Free shuttle was great. Right next to the light rail, but rarely heard a train. Also light rail station is about 2 blocks away and shuttle will pick you up. Only complaint is that the "handicapped room" was about as far away from the elevator as it could be. It was a very nice room/bathroom, but i can barely walk on a good day so this really did hurt.

Super friendly and professional staff! Shuttle driver gave great recommendation for dinner, staff at front desk was friendly and helpful! Offered complimentary waters and snacks! Staff working complimentary breakfast also smiley and helpful! Facilities were very clean. Location super convenient for SEATAC travel. Shuttle to/from airport and also many nearby restaurants was awesome! Highly recommend! Excellent value for price! Will definetly come back when traveling thru SEATAC!

Had a difficult day, traveling and cancellations, and being stuck in SeaTac. The front desk staff was very polite and very helpful. Easy to talk to. Very professional on the phone and in person. Thank you for making my night better!

The property was great for an overnight stay in between flights.
Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. Rylie working the front counter was less than helpful on more than one occasion during our stay and even had trouble issuing a room key.
The airport shuttle driver was a lovely helper though!

We found the area not desirable but okay. The room seemed clean but the smell was kind of like mothballs. The oven was not working to had less breakfast options than usual. The staff was excellent!

Family of 4…spent a night and was happy. Clean modern property. Some sort of kitchen issue while we stayed resulted in no bacon! But oh well…probably didn’t need bacon anyway.
Staff allowed us a late checkout which really helped. Room seemed larger then typical…beds comfy, nice place!

Nice and would stay here again.
Hotel was clean, front desk staff was friendly and polite. Only downfall was no hot breakfast do to ovens being broken. Had to go elsewhere for hot breakfast.

This hotel provided exactly what I needed in a 1-night hotel stay. It was super quiet. I did not hear any of the other people in the building. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the front desk clerk gave me a room that fit my requests perfectly. The breakfast selection was a bit sparse due to the warming oven not working, but malfunctioning equipment can happen at any hotel and is nobody's fault.

The staff was amazing. There was a problem with my door lock, and they moved me to a different room so I wouldn’t have to wait for a repair. The location is perfect to hop right on the light rail for events at Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park.

I was near the hotel but had no clue of my location. I called the hotel to see if they could send the shuttle to pick me up. When they asked my location I said... I'm next to a subway and a steakhouse restaurant, she knew exactly my location and a shuttle was send for me.

An Okay Stay
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were not able to check in until about 45 minutes after the standard check-in time, and the room get dirty. The couch in the King Suit was heavily stained and the bathroom had hair all over it. The bed was seemingly clean and was comfortable.

Perfect Choice!!

This is a nice hotel very close to the airport. There are several good restaurants within a mile. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The shower water pressure was weak.

The room is well designed, clean and reasonably quiet considering how close to SeaTac.
We chose this hotel because of the low rate and complimentary airport shuttle. The shuttle service was truly disastrous. It was 45 minutes after first call before we boarded a shuttle even though at least three labeled holiday inn express came by. The drivers insisted they were only Fairfield. When in fact they share the same parking lot and should have taken us. The hotel is only 1.2 miles from the airport. We could have walked.

Walking distance to a few things. The shuttle was helpful too. The Barn door on the restroom was heavy and too hard to slide and close. The dryer wasted 2hours of my $$$ and never dried my laundry. I let the front desk lady know and she told me to go to some app or link to complain. My main concern was for her to place a sign on it saying it wasn't working, to avoid others having issues and wasting their time too. I knew she couldn't refund me because i read the sign in the laundry room. But she asked like it wasn't her problem. Other than that, the hotel itself and the breakfast was good.

Bed was comfy but…. Their thermostats are preset to not go below 66. So if you like to sleep cold you can’t. We tried sleeping with the window open(which only opens about 4 inches) but it’s very noisy at the airport. And they don’t have fans. So sleep wasn’t an option.

Since when do you allow people to sit around with 12 packs in the lobby with big ass dogs? Then leave their mess? This is where we are supposed to eat a sanitary breakfast! We have always enjoyed staying here, but with this, and the unhelpful checkin staff, we will find other accommodations next time. TRULT DISAPPOINTED!

Nice hotel close to the Seattle airport. We stayed in a king room which had lots of space and the bed was comfortable. However, it did get quite loud as the light rail was right outside our window and the windows did not cancel out a lot of sound. The bathroom fan also made an awful noise, and it turned on everytime the light was on. It was loud and clicking and very annoying.
Additionally, we had a weird experience in the morning as we were sleeping in after our flight. It was 9:30am and we heard knocking at our door, but we were unsure why this would be so we assumed it wasn’t our room. They proceeded to knock, and then attempted to open the door. The door opened slightly, and if we didn’t have the door locked from our end, they would have been right in our room with us. It was very unnerving and we tried to get out of there as quickly as we could after this as we were confused why someone was entering our room at 9:30am, when our check out wasn’t until 12pm.

Don't drink the milk
It was clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms are equipped nicely. I would have rated it higher except when I had the breakfast the milk was spoiled and lumping. I figured that out after my first big drink. Yuck! The English Muffins were hard.
