lovely charming hotel was centrally located to everything. We found a gem!
It was quiet at night and pur room provided a small view of the relaxed Seattle street life. Clean and exactly what we expect.

There was a protest going on and I couldn't get to the hotel. The hotel staff member stayed on line with me and gave very clear directions on how to get to the hotel - bless him. I should have called 40 minutes earlier!!!

The most charming hotel! 5 stars all around.
The most charming, lovely hotel. It had more of a cozy home feel than the usual hotel chain feel of other hotels. Extremely quiet for being right downtown, immaculate, comfortable bed and bedding and the most friendly, helpful parking valet. We had a delicious burger right there at Oliver’s Lounge. Our new favorite hotel in Seattle. Mayflower has my highest recommendation and we will definitely be back!

The hotel has a unique rustic-y decor, very beautiful. Room was spacious.
The staff were a bit rude…the guy at check-in seemed disinterested in helping us. Not friendly, no smiles.
Despite getting a “deluxe king room”, we were put on the second floor. The other room was fourth floor with a view of a sort of an air conditioner box. Hopefully this review helps someone decide where to stay.

This was our second stay at the Mayflower. It is definitely our preferred hotel. Older but beautifully furnished and maintained. Staff have always been more than helpful. It is very convenient for public transportation. We had an excellent breakfast every morning of our stay.

Very nice historical hotel. It’s very well maintained. Staff is super courteous and went above and beyond for me when my doordash order didn’t include eating utensils or napkins. Would definitely stay there again. Also a great location not far from anything you’d want to do.

My first time visiting Seattle and the location of this hotel was perfect! Close walking distance to Pike Market and all sorts of good restaurants. It’s also attached to a little mall with a Nordstrom Rack store.
Also, we attended a Kraken Hockey game and the monorail is also attached to the hotel, so super convenient transportation to Seattle Center (Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, Pop Culture Museum)

Wonderful place to stay in Seattle
Great hotel. It’s older than some of the other hotels in the area but that also brings with it lots of charm and character. Rooms very clean. Both front desk and housekeeping very friendly. Excellent location convenient to the convention center and Pikes market. Also really enjoyed Oliver’s as a nice place to wind down the day.

The Mayflower is a great place, perfect location to walk to Pike Place Market, Enterprise Rental Car a block away, and the monorail nearby to get to the Chihuly Glass Center and the Space Needle. The Andaluca Restaurant has a delicious paella and more. Nice menu!

The Mayflower Park is a lovely old hotel in the heart of Seattle which has aged beautifully… The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfy, clean and very attractive. Glad we stayed here.

Wonderful hotel ver centrally located within walking distance of pikes place and also the monorail to the space needle.

Remember this hotel is very old. If you are looking for modern deco, etc, this is not it. We happen to like older vs new, so we really liked it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the hotel is sketchy and I would not encourage venturing out late at night.
