Great for the price
The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. The hotel is in a great location, and in a decent part of the city. The breakfast was tasty, but limited after 8 AM due to short staffing for cooks, so definitely go early if you want all thats offered for breakfast. I got my security deposit back 5 days after we left for future reference, which I believe it says 3-5 days so that's okay. Overall I'm glad I stayed here.

Great hotel!
Brennen was very nice. I was traveling with my bike and he was kind enough to let us check in early since there was a room available so I had a place to store my bike safely. The staff there very nice all around and the room was well decorated and very clean and lots of space Definitely will stay there again!

I didn’t care for the random folk sitting on the bench outside hotel. They looked shady. Other than that nice people working there. Oh and the breakfast should be extended by 30 minutes. Seemed like the person handling that area was trying to cut out early.

Quiet location, easy check in, seemed clean and well kept. Small issues included ice machine on 2nd floor removed, hot tub dirty and not working, and a/c was not working in lobby area. Our room itself was good other than pillows seemed less comfortable than previous stays at IHG properties.
Overall a pretty good value on a place that offered what we needed.

Friendly people that work there. The spa was nasty and there was dirty and wet towels left around the pool area. You walked in the front desk at felt like the ac was not working. I felt sorry for the people that work in the front because all they had was a fan to keep them cool.

Our check-in was very easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating when we asked to be able to switch rooms to the upper floor. The hotel staff we encountered during our brief stay we’re all very friendly and efficient.

I reserved a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, the mattress on the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting!! I pulled out and when I saw the thin mattress there were brown stains where you laid your head, coffee machine in room didn't work, room only had 2 full size towels and when I reserved I advised 4 people would be staying, I asked for extra towels and was told there wasn't any and the worst part was reserving another night and was going to use another parties credit card but for some reason not knowing what the hell they were doing they charged my credit card an additional $177 and I sure wasn't expecting that!! Then the last night I stayed people in the room above me were stomping on the floor until really late in the evening. After my trip I guarantee I will not be back at this location!! After complaining I was even told the manager would call me but surprise I never received any call or accomadation for any kind of inconvenience!! Very disappointed ☹️😞☹️

Worst hotel stay ever. Whole family stayed up all night due to poor mattresses. I told the property manager for a refund but they did not listen and did not consider it a problem. I would not recommend this place

Ac unit had a clicking noise when it would kick on. Room was by the exit door which we could hear open through out the night, early morning. Restroom sink had a slow drain. Swimming pool water looked dirty.

so so stay
we had some trouble finding a solution to assist my disabled husband. we asked for a tub mat, which after quite a bit of time, found out they did not have. one associate offered us a crib mattress to use in the shower. the towel rack in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. there was a bottlecap on the floor in our room, and another one in the hallway. the one in the hallway was there for then entire 5 days we were there.

Our stay was great, the suite was a good size, the hotel was clean, perfect location for our trip, the breakfast was good, and all the staff was nice. My only complaint was we had to ask for housekeeping twice. The first time nobody came and the second day they finally did towards the end of the day. But besides that it was a great stay.

Great staff, our room was very spacious and very clean. The only downsides were that our TV did not work, and there was a slight wet carpet smell in our room. Otherwise, we got this room for a great rate, and it was very comfortable and clean.

Not the hotels fault but people running up and down the hall, slamming doors and just making tons of noise until 11pm when we finally went to front desk and got a room change. Second room we got smelled
A little like big spray but did t care by that point. Had the usual toiletries but also had shampoo/conditioner/body soap in larger bottles on wall of shower.

I really liked everything, the staff were very nice, the front desk lady was really nice and ready to help in any kind of way. The rooms were cleaned and big. And i really liked was the breakfast, it had scramble eggs, biscuits, cereals, oatmeal, pancakes, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Me and my family liked it.

Excellent except for maintenance issues
The blind fell when operating the chain and hit my wife on the wrist. There was an electric cord that ran to a lamp held together with painters tape not electrical tape. This could have caused a fire. My safety as well as my family and all the families that stay are more important than using that type of tape.

The clerk was very friendly when we arrived. All of the staff was courteous. The property is located 20 minutes from downtown Austin and you do not have any tolls. The pool and spa were great at the end of the day. And the breakfast included in the price of our stay was delicious. And we did not have to pay for parking.

Fantastic stay!
From the minute we walked in we knew our stay would be great. Check in was quick and the receptionist was so friendly! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Extra bedding for the foldout bed was delivered promptly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Don't believe the reviews, things have changed.
I'm surprised this hotel had such good reviews it must be pre-pandemic. Where to start. We had to switch rooms because the fridge in our room was leaking. The card to access room stopped working the second day. The breakfast area was frequently out of items such as orange juice. The hottub and pool were filled with leaves and bugs and there were no towels set out. There is no regular room service, you have to request it... You want clean towels or trash emptied, kick rocks... The shower curtain would not stay in place because the bar was bent. I could keep going but you get the point.

This hotel has clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and offered great suggestions for tacos. The breakfast included fresh fruit and Greek yogurt so I was able to get a healthy start to the day. Breakfast was over at 9:30 am, which is too early for a place like Austin during SCSW. The parking was easy and there was plenty of shopping available. I was comfortable and safe.

The room was nice and big, clean and comfy. The property was clean, quiet and felt safe. The staff was friendly and awesome. My only complaint was the fire alarm being tested out of nowhere and scaring my autistic child, a warning would have solved that issue. Other than that, a great week long stay in Austin.

Our four day stay was wonderful. Staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, we had great breakfast choices and the bed were really comfortable. Overall this is a great hotel and we will be using it again when we go to Austin.

Overall it was an okay stay. We had to ask for linens for the sofa bed as non were In the room. Our key cards stopped working and had to get new ones. The breakfast was all bread, no protein. But the staff was nice. We o my dealt with 1 Guy the whole time we was there and he was nice and helpful. The location was good, but could have stayed closer to the venue for the amount of money we paid.

Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The hotel was nice and it was clean. Not super modern but comfortable and everyone we dealt with was friendly. The breakfast was ok. My biggest complaint was our coffee maker in the room didn't work and they didn't offer coffee in the common area. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

Labor day stay
It was a great hotel to stay at for a few days, very clean and pretty quiet until we had people above us running and stomping at all times of the night. Of course that was not the Hotel's fault but we did let them know and they said they would talk to them. Overall great stay will use again.

Cockroach and smoking
The staff was very helpful but they were understaffed! Our first room- settled in and then a huge coachroach crawled up the wall and disappeared behind a dresser and the panel to the school was broken. We got a new room- and it smelled like a smoker had just stayed there. It’s a non smoking hotel. We were too tired to move again. The breakfast- half the options weren’t available because the machines were broken.

The staff was amazing the entire stay. Clean rooms very nice area and my family of 5 would definitely stay there again. The only issue, which was for everyone’s protection I suppose was that breakfast was only cereal muffins and microwave breakfast sandwich. We were grateful and we are looking forward to the old breakfast which was a bit more filling. All in all it was a great experience at this Holiday Inn express. Thanks Jasmine for the great accommodations!!!

Room wasn’t too bad. Booked the hotel because of the pool for the kids. Pool wasn’t clean at all and when we asked the associate at the hotel about just got rudeness about it. Wasn’t up to expectations at all.
