The room itself gets 5 stars, wonderful and would stay again for the room. Front desk attendant was on her phone when I came in, and acted like I was a bother. I had called her previously also to arrange airport transportation and she acted the same. One elevator was out of service with a huge electrical wire hanging over the top of the working one, not feeling that. Can't commit on any other amenities as was only present 4 short hours before flying out at 3 am.

Room was clean and spacious. Parking was included and it was easy and convenient. At the time, the area was covered in a heavy fog, so can't report about the area. However, I had no problem with noise.

Noisy and inconsiderate Cleaners broken elevators
Check in was fine. Room in the fourth floor. One of the elevators was out with a fencing around it. The room was fine, clean, well appointed. Internet worked well. The problem was the second ( and only elevator ) broke so we had to slug up four floors with a baby stroller and bags from shopping. The next morning the cleaning staff set up out of our door and bumped into our door, knocking the door and the walls and carrying in laughing and talking loudly at 8:00 AM. My wife opened the door saying because if travel some people were trying to sleep, they were rude and snotty and carried on without respect or concern. Went down stairs for the breakfast at 9:00 AM ( giving up on trying to get some rest ) we arrived, no coffee. Told the check out staff member about the rude and inconsiderate cleaning staff and there was not real apology. The Fairfield Sea Tac was all in all not a great experience. There are plenty of other options…….. check those out !

a/c was cold which was great, bathroom toilet flushing was incredibly loud especially in the middle of the night if used, should try to fix that, hotel is very close to Sea-Tac and park/fly options, has a free breakfast, and within walking distance to a number of restaurant options

Difficult to see off the road because it sits back aways so just pull into the Holiday Inn parking lot and you will find it.

This was a very quick but enjoyable stay for my family. We were given options of rooms which was very thoughtful and they accommodate adding a playpen to the room for my baby. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel was very well kept.

Very friendly and efficient staff at check in. Arranged pier shuttle and some postal shipping. Pizza delivered to our room. Great room: very clean, great size, good shower, 4 USB ports by the bed. Just what we needed after a ten hour flight on a pre-cruise night.

Fastest check-in experience ever!! We arrived after a late night flight. Free shuttle from airport was available immediately and very appreciated. Front desk was so friendly and totally prepared for our arrival. Keys ready to go, offered us bottled water, ready to assist with town car service for next day. Nice room and lovely, quiet stay. Breakfast was far above our expectations. Quite tasty and lots of variety. Definitely recommend this hotel location. We will be back.

Dissatisfied customer. Your staff lies and steals.
I would’ve probably given you a four out of five if it hadn’t been for the fact, I left flowers and a card at the front desk for my niece that was coming the afternoon after I left. They never got them. I called the facility today and was told while they were full of ants, and the ants got into our chocolate and ate a batch of chocolate. That’s a lie we got those flowers at Pike Place, Market the evening before I left them, my 33-year-old daughter clipped The stems and put them in a vase right before we took them down to leave them at the desk that morning with the card. There were no ants in those flowers there was nothing wrong with those flowers. Someone from your organization stole the flowers and threw the card away . The flowers cost $25 and the card itself cost 10 because it was a specialized card. I will not stay at Fairfield by Marriott ever again because of this reason. I hope to goodness that nobody else gets anything stolen because they were stolen. My daughter will testify. There was nothing wrong with those flowers when we left them at the front desk. I am very disappointed that my niece did not get them and for your group to act like there was something wrong with the flowers and I had to throw them away is a blatant lie . I am very disappointed in your organization.

Everything about the property and the staff was excellent. We decided to rely strictly on light rail to get around Seattle. It’s a short walk to the light rail station but the immediate area is sketchy so the best option is to use the transportation that the hotel offers to and from area restaurants. We did not feel comfortable walking in the immediate area.

Best of Four!
One night stay after a 6 hour flight from Boston. The room was very clean and ready for us.
While the rooms are relatively small, they are laid out in a way that maximizes the space extremely well.
Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in over the previous 5 days, this was our favorite and we would go there again.

Excellent property and I like the shuttle service. It's very reliable.
Did not like the hamburger I got at the restaurant. It looks like it was frozen and cooked in a microwave. Very substandard! Fries were superb!

The air conditioning was leaking inside the room and the floor/carpet was wet from this. I mentioned this to the management who told me that the ac unit was recently replaced with a new size. Also the housekeeping starts in the morning pretty early and they are very noisy.

Newly and very nicely re-done rooms. Nicer than expected for a hotel in this area. The included breakfast was above average. (Eggs from grass fed hens, etc.) Free shuttle to all airport area restaurants. I would stay here again.

I like that it is close to the link station. The room was nice with mesh window coverings and clean. The size is adequate. We have room to move around. I was able to connect my phone to the TV to watch Netflix. That is so convenient. Thank you to the staff members. Very nice and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Staff was great, food in the morning was also good, just as expected. My only critique is that they need more parking, it's very short on parking if you arrive late. I also thought the showers were on the smaller side, I struggled to move around because of how the sliding doors are designed. Lastly, the area in general is on a rougher side of town, so you have to be careful at night.

Shuttle was 45 minutes and took three calls, no apologies or kindness and it was 1 am and we had one child under 8 and two teens

I had an interesting experience at this property. The ride to the hotel from Sea-Tac was very good with an excellent driver. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and professional. The first major issue was the light and fan timer in the bathroom. The light only seemed to stay on for a few minutes each time. I had to get out of the shower to restart the light and quickly run back.
The second was the morning ride to the airport. I asked to get a ride on the 12pm to the airport. I saw the bus waiting with the door open ten minutes before so I got onboard. The driver pulled away at 12pm without acknowledging me.. Instead of going to the airport we went to an Alaska Airlines office and waited. When I asked why we were there the driver just stared at me. An airline employee told me I had to change buses. So I carried my luggage to a bus filled with employees from the airline. Probably the most bizarre experience I have ever had with an airport shuttle anywhere in the world. Given how close they are to the airport I did not understand why they could not have just taken me to the airport first then do whatever side hustle they were undertaking later.
Given these two issues I would not recommend this hotel without some improvements.

Good place for a short stopover
My one-night stay was simple and as expected. The only feedback is that the rooms are extremely stuffy in between AC cycles, but if you turn up the AC then you freeze while it's running. Better HVAC/ventilation in the rooms would improve the overall temperature experience.
