Just an okay place to stay
So we got there after 6 pm to check in and the room wasn't ready. Even though normal check in time is 3 pm. The staff made some BS excuse about previous guests and offered nothing for us having to wait. The room was nice, spacious and clean. But the bed was way too hard and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was fair at best.

My stay here was awesome. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was in the process of moving and my husband and I were driving a huge 26ft uhual and the staff gave us no issues when it came to parking the truck in a corner of the parking lot and they accommodated us when we arrived an hour early. I would highly recommend staying here. We had an extremely positive stay and the room was very clean!

My room smelled like old urine. The ente4rance looked fine, clean and well lit. The floors had a great polish. My only real complaint was with how my room smelled.
I was not impressed with the breakfast.For free it wasn't terrible but I would rather have spent money someplace else. The breakfast sausage was over cooked to the point it could have been used for hockey pucks. It was all standard stuff but it was better than an apple with a bowl of oatmeal. One thing that really bothered me was the omelet. It's just a personal thing really but why do they all need peppers?

Construction going on next door. There is also a $25.00 security (?) deposit when checking in. Although I can hear the woman sneezing next door the room was comfy. A knock at the door at 9 a.m. and a staff member let herself in to my room almost immediately saying ‘oh, I was told you checked out.Sorry’

Newer hotel. Modern. Nice staff--kudos to MULAY (sp) at front desk.
Cleaning staff should NOT be cleaning rooms at 8:15 in morning which wakes up others who are sleeping and/or have not checked out!
Desk in room had sticky substance on it. I had to clean the surface before I could work. AC takes several minutes to kick on, then after it reaches maximum speed, it's loud. Otherwise, we loved the night light in bathroom, accent lighting in living room, and comfortable bed. And FINALLY a hotel who understands black-out/light-blocking shades to keep out morning light! Yah!

Staff was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my friend. Shower was dirty and had someone else’s hair in it. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning products to take a shower because I didn’t want to complain about it and then have to wait for them to change my room. Floor smelled like sour as if there was some sort of water damage.

Poor handicap location
Hotel was very good, except location which was 2nd room from end of hall. A handicap accessible room was requested since both of us are mobility handicapped. Since we were there due a death in the family, we did not have the ability or time to relocate. The extra walking was painful.

Bed was very high and bed topper was very soft so it was hard to get in and out of or roll over. The bath and shower were quite large but the wall separating the toilet And sink were a very hard substance with very sharp edges that if you slipped and fell against it, you might get quite hurt.
Breakfast was quite nice and very clean.

Very disappointing stay. I didn’t expect luxury from this hotel but I did expect competent staff and clean rooms. Unfortunately, neither of those expectations was met. The shower had mildew all over the caulk and stains on the floor (and there was no hot water in the shower at all.) When we got in bed the first night we realized there was a stain on the sheets. We called the front desk to ask to have the sheets changed the next day as well as towels replaced (we were told at check-in that these services were available upon request.) When we came back to the hotel the next evening, the bed was still unmade and unchanged, there were a few towels replaced but not a full set, and there were disgusting drops of brown liquid in multiple places on the floor, as well as a new stain on the carpet. We went to the front desk right away and were told there was nothing they could do to clean our room since housekeeping had left for the night. They offered us another room but we did not take it, because the shower in the new room was even worse and there was hair in the shower. We decided to go buy cleaning products and clean the brown spots in our original room ourselves. The front desk worker told us he would speak to the manager and there would be a credit on our account. When we checked out, the person working had no idea anything had happened and was not aware of a credit. We were told we’d receive a call from the manager. We have yet to receive a call.

Arrived early. Room was ready at 2:00 which was great. Staff was friendly. Went in room bathroom was still dirty. Asked that they come and clean. They did. Still was not clean. And by not clean I mean the back of the toilet lid still had feces from someone else. The toilet still was dirty from someone else. We ended up after the second time cleaning it ourselves.

Room was not ready at 230 pm when we arrived. The pool water temp was way to cold. We asked for 2 extra pillows. None were available so we had to go to walmart and buy our own
We asked on tues to have the room cleaned it finally got done on friday the day before we left. We asked for extra towels had to wait 2 days for those.
On wendnesday the hot food for breakfast was empty by 8 am no more was available.
When i spoke to the manager he seemed not really intetested in talking to me. .We had to keep asking for tissues and toilet paper
Overall For what we spent i feel there was no value for the money 2050 spent

If you’re looking for a poorly kept room that’s over priced, with lazy staff and terrible customer service this is the hotel you’re looking for. Most of my requests were ignored. I had to repeatedly ask for the same things multiple times with no service. The rooms also do not get serviced during your stay. The breakfast was terrible and one of the days there wasn’t hot breakfast at all. I went without things I needed because I asked repeatedly with nothing in return. There was also mold all over the shower. Too much!

After requesting to checkout early, I was advised by the GM, Hunter T. that I was welcome to leave, but I was going to still be charged for my 2nd night. I jad never heard of this and have been dealing with trying tovget my money back for the 2nd night for 3 days. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn. The guest services department is not helpful, they just read from a script. Ridiculous!

It could have been 5 stars besides no AC
The hotel was clean and the breakfast good. It would have been a 5 stars review if the AC in the room would have worked. We mentioned it to the reception but they said it was all full so they couldn't switch our room.
Besides having to sleep in 90+ degree temperature the rest was good. The room was clean, the staff friendly, breakfast good.

I miss the old days of cleaning
Only complaint was the hallway on my floor was a lot warmer than the lobby or even the Elevator
And can we please go back to cleaning if not cleaning just freshen up making the bed and emptying the trash. Trash buildup cannot be sanitary and you’re just inviting bugs.

The staff were so friendly and payed attention the detail.
I visited the front desk for a couple of bath towels and by the time I got back to my 3rd floor room they were there. Also I arrived to the morning breakfast at 8:59am they close at 9:00am and they kept it open for me. Thank you Holiday Inn.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff were amazing and the room was so comfy and clean and beds were nice. Felt like a home away from home! The area was nice too. We stayed here for Daytona 500 and it was a normal commute of 25 mins. Highly recommend!

Very clean, very new hotel. Walking distance to stores restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping was by request only, which nobody mentioned at checkin. Breakfast was very early on the weekends. Understand during the week, but wish it went until 10 on Saturday and Sunday.

Everything was bright, clean and shiny, however there were two things that lowered my overall rating from excellent to average. First, there were signs stating that masks were required, but none of the staff was wearing them. And second, the water in the shower never got hot. It was warm and tolerable, but I like hot. Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel.
