The staff was awesome and the location of the hotel is very convenient. But the shower had no hot water! That should be enough said, but property management did not make an effort to fix this during our stay. I will never plan to book here again.

Great stay, staff and breakfast.
The hotel was going through a renovation but it was good. The updates to the hotel is great. It is right next to a Walmart so getting anything was a breeze. The check in staff was super helpful and so nice. Great job. The room was very clean, comfortable breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy and so much more. Great stay,

Room needed bathroom overhaul. Sliding glass door come off hinges. Temperature control of shower when turning to hot will slip to max hot just by the weight of the handle. Bathroom ceiling peeling and discolored. Air conditioning did not turn on.
People were friendly especially the front desk staff. Breakfast was good.

Needs some updating. $1200 for 2 nights. If you are going to take advantage of parents and price gouge, then Offer something for it. Put real glasses in the room. Have some USB outlets. Replace light bulbs.

The receptionist was friendly and check in was a breeze. My room was clean, but was in poor condition. The bathroom ceiling has been leaking, furniture was in rough shape, and overall needed significant maintenance.

Staff was genuinely so kind, literally everyone. The food smelt lovely though I didn’t get a chance to try it. The hotel was walking distance from quite a few stores and food options with safe walking routes. Would recommend anyone to stay and will have this hotel saved when I come back again in a few weeks. Thank you so much!!

This hotel is in a really convenient location. However the parking lot is extremely small and the Walmart next door was under construction so parking was awkward and seemed a little unsafe. The front desk staff was nice enough but they didn’t seem to care about much. They told us to park in the EV charging spots if no one was there. Seemed a bit rude if anyone with an EV car would have showed up. The smoking area was right by the front doors and the smell lingered into the lobby area. The room was clean enough. The ice machine never worked for us on our floor. Overall just an OK experience.

The hotel was mostly clean but needed a bit updating. The staff was VERY helpful. The only complaint is the cost. We paid over $200 per room. At that price I would expect to get a full breakfast. It was $8.95. Luckily the reception staff gave us coupons for the breakfast.

I have stayed at this location before, but on a different floor. Bed was great, that's one of the main reasons I stay at these properties.
I noticed this time, that there were a lot of truckers, smokers (outside) and I had to park in the over flow with the truckers.
A different vibe while visiting and staying at this location.

Only issue I had was with breakfast, we were supposed to get 3 free breakfast and only got 2. $25 for six french toast sticks and 3 pieces of bacon. Rest of stay was nice. Convenient to everything

The location is convenient, lots nearby to shop/eat. The hotel needs updating. Lobby furniture stained and worn out. Uncomfortable beds, some grout mold in shower. Room otherwise clean. Good coffee. It was a easy to get to VT. Good not great or excellent hotel. But acceptable.

Appreciate the attention given by Bella as she was checking us in. She went the extra mile throughout our stay to address us via name and ask how our stay was going and also wished us well on our trip home. Attention to detail was superb.

The room seemed clean, but a little worn. Tattered carpet at entrance to the bathroom. Also appeared that curtain rod had been removed or damaged at some point with old screw holes still visible. No patching or painting

The room was clean, comfortable and large. Common areas are showing signs of wear (pool scum, air conditioner dripping in fitness center). Weekend rate was somewhat high. But location, cleanliness, and amenities like breakfast and lobby coffee mean we will not hesitate to stay again.

The plain truth.
When i showed up i was given a basic room when i paid for upgraded, they fixed it. The hot water was at best lukewarm, that made a quick shower. After prepaying for a hot breakfast, it was just terrible.

For the most part like any other holiday Inn, but few things that bothered me.
Shower not hot & lack of water pressure.
Breakfast, not good. Noise insolation sucked, windows would shake when a car with loud music would pass by. I recorded the noise and called the front desk. She gave me the impression that nothing she can do about it but thankfully did not experience that at night, just during the day. Fitness center was closed too and pool floor looked bad, didn’t look appealing to jump in at all.

Not sure why people rave about this average hotel.
It was fine but needs some updating. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the phone was so dirty and gross I didn’t want to touch it even though the TV didn’t work and I’d wanted to call the front desk to notify them. Also not sure I trust how clean the couch was. But other than all that kind of wear and tear, the towels and sheets were clean overall.

When i walked up to check in the lady at the desk was on her phone taking care of personal business, making plans for after work. I told her i had to check in. After a while she just left. Another lady saw me standing there and came up. Her badge said housekeeping. She tried to help but said the other lady had to complete the check in. While she was there another guy came up and he was able to finish the process.
There were four of staying in the room but they only had three towels in the room. I went back down the next day to get an additional towel the same desk clerk was down there on her phone again. Had to wait for her to finish with her personal business to get help. She looked for a towell but she said they didnt have any. She said she would have one sent up. It never came that day. Had to go back down the next day to get one. Once agian she was on her phone. I did get the towel though.

On a multi-college campus tour with three teenagers, hitting half a dozen areas during the week, and this Holiday Inn was easily the best value stay we experienced. Very clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. Lexus was incredibly helpful at check-in, the staff at breakfast were great, and the front desk staff very pleasant at checkout. Very highly recommended, and a great value. Would absolutely stay here again.

The general geographic location was good as a stopover - that's the only good thing. Probably the worst Holiday Inn I've stayed at. The 'a' light in the sign being out should have been a clue.
Checking in took 10 min standing waiting at the desk while the attendant was on phone with someone - I didn't mind the wait too much, but just got a "Name?" from the person after that wait, not even a "Welcome" or "Apologies for the wait". Also she said we didn't have the optional paid breakfast even though I'd paid for it - only after I pushed back that I definitely paid for it through Expedia did she provide the coupon (again, not comment - just handed it over). The person needs some coaching in customer service.
Room was little dirty, some hair on one of the beds and some food crumbs on the chair. The sofas in the lobby were also visibly dirty.
I got a bit of a shady vibe from parking spots further away from the entrance; luckily no issues with our car though.
Overall I was quite disappointed, given the generally excellent experience at other Holiday Inn properties.

Extremely comfy bed!
We had a very clean room with an amazing bed. Coffee in the room. Continental breakfast free, but hot items (sausage, eggs, etc.) cost about $9 extra.

Nice beds, dated hotel.
The hotel is quite dated. The beds are great and the room was big. There were several restaurants in walking distance. The foyer looked old, but the staff were friendly. The breakfast was OK. Quite expensive for the area.

Parking was awful. Basically in a Walmart parking lot. Poor drop off area. Room was not ready at 3:00. Desk clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. Exercise room was closed. Won’t stay here again.

We always love visiting this hotel. Convenience to everything. Nice bar and pool. The only thing that wasn't pleasant this time is housekeeping was very loud in early morning and came into our room before we even checked out.

Lexus and Frances (two employees at the Holiday Inn) were absolutely amazing. We had the meeting room for our son's VT Graduation dinner. Lexus made the process extremely easy and Frances was the best host! They both completely understand customer service! I give them high regards!
However, our room smelled of smoke (in a non-smoking hotel) - the staff gave us spray but it did not help. The hotel was booked so there was no other rooms open which was disappointing because the smell was awful.
