$50 holding fee for damages was a surprise. No bags were in the trash cans in the rooms. I had the handicapped accessible room but that doesn’t mean water should run over the bathroom floor. The suite was a nice size and we really liked the blackout curtains.

Too Noisy
I stayed on the 1st floor and the noise was absolutely unacceptable. You could here people talking, laughing and yelling in the hallway and main entrance as they had some type of business event. I didnt end up going to bed until 2am and woke up at 5:30 with the same sounds.

Hotel is new and beautiful but was not super clean, 2 inch of dust in the room or the bathroom. I had to wash my hands after touching the hair dryer! Pillows are not comfortable. Staff are rude and not welcoming

Cambria Fans!
Had a change in travel plans and decided on Cambria at the last minute. We travel a lot, but have never stayed at this chain. It went way beyond expectation! Check-in with Teresa was delightful and the room was exactly what we were looking for in terms of comfort and amenities. Will definitely seek out Cambria hotels in the future, but this location in particular was top-notch!

I was disappointed to be charges an early check in fee when I have stayed at this hotel previously and told them that I will be back again.

Nice hotel in Greenville SC
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Hotel has a great bar which serves food. Plenty of choices. Courtney, the woman tending bar as well as taking care of food orders is delightful and so friendly. We make this trip yearly and will stay here again.

Unfortunately the AC was not working and the Manager told me to reset the thermostat but that then not help. The average temp in the room that evening was above 75 degrees.

Great experience!
My entire experience was great. I love the fact that the shower head is on the opposite end of where the shower handle is. I love the sliding doors in the room as well. I had no idea where i was going to stay on my first visit to Greenville. I chose a nice area. I didn't want to be too far from Downtown, I was near a great shopping area. This was a solo trip and it felt good.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean. There was a party in the conference rooms that ended about 9:30 (very reasonable), but the floors aren’t insulated enough for the entertainment.

This hotel had friendly employees and very modern rooms. We loved the Bluetooth mirror and lounge by the window. The pool was nice. The patio by the pool was great. There is no continental breakfast but they do have snacks for sale and a restaurant inside.

First time here…nice hotel tucked away from the noise. Room was spacious and clean…bed was too soft for my liking. Bath was large, bright and clean. Lobby and bar area are open and quite nice. Staff was super friendly.

Cambria's staff was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The room was nice, but the Bluetooth speaker inside the bathroom mirror was somewhat of a disturbance. Overall, Cambria is a great hotel that met our expectations.

This is a great choice for a variety of travelers. Spotless, modern and comfortable, excellent workout facility. Staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Very nice breakfast for a fee. We will stay here every time we are in the area. Walk to Whole Foods and easy access to major arteries.

the hotel was amazing, check in was a bit slow it both employees were working as fast as they could.
The downstairs when you walk in was beautiful and love the design.
The room was clean, comfortable to stay in. Felt new, cared for , they care about the appearance of the hotel, the rooms , and overall was a amazing stay.

What a great hotel. Beautiful, clean, so many amenities and staff is super helpful. Always helpful with smiles on their faces. 24 hour coffee, 24 hour market with snacks and drinks, a nice bar, grill, pool with social area to gather around a nice warm fire pit. Workout room and lots of gathering areas. The room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator and microwave in each room. The only issue I could see if my elderly parents were staying there was the modern shower glass wall. The shower is gorgeous but the shower head is at the end of the walk in and there is no closure. So where you soap up never gets the shower water to rinse. I’m sure they clean it but while you are showering that area is very slippery and there is no bar to grab onto. Other than that, great stay for us and we will be back. Oh plenty of parking for $5 day too.

Everything was great in the hotel.. But they charge a $5 parking fee which seems odd because it is not in a big city. It made the hotel feel cheap.

They charged for everything. They advertise for a specific rate but charge to park in the hotel parking lot ( nuts. They also charge for a late checkout, something no hotel does. They can nickel and dime someone else. We will not be staying there again. Find another hotel.

My wife in I wanted a day away and chose this place. I was scared because I didn’t not know anything about it. I was extremely pleased with it. It Definitely gave me luxury hotel vibes. It was extremely affordable and had everything you needed right there. We were literally minutes away from downtown which made it so much easier to go and come. I don’t get paid to right reviews and honestly never right them but I felt like this would help someone on the fence with booking this hotel. Congratulations on making a great decision in advance

You could hear the TV from the joining rooms as if it was your TV. The rooms were hot. Seems like thermostat wouldnt have unit turn on to get cold. Had thermostat at 65 and room was over 70 the whole time. You get charged for parking and a 20 dollar deposit.

I reserved the hotel stay for two nights due to business. The court date was postponed and I live out of town. I am very disappointed that the hotel did not reimburse me for the hotel stay due to this schedule was not my fault. I called the hotel with the explanation and refused. I would have understood not refunding one night, but both nights is ridiculous. I will not stay here ever again and will share my experience with other colleagues. I have numerous business partners and I am sure they will not reserve at your hotel

I didnt like that the bar was not open during our stay and it was very noisey on the top floors there was a constant knock throughout the night that kept us awake for most of the night!
