Will never stay at this hotel again 🙄
The bed was super uncomfortable and mattress was as hard as a rock! The morning that we checked out the guy at the front desk was rude; he ignored me and continued talking to a fellow employee! I asked if they sold sweet tea and he told me I would hv to look myself. My hands were full and I couldn’t reach into the drink cooler. He was not friendly at all!

The hotel was attractive. , spacious, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The only thing I would advise is to take your own pillows. The bed is comfortable, and the blankets are cozy., but the pillows were just flat. Everything was excellent.

Wonderful, very clean except for outside the smoking collector had ashes everywhere but I don’t smoke so it’s not my thing. Staff was excellent very friendly. Very nice hotel!

Nice but room for improvement
Room was clean and comfortable but hair conditioner was empty upon arrival and even after removing it to make sure it was glaringly obvious that it needed to be replaced, housekeeping still ignored it.
Water temperature never seemed to get quite hot enough.
Most electrical outlets in the room were installed upside down. I guess that’s just a pet peeve for me.
I could hear a lot of road noise from the nearby traffic.

Parking great / FULL breakfast was fantastic; my compliments to the chef ladies, $5 tip all 3 mornings we were there ... will probably change Dr's stays every 1-2 wks from 'Aloft' and other Lady St Hotel for past 2 yrs if fiscal concessions approve ... my wife has 4 Dr & I have 3 ... we live 80 miles away; therefore, we try to schedule/coincide appts in 2-3 day visits & stays... Thanks again for a most enjoyable week ... it made our lifelong friend's funeral much more bearable than anticipated. Sincerely, J. Kelley Fairey

Outrageous pet fee hardly “pet friendly”
A surprise $75 pet fee was outrageous. I saw no indication of this fee on website. I shopped for a pet friendly hotel and was pleased that Hampton Inn, which I prefer, welcomed pets. I can understand some pet fee but over 50% of the price of the room is ridiculous. I would have chosen another hotel

Hampton Inn was very convenient to a venue where we were attending a party. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was up to date and very clean. Parking lot was very well lit. Will stay there again if we are back in the area.

Stayed again but brought my daughter and grand daughter. We had a great stay but i would suggest having no slip surface in shower as it was very slippery and my granddaughter fell and hit her head. Everyone was very friendly.

Great location for going to Savannah, but property has a smell as you walk into the room. Beds are comfortable but bathrooms, showers especially need to be renovated.
The rooms are super dark, they need to freshen them up. Great place if you can get over the smell for one night.

They were power washing the outside of hotel and the Clorox smell was coming inside of the rooms. I called the front desk and the answer I got was “Do you want me to move you?” I said no I want them to stop it was 6pm. I don’t know if she understood what I was even saying.

Unfortunately they are pet friendly. Which is fine in Itself, but a barking dog unattended in the room next to us didn’t stop barking from 7:00 pm to after 9:30 when we finally had to request a new room the night before we had to be at the airport for a5:30 flight
