They kept the rooms clean while we were there! When we went for an outing and came back the room was just like it was when we first arrived. Great location and staff was really nice! I will definitely book again!

There was only one grab bar and that was positioned to help individuals in and out of the tub. Additional grab bars are necessary for those who shower.
The toilet is too low; I had to grab the door handle in order to pull me up. Also, it was so low the body parts were in the "water".
You should be notified at check in that maid service is only every other day.

The room was dirty and run down feeling, very out dated, sink cabinet was broken, hair dryer didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t lock, rust around the front door, sheets were old, rug was very worn down. It was very late and we did not have it in us to change hotels. We had a 2nd night booked which we did not keep, and we went to another hotel. Tried to get refunded for the 2nd night and we are still awaiting word and haven’t heard anything. Would commend not to stay here.

Staff at from desk was very rude to me and gave me the wrong room and gave another guest the same room as me that entered the room while I was there. It was not pleasant.

For the price it was a decent hotel. Needs a little work, but nothing that bothered me. Except the sink facet was loose. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Nicely surprised that they cleaned the room after the 1st night. Most hotels now just clean every 2 - 3 days. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK. 2nd day we went out for breakfast.

Definitely a good deal
Comfortable Bed, very nice towels. Very good free breakfast. Only issue was a couple of very small things on the carpet that should have been cleaned up from previous guest.

I have to say i stayed here for around 45 days and its not cheap for the quality of the hotel at around 120 perday , any how everything was ok until it wasn’t reception’s and management super rude and discriminatory… i filed a complaint and got asked to leave for doing so

The location was convenient, close to shopping, and restaurants.
The cleaning lady never came to our room, we had to go to the front desk to change our towels, the washer and dryer were out of order, and the hot water made a loud grinding noise when turned on. We dumped our own trash and the cleaning lady was very rude to my son-in-law, when he asked for clean towels. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and they wanted to charge $50 dollars to check in 30 minutes early. The blanket looked as if it had not been washed since the hotel opened. You need to purchase new towels.

1st thing I noticed is that the toilet seat was loose from the base of the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. And we can hear the pipes from other bedrooms through our walls. Luckily it did not interfere with our sleep. The hotel was convenient for us because it was close to what we were planning to do the next day we only spent one night in the room.

My first room had used condoms behind couch found out cause my daughter toy fell back there and I had to threw it away. Got a second room which I had to get queen there was no more kings and the heat didn't work in my second room so overall it was a bad stay

It a good experience. Check in was at 3pm, at 4.30pm it was still not ready. For to room was so heavy on hat my older kids even had problem opened no it. Shower made so much noice that it was almost impossible to take a shower.

I have stayed at aeveral Quality Inns and this one was the most disappointing. The room was clean but had an unpleasant odor. Also the suposed breakfast was the worst ice experienced

Not money worth
At check in, the lady charge my first card and say it did not get thru. Strange. I gave her a second card. Did not get thru either!. I gave her a 3rd card and finally was good!. I checked my card accounts and BOTH charges were there! I called the credit card company and they told me that the HOTEL had to cancel the charge at their end. I went 5 times to the front desk, different persons and NO ONE seems to know what I was talking about! Now I am stock with $1,200 charges on my credit cards that I was supposed to use during my vacations! Even at check out, one day earlier!
The front desk clerk, (could be the owner) made the adjustment for the night, but still there is nothing showing in my bank account!
So NOW, I need to WAIT till all the banks, and the Hotel, submit their charges and credits to see and call the credit card company to make a request!
ROOM
Regarding the room (128), it was dirty and old. We had to be changed the third night since the A/C stop working! Even the man who went to check the A/C suggested that SOMEONE damage the A/C! At least room 113 was much decent.
BREAKFAST
No even closed to the word HOT. The only hot thing there (not hot, warm) it was some sausages!. The rest was waffles, pre-packed rolls, bread and couple of beagles. juices, bananas and mandarins and cold eggs!
DEFINITELLY, will not recommend this hotel.

Room was disgusting. Mini fridge was out of place, there was human discharge on one of the chairs in the room, multiple dead cockroaches, bathroom wasn’t even finished looked like they were in the middle of renovating. WILL NEVER BE STAYING HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I stayed in room 102. At the time of opening the door of the room only one key of the two worked and I had to go back and get the key reactivated it also happened the second day with both of the keys at that time. The room smelled a little like cigarettes the ceiling were in bad shaped and showing their age same with the bathroom. By the time we took shower the plumbing and hot water sounded like the pipes were gonna burst. Too loud of a noise we thought of changing rooms but, you could here other Rooms having the same plumbing issue by the end of day 2 we found a lilttle roach. We didn’t complaint for the fact that if we get a different room we could be in a worst situation I will not recommend this motel for ppl with kids felt a little unsafe at night time. The bed and pillow were comfortable carpets and courting were a little stained.

I liked the fact that the staff was willing to work and make things better. The problem was that each room that I was given, was very filthy. Carpet was so stained and room were very smelly. Another room had a problem with closing the door. I would close it and remove the key, and could still be opened, very unsafe! Another one had blood stains on the curtain, I asked to have the curtains replaced, but the room had to be vacated. It is such a shame to have this hotel called Quality Inn, when there is no quality in it. The hotel needs to be remodeled and all rugs and curtains removed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable bed but not a great stay
We were checked-in to a room with a disassembled toilet, as if it was being worked on. The room we moved to had an assembled toilet but it didn't flush properly. The staff seemed mostly bothered when they were needed. The beds were comfortable so we slept well, but, overall, our two nights weren't great for the money.

Asked for non-smoking, but we could smell it. Moved too another room. The ceiling looked like a pimple-faced teenager above the beds and in the bathroom. Towel holder falling off wall. Mold near ceiling in bathroom. Toilet bowl "shifts" and hits the back wall when sitting. Sink would not drain.

I liked that the hotel was close to my event, however, the room was a mess. The sink area wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hair clippings around the sink. There were several stains on the walls. We normally do not leave reviews, but we hope that the hotel will use this information for future guests.

It would have been okay for my husband and I passing through but not for a long weekend with the kids. Kind of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot. Rooms were okay not the cleanest just because they are old. Shower head needs to go up another 8 inches.
